چکیده

حریم شکنی به نگرش، رفتار و یا شرایط غیرهنجارمند اشاره دارد. یکی از انواع آن، آزار جنسی در محیط کار است که خود، شکلی از تبعیض جنسیتی محسوب می شود. از آن جایی که پژوهش های انجام شده در داخل کشور، کمتر به موضوع حریم شکنی جنسی اعضای هیأت علمی پرداخته اند، مطالعه ادبیات جهانی موجود می تواند به ایجاد آگاهی بیشتر در رهبران دانشگاه ها، اساتید و دانشجویان یاری رساند. مقاله حاضر، با اتخاذ رویکرد «پویایی های قدرت جنسیتی شده»، و انجام روش شناسی «ترکیب مضمون» بر 14 پژوهش اولیه انتخاب شده، به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش ها بود که اعضای هیأت علمی مرتکب حریم شکنی های جنسی چه ویژگی ها و انگیزه هایی دارند؛ و ویژگی های قربانیان آن ها و عواقب قربانی شدن چه هستند؟
یافته های پژوهش حاضر، ویژگی های حریم شکنان و انگیزه های آنها، و ویژگی های قربانیان و رفتارهایی که پس از قربانی شدن از خود نشان می دهند را در بستر پویایی های قدرت جنسیتی شده، ارائه نموده است. سیاستگذاران، قانونگذاران و رهبران دانشگاهی می توانند با بهره گیری از این یافته ها، درک بهتر و گسترده تری از پدیده حریم شکنی جنسی اعضای هیأت علمی کسب نموده و زمینه هایی را که نیاز به اقدام فوری یا بازنگری دارند، تشخیص دهند.

چکیده [English]

Transgression refers to a nonnormative attitude, behavior, or condition. One type of transgression is sexual harassment in the workplace, which is a form of gender discrimination. Since Iranian research has rarely dealt with the issue of sexual transgression by faculty members, studying the global literature can help raise awareness among university leaders, professors, and students. This article, adopting a "gendered power dynamics" approach, and employing a "thematic synthesis" methodology on 14 primary studies, sought to answer the following questions: What are the characteristics and motivations of faculty members who commit sexual transgressions? What are the characteristics of their victims and the consequences of victimization?
In the context of gendered power dynamics, the current research has identified the characteristics and motivations of transgressors, as well as the characteristics of victims and their post-victimization behaviors. Policymakers, legislators, and academic leaders can gain a better and broader understanding of the phenomenon of sexual transgressions by faculty members by using these findings. This will help them identify areas that require immediate action or reform.
