چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی فرا ترکیب رهبری زنان در مدارس و شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پیش‌روی آن‌ها می‌پردازد. با توجه به نقش کلیدی زنان در سیستم‌های آموزشی، درک عوامل مؤثر بر رهبری آن‌ها به‌ویژه در زمینه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سازمانی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف این تحقیق تحلیل و بررسی نتایج مطالعات پیشین درباره رهبری زنان در مدارس به‌منظور شناسایی الگوها و روندهای مشترک در چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاست. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مقالات منتشر شده در پایگاه‌های داده علمی معتبر در حوزه رهبری زنان و آموزش است که بین سال‌های 2010 تا 2023 منتشر شده‌اند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش هدفمند از میان 50 مقاله مرتبط انتخاب شده است. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل چک‌لیست‌های کدگذاری و نرم‌افزارهای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی بوده‌اند که به تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها کمک کرده‌اند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که زنان در موقعیت‌های رهبری با موانع قابل توجهی مانند نابرابری‌های جنسیتی، فشارهای فرهنگی و کمبود حمایت‌های اجتماعی مواجه هستند که این عوامل بر عملکرد و پیشرفت آن‌ها تأثیر می‌گذارند. به‌علاوه، فرصت‌هایی مانند توانمندی‌های بالقوه زنان در ایجاد تغییرات مثبت در محیط‌های آموزشی و بهبود کیفیت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان شناسایی شده است. در نهایت، این پژوهش به‌عنوان یک منبع علمی می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران و دست‌اندرکاران آموزش و پرورش کمک کند تا با شناسایی و کاهش موانع، زمینه‌های بهتری برای رهبری زنان در مدارس فراهم آورند و از توانمندی‌های آن‌ها به نحو مؤثرتری بهره‌برداری کنند.

چکیده [English]

This study examines the meta-composition of women’s leadership in schools and identifies the challenges and opportunities they face. Given the key role of women in educational systems, it is of great importance to understand the factors affecting their leadership, especially in cultural, social, and organizational contexts. The aim of this study is to analyze and review the results of previous studies on women’s leadership in schools in order to identify common patterns and trends in challenges and opportunities. The statistical population of this study includes all articles published in reputable scientific databases in the field of women’s leadership and education that have been published between 2010 and 2023. The statistical sample was selected from 50 relevant articles using a purposive method. Data collection tools included coding checklists and qualitative data analysis software that helped in data analysis. The results of this study show that women in leadership positions face significant barriers such as gender inequalities, cultural pressures, and lack of social support, which affect their performance and progress. In addition, opportunities have been identified, such as the potential capabilities of women to create positive changes in educational environments and improve the quality of student learning. Finally, this study, as a scientific resource, can help policymakers and education practitioners to identify and reduce barriers, provide better opportunities for women to lead in schools, and utilize their capabilities more effectively.
