چکیده

سبک مدیریت مهدکودک و پیش دبستانی به مجموعه‌ای از رویه‌ها، استراتژی‌ها و روش‌هایی گفته می‌شود که مدیران مهدکودک برای انجام وظایف مختلف خود و مدیریت منابع موجود در مهدکودک استفاده می‌کنند. سبک مدیریت مهدکودک و پیش دبستانی می‌تواند تأثیر مستقیمی بر کیفیت آموزش و پرورش، محیط آموزشی و عملکرد کلی مهدکودک داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی سبک مدیریت مراکز مهدکودک و پیش‌دبستانی شهر تهران، است. جامعه پژوهش حاضر را مدیران مهدکودک‌ها و پیش دبستانی های شهر تهران که به نگهداری و تعلیم و تربیت کودکان 3 تا 6 سال می پردازند و زیر نظر وزارت آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران هستند، تشکیل دادند. این پژوهش، از نوع پژوهش کیفی و روش پدیدار شناسی با الگوی کلایزی می باشد. جهت روایی ابزار پژوهش از روش اعتبار محتوا و نظرات اساتید متخصص در حوزه پژوهش استفاده گردید و به منظور رسیدن به پایایی از نظرات 12 نفر از مدیران مهدکودک و پیش دبستانی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق ابزار مصاحبه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، سبک‌های مدیریت مراکز مهدکودک و پیش‌دبستانی شهر تهران شامل مدیریت مشارکتی، مدیریت حمایتی، مدیریت تحولی و مدیریت مقتدرانه است. نتایج این تحقیق، می‌تواند برای مدیران مراکز مهدکودک و پیش دبستانی در ایران، مفید باشد. این مدیران می توانند با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق، سبک مدیریتی خود و نیز عملکرد مهدکودک را بهبود ببخشند.

چکیده [English]

Kindergarten and preschool management style refers to a set of procedures, strategies and methods that kindergarten managers use to perform their various tasks and manage the resources available in the kindergarten. Kindergarten and preschool management style can have a direct impact on the quality of education, the educational environment, and the overall performance of the kindergarten. The purpose of this research is to identify the management style of kindergarten and preschool centers in Tehran. The current research community was formed by the managers of kindergartens and preschools in Tehran city that care for and educate children aged 3 to 6 years and are under the supervision of the Ministry of Education of Tehran city. This research is a type of qualitative research and phenomenological method, in which the opinions of 12 experts were used until reaching theoretical saturation. The data was analyzed through the interview tool and using the content analysis method. The results of the research showed that the management styles of kindergarten and preschool centers in Tehran include participatory management, supportive management, transformational management and authoritative management. The results of this research can be useful for the managers of kindergarten and preschool centers in Iran. According to the results of this research, these managers can improve their management style as well as kindergarten performance
