چکیده

هدف پژوهش بررسی نقش سرگروه های معلمان در فرایند اجرای برنامه های آموزشی مدارس دوره ابتدایی بوده است. رویکرد پژوهش از نوع کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون بود. بدین منظور با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند 13 نفر از سرگروه های معلمان شمال استان آذربایجان غربی در سال تحصیلی 99-98 انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمندی تا اشباع کامل داده ها صورت گرفت. جهت اطمینان و اعتباربخشی به دقت و صحت داده ها از روش خود بازبینی و دریافت بازخورد از پاسخ دهندگان استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، فرایند 3 مرحله ای ترکیبی متشکل از روش کینگ و هاروکس (2010)، براون وکلارک (2006) و آتراید- استرلینگ (2001) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته های به دست آمده نشان داد که در شبکه مضامین، مفهوم استراتژیست آموزش مضمون فراگیری است که جایگاه سرگروه های معلمان را با 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده(مدیریت دانش معلمی، همیاران کانونی، تدریس پژوهی، حرفه پروری و برنامه سازی) و 30 مضمون پایه تشریح می کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of head teachers in the process of implementing primary school educational programs. The research approach was qualitative with content analysis method. For this purpose, using purposive sampling, 13 teachers from the north of West Azerbaijan province in the academic year of 1398-99 were selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted until complete data saturation. In order to ensure and validate the accuracy of the data, the method of self-review and receiving feedback from respondents was used. In data analysis, a combined three-step process consisting of King and Harrock (2010), Brown and Clark (2006) and Atrid-Sterling (2001) methods was used. The findings showed that in the themes network, the concept of education strategist is an inclusive theme that describes the position of head teachers with 5 organizing themes(teacher knowledge management, core Assistants, teaching research, professionalism and programming) and 30 basic themes Explains.
