چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین سلامت روان و ارتباطات اثربخش سازمانی با بهره وری از دیدگاه مدیران مقطع ابتدایی بود. تحقیق از نظر روش گردآوری داده ‏‏ها، توصیفی و از حیث ارتباط بین متغیرهای تحقیق، همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، مدیران مقطع ابتدایی ناحیه یک و دو شهر زنجان در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396به تعداد 420 نفر بود. بر این اساس، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه-ای، نمونه ی به حجم 201 نفر انتخاب شد، که 102 نفر زن و 99 نفر مرد بود. ابزار جمع‏آوری داده ها، پرسش امه سلامت روان گلدبرگ و هیلر (1979)، پرسش نامه ارتباطات اثربخش سوسمان و کرینوس (1979) و پرسش نامه بهره وری نیروی انسانی هرسی و گلداسمیت (1980) بوده است. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی گشتاوری پیرسون و روش رگرسیون؛ و با استفاده از نرم‏افزار spss نسخه 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل نشان داد که بین سلامت روان، ارتباطات اثر بخش سازمانی و بهره وری مدیران رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین، سلامت روان و ارتباطات اثر بخش توان پیش‏بینی بهره وری مدیران از دیدگاه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی را دارد.

چکیده [English]

This research aims to examine the relationship between mental health and organizational effective communications with productivity from the perspective of elementary school managers. The research is descriptive in terms of data collection method and is correlation in terms of the relationship between the variables of research. The statistical population of this study is the Managers of the district 1 & 2 of Zanjan. Sampling method had been random cluster sampling. Accordingly, a sample volume was selected 201 people. 102 people of the sample have been female Managers and 22 male Managers. Data collection tool had been Goldberg and Hillier's Mental Health Questionnaire (1979), Sussman & Kronus's Effective Communication Questionnaire (1979), and Hersey and Goldsmith's Human Resources Productivity Questionnaire (1980). Collected data was analyzed by statistical test of Pearson moment correlation coefficient and regression method and using SPSS software version 24. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between mental health, effective communications and productivity.
Mental health, effective communications also have the ability to predict the productivity from the perspective of elementary school managers.
