چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر" بررسی و ارزیابی رابطه بین راهبردهای رهبری مثبت گرا با سرمایه های روانشناختی معلمان"می باشد.به این منظور جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی منطقه 14 تهران بود که در سال تحصیلی 94-95 مشغول به تدریس بوده اند، که از بین آن ها 270 نفر به عنوان نمونه بر اساس فرمول کرجسی و مورگان انتخاب گردید. سپس داده ها از طریق دو پرسشنامه جمع آوری شدند. روش تحقیق پژوهش توصیفی -پیمایشی بوده و با استفاده از روش های همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری(SEM) است که به صورت میدانی اجرا شده است. یافته های حاصل از این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین رهبری مثبت گرا و ابعاد آن با سرمایه های روانشناختی موجود در مدارس مربوطه وجود دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان دهنده تاثیرگذاری رهبری مثبت گرا و ابعاد آن بر روی سرمایه های روانشناختی موجود در مدارس در میان معلمان می باشد. نتایج همچنین نشان دهنده تاثیرگذاری رهبری مثبت گرا و ابعاد آن بر روی سرمایه های روانشناختی موجود در مدارس در میان معلمان می باشد. نتایج همچنین نشان دهنده تاثیرگذاری رهبری مثبت گرا و ابعاد آن بر روی سرمایه های روانشناختی موجود در مدارس در میان معلمان می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study is "examine and evaluate relationship between the positive leadership strategies with teachers psychological capital". For this purpose The study population consisted of all elementary school teachers in 2 City of tehran htat academic year 94-95 have been teaching,that 270 samples were selected according to a formula Krejcie and Morgan. Then the data were collected through the two questionnaires. The research method was descriptive - Survey and were investigated by using correlational and structural equation modeling. The findings from this study indicate that there is significant and positive relationship between positive leadership and its dimensions with psychological capital in the schools. The results also is indicate influence positive leadership on the psychological capital in among teachers.
