چکیده

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه تسهیم دانش و نوآوری فردی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بود. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی در دانشکده های علوم تربیتی، روانشناسی، مدیریت و حسابداری در پردیس های 1 و 2، به تعداد 3977 نفر، حجم نمونه 153 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش پرسشنامه تسهیم دانش، نوراد صدیق(1388)، پرسشنامه نوآوری فردی مومنی نورآبادی(1382) بر روی گروه نمونه اجرا شد پایایی هر دو پرسشنامه بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 71/0 و 81/0 محاسبه شد. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون‌های رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون t نشان داد که بین تسهیم دانش و نوآوری فردی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین بر اساس آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه با شیوه گام به گام مشخص گردید که تسهیم دانش قادر به پیش بینی نوآوری فردی است. بنابراین دانشگاه بایستی جوی را به وجود آورد که تبادل آشکار دانش و نوآوری در آن مورد تأکید قرار گیرد به گونه ای که دانشجویان تمایل بیشتری برای تبادل دانش نوین خود با یکدیگر و نیز کاربرد آن داشته باشند .

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing with individual innovation Allameh Tabatabai University graduate students in academic year 93-94, the survey was conducted. The study sample consisted of all graduate students in the School of Education, Psychology, Management and Accounting Pardis 1 and 2 of which there are 3977 people.The research sample consisted of 153 was determined on the basis of Morgan. And the class participants were selected randomly .The data from two scale, knowledge sharing by Nvrad Sadiq (1388) and individual innovation scale by Momeni Nour (1382) were collected. The Cronbach's alpha reliability of both scales, respectively,were 0/71 and 0/81. The results of multiple regression and t-test showed that a significant relationship exists between knowledge sharing and individual innovation. The multiple regression analysis with step by step method showed that knowledge sharing is dont able to predict individual innovation. The University should create an atmosphere of open exchange of originality which is emphasized so that students are more willing to share their new knowledge with each other and have their application
