چکیده
چکیده
مقدمه : تبدیل مدرسه به یک مکان سالم یکی از چالش های دست اندرکاران هر نظام آموزشی محسوب می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف توسعه الگوی مدرسه سالم و ارائه یک الگوی جامع با استفاده از اندوخته تجربی و مفهومی انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: برای تعیین مولفه های لازم توسعه الگوی مدرسه سالم با روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار مند و پرسشنامه نیمه باز ، نظر سر گروه مدیران مدارس مقاطع ابتدایی و متوسطه، متخصصان رشته مطالعات برنامه درسی ، اعضای کمیته پژوهش و اساتید راهنما و مشاور گردآوری شد. داده های حاصله از طریق نرم افزار N-Vivo تجزیه و تحلیل گردید، جدول عناصر مدرسه سالم ، شبکه مضامین سازمان دهنده سطح اول، دوم و مضامین پایه دسته بندی و سازمان دهی شد. اعتبار یابی یافته ها با روش همسو سازی و کنترل و خود بازبینی محقق در طی فرایند جمع آوری و تحلیل یافته ها انجام گرفت.
یافته ها : بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، مدرسه سالم دارای 7 مضمون سازمان دهنده سطح اول یا ابعاد اصلی ، 37 مضمون سازمان دهنده سطح دوم و 82 مضمون پایه می باشد .
نتیجه گیری: تحقق مدرسه سالم مستلزم توجه به تمامی ابعاد 126 گانه ویژگی های حاصل به وسیله پژوهش حاضر می باشد تا مختصات یک مدرسه سالم طراحی و عملیاتی گردد.

Abstract
Introduction: Turning a school into a healthy place is one of the challenges for anyone involved in any educational system. The aim of this study was to develop a healthy school model and provide a comprehensive model using experimental and conceptual savings.
Methods: In order to determine the necessary components of developing a healthy school model by semi-structured interview method and semi-open questionnaire, the opinion of the group of primary and secondary school principals, curriculum specialists, members of the research committee and supervisors and advisors was collected.The data were analyzed through N-Vivo software, the table of elements of the healthy school, the network of themes organizing the first, second level and the basic themes were categorized and organized.Validation of the findings was performed by the method of alignment and control and self-examination of the researcher during the process of collecting and analyzing the findings.
Results: Based on the results of the research, a healthy school has 7 themes organizing the first level or main dimensions, 37 themes organizing the second level and 82 basic themes.
Conclusion: Achieving a healthy school requires paying attention to all 126 dimensions of the features obtained by the present study in order to design and operate the characteristics of a healthy school.
