چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، رابطة ﺑﻴﻦ رهبری توزیع‏شده ‏و رفتارهای ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻢ داﻧﺶ معلمان مدارس ابتدایی پسرانه شهر تهران را موردبررسی قرار داده است. شیوه این پژوهش، با توجه به هدف و ماهیت، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. به‏منظور اجرای این پژوهش از مدارس ابتدایی مناطق نوزده‏گانه آموزشی شهر تهران، نمونه‏ای متشکل از معلمان ابتدایی انتخاب شد. برای گرد‏آوری داده‏های این پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه رهبری توزیع‏شدة ایلمور (2000) و تسهیم دانش ماگوتسی و همکاران (2011) استفاده شده است. داده‏های گرد‏آوری‏شده با استفاده از آزمون‏های همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی و آزمون تی تک‏نمونه‏ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان داد، رابطة بین رهبری توزیع‏شده و مؤلفه‏های آن (فرهنگ مدرسه، تجارب رهبری، تصمیم‏گیری مشارکتی، چشم‏انداز مدرسه، ارزیابی و توسعة حرفه‏ای) با رفتارهای تسهیم دانش معلمان مثبت و معنادار است. از بین مؤلفه‏های رهبری توزیع‏شده، فرهنگ مدرسه قوی‏ترین رابطه را با رفتارهای تسهیم دانش معلمان دارد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل رگرسیون گام‏به‏گام نشان داد که از میان پنج مؤلفه رهبری توزیع‏شده، مولفة فرهنگ مدرسه بیشترین سهم را در پیش‏بینی رفتارهای تسهیم دانش معلمان داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is to investigation the distributed leadership and teacher’s knowledge sharing behaviors in public elementary schools of Tehran city. This way, according to the purpose and nature, functional and cross-correlation... The sample for the present study was multiple clusters selected from amongst the teachers of the public elementary schools (250 teachers). Two separate‌ questionnaires on distributed leadership (Elmer, 2000) ‌ and knowledge sharing behaviors (Mogotsi & et. al., 2011) ‌ have been used for the collection of data. The collection data were analyzed by using‌descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, one-sample t test and multiple linear regressions) .‌The results indicate that: There were significant relations between distributed leadership with teachers’ knowledge sharing behaviors. Multiple regression analysis show that among distributed leadership dimensions, school culture dimension accounted for the highest degree of variance in knowledge sharing behaviors.
