چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مهارت‌های مدیریتی مدیران در قالب یک الگوی پارادایمی با روش داده‌بنیاد بود.روش پژوهش ازنظر ‌هدف ‌کاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی است که با رویکرد پیمایشی مقطعی انجام گرفت. ‌جامعه ‌آماری ‌‌شامل 300 نفر از خبرگان، متخصصین و افراد آگاه درزمینه مهارت‌های مدیریتی مدیران بود. روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند بود که30 نفر از آنها جزء اعضای هئیت علمی دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی شهرداری تهران بودند به ‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها به‌ صورت سندپژوهی و میدانی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته بود و پرسشنامه گردآوری داده‌ها ازطریق روش داده‌بنیاد با رهیافت نظام‌مند انجام شد. روایی پژوهش از روش سه‌سویه‌سازی و پایایی آن نیز به روش توافق بین کدگذاران تعیین ‌شده است. برای ‌تحلیل‌ داده‌های کیفی ‌از فراترکیب، تحلیل مضمون ‌و نرم‌افزار MAXQDA ‌استفاده‌ شد. درنهایت 3 بعد، 13 مؤلفه و 65 شاخص نهایی شد. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد مهارت‌های مدیریتی مدیران شامل بعد فردی (خودآگاهی، مدیریت استرس، مدیرت حل اثربخش مسئله) بعد میان فردی (مهارت ارتباطات سازنده، مهارت انگیزش اثربخش، مهارت تأثیرگذاری، مهارت مدیریت تضاد) و بعدگروهی مهارت تفویض اختیار، مهارت تیمی، مهارت هدایت تغییرمثبت، به‌کارگیری تکنولوژی، به‌کارگیری الزامات مدیریتی) بود. بر اساس یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده الگوی ارائه‌شده از برازش نسبتاً قابل‌قبولی برخوردار بوده که مورد تأیید قرارگرفته است

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of managerial skills of managers with Grounded Theory method .The research method is descriptive in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method, which was done with a cross-sectional survey approach. The validity of the research was determined by the three-way method, and its reliability was determined by the method of agreement between the coders. MAXQDA ‌ content analysis and software were used to analyze the qualitative data. Finally, 3 dimensions, 13 components and 65 indicators were finalized. Findings of the study showed that the dimensions of managers' managerial skills included individual dimension (self-awareness, stress management, effective problem solving management), interpersonal dimension (constructive communication skills, effective motivation skills, impact skills, conflict management skills) and group dimension (skills delegation, team skills, leadership skills for positive change, application of technology, application of management requirements). Based on the obtained findings, the proposed model has a relatively "acceptable" fit, and has been confirmed.
