چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تفاوت بین کانون ارزیابی بعد محور و کانون ارزیابی وظیفه محور و آموزش در توانمندسازی فردی و توانمندسازی تیمی در محیط کار انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های شبه آزمایشی بوده و شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 24 نفر از مدیران یک شرکت صنعتی بودند که به صورت نمونه هدفمند و با توجه به جدول مورفی و میورز (1999) انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای استفاده شده در پژوهش شامل تمرین‌های شبیه‌سازی (ایفای نقش، بحث گروهی بدون رهبر، مطالعه موردی و ارائه شفاهی)، پرسشنامه توانمند‌سازی فردی (اسپریتزر،1995) و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی تیمی (کیرکمن و روزن،1999) بود. داده ها توسط آزمون کروسکال والیس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین کانون ارزیابی بعد محور و وظیفه محور و آموزش در توانمندسازی تیمی تفاوت وجود دارد. همچنین کانون ارزیابی در مشاغل با عملکرد وابسته بالا و پایین در توانمندسازی تیمی تفاوت وجود دارد (05/0>P).کلیدواژه ها: توانمندسازی تیمی، توانمندسازی فردی، کانون ارزیابی(AC)

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate difference between dimension- based assessment center and task-based assessment center and training in the individual empowerment and team empowerment in the workplace. The current study was the quasi experimental research and participants in this study were 24 managers of industrial Company that who were selected through purposeful sample and according to Murphy & Myors's (1999) table. The instruments used in the study included the simulations exercises(Role play, Leaderless group discussion, Case study and Oral presentations) and Individual Empowerment Questionnaire (Speritzer,1995) and Team Empowerment Questionnaire (Kirkman & Rosen,1999 ). Data was analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test. The results of this study showed that there is a difference between dimension- based assessment center and task-based assessment center and training in the team empowerment. Also there is a difference between assessment center in occupations with high and low task interdependence in team empowerment.Keywords: Team empowerment- Individual empowerment- Assessment center(AC
