چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تحلیل مفهوم و ابعاد چندمنظوره‌سازی دانشگاه به عنوان یک رویکرد نوین در آموزش عالی بوده است. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف جز تحقیقات توسعه‌ای و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوری یافته‌ها با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون اجرا شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید و متخصصین حوزه آموزش عالی، مدیریت آموزشی، روانشناسی و علوم اجتماعی شهر تهران در سال 1403 بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند معیار تعداد 20 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری یافته‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد و با استفاده از راهبرد کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای در محیط نرم‌افزاری MAXQDA مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش در مرحله کدگذاری باز تعداد 478 مضمون پایه، 52 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده 9 مضمون فراگیر شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی شدند. بدین‌ترتیب ابعاد مدل استحصال شده این پژوهش شامل آموزش چندوجهی، پژوهش کاربردی و نوآورانه، توسعه کارآفرینی و همکاری با صنعت، پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه و مسائل زیست‌محیطی، فناوری و دیجیتالی شدن، بین‌المللی‌سازی و تنوع فرهنگی، اسلامی‌سازی و تربیت اصول اخلاقی، مدیریت و حکمرانی مؤثر، توسعه مهارت‌های بین‌رشته‌ای بود. توجه به این ابعاد می‌تواند دانشگاه‌ها را از نهادهای صرفاً آموزشی به سازمان‌هایی چندمنظوره و تأثیرگذار در سطح جامعه و بین‌المللی تبدیل کند. بنابراین، مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران آموزش عالی با اتخاذ این رویکرد می‌توانند به بهبود پاسخگویی دانشگاه‌ها به نیازهای روزافزون جامعه و ارتقای نقش آن‌ها در پیشبرد توسعه پایدار کمک شایانی نمایند.

Multipurpose universities: a new development in higher education

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to explore and analyze the concept and dimensions of university multifunctionalization as a novel approach in higher education. This research is classified as developmental in terms of its purpose and employs a qualitative methodology, using thematic analysis for data collection and interpretation. The study's target population included professors and specialists in the fields of higher education, educational management, psychology, and social sciences in Tehran during the year 2024. A purposive sampling method was applied, selecting 20 participants for the research sample. Data was gathered through semi-structured interviews, and the analysis was conducted using a three-stage coding strategy within the MAXQDA software environment. The results of the study revealed that in the open coding phase, 478 basic themes, 52 organizing themes, and 9 global themes were identified and categorized. Accordingly, the dimensions of the model developed in this study include: multidimensional education, applied and innovative research, entrepreneurship development and collaboration with industry, responsiveness to societal needs and environmental challenges, technology and digitalization, internationalization and cultural diversity, Islamization and ethical education, effective governance and management, and interdisciplinary skill development. Focusing on these dimensions has the potential to transform universities from merely educational institutions into multifunctional organizations that significantly impact both society and the international community. Therefore, by adopting this approach, higher education administrators and policymakers can substantially enhance universities' ability to meet the increasing demands of society and strengthen their role in promoting sustainable development.
