چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه فرهنگ خوش‌بینی علمی معلمان با ساختار توانمندساز مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران است. روش تحقیق از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری موردنظر، کلیه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران و نمونه آماری شامل 250 نفر است که به روش تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب‌شده‌اند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه فرهنگ خوش‌بینی علمی و ساختار توانمندساز هوی و همکارانش است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌دار بین فرهنگ خوش‌بینی علمی و عوامل آن با ساختار توانمند ساز  است و همچنین از میان عوامل خوش‌بینی علمی، عامل اعتماد به دانش‌آموزان و والدین بالاترین همبستگی(616.) را با ساختار توانمند ساز داشته و عوامل  حس کارآمدی با ضریب همبستگی(612.) و تأکید علمی با ضریب همبستگی(601.) در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. درآخر تشکیل انجمن‌های خبرگی و داشتن نماینده‌ای از اولیا در مدرسه  نیز پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

چکیده [English]

The object of this study is examining the relationship between academic optimism culture and enabling school structure of Tehran elementary schools’ teachers. The sample of this research is 250 teachers of elementary schools that selected multi-level randomly and use academic optimism and enabling bureaucracy of Hoy and colleagues as a data analysis. The Result indicated that teachers academic optimism culture have statistically significant and lower than average but trust in parent and students have not statistically significant and lower than average. academic optimism culture of women teachers is higher than men. Teachers with higher education have higher academic optimism than lower education. Also teachers academic optimism have direct relationship with enabling bureaucracy.trust in students and parents have highest relationship with enabling structure. At the end creating COP (community of practice) for reinforce the collective efficacy of teachers, development of teachers and involvement of parents in schools activity for creating trust between parents, students and teachers are recommended.
