چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اعتبار الگوی ارزشیابی سیپ در ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز آموزشی میپردازد. روش پژوهش، پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری را 90 نفر از مدیران وکارشناسان مراکز آموزشی شرکت ملی صنایع پتروشیمی ایران تشکیل میدهند که با بررسی جامعه آماری و مطابقت شرایط آنها با نیازهای تحقیق، تعداد60 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز تحقیق توسط پرسشنامه گردآوری شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه به وسیله آلفایکرونباخ تعیین گردیده که ضریب 87/. سطح خوبی از پایایی را نشان میدهد. همچنین برای اطمینان از روایی محتوایی نیز از روش توافق متخصصان استفاده شده است. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نظر، میزان اعتبار الگوی سیپ به وسیله تحلیل عاملی ارزیابی گردید و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از آزمون دوجمله ای، آزمون تأییدی فریدمن، آزمون همبستگی و آزمون t استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که ابعاد چهارگانه الگوی سیپ و معیارهای بیستگانه آن مورد قبول واقع شده و توانایی این الگو در ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز آموزشی تأیید گردیده است. همچنین بین ابعاد، معیارها و متغیرهای یاد شده رابطه معناداری نیز مشاهده گردید که حاکی از آن است که هر یک از متغیرهای آشکار به طرز معناداری متغیرهای پنهان مربوط را مورد سنجش قرار میدهد

چکیده [English]
This study investigates the validity of Cipp assessment model in assessing
the function of the instruction centers. It is conducted through descriptiveanalytic method. The statistical population consists of 90 managers and
experts of the instruction centers of National Iranian Petrochemical
Company. After studying the initial statistical population and agreement
of their conditions with the research needs, 60 people were selected as the
statistical sample. The data were collected through questionnaire. The
questionnaires validity was measured through Chronbach’s α and a
coefficient of 87% was obtained which indicates an acceptable correlation
of the questions and absence of significant dispersion among them.
Furthermore, some experts confirmed face and content validities of the
questionnaires. Cipp model was tested through structural equations model
and the data were analyzed through binomial test, Friedman variance
analysis test, correlation test, and t-test. The results indicate that the
experts have confirmed the four dimensions of the model and its twenty
criteria and further verified their ability to assess the instruction centers.
In addition, there is a significant relationship among the dimensions, criteria, and variables. This indicates that the overt variables measure the
covert variables significantly.
