چکیده

نارضایتی از عملکرد نظام آموزشی در پاسخگویی به نیازهای روزافزون جامعه امروز و قابلیت‌های ضعیف خروجی‌های آن در دستیابی به هدف‌های از پیش تعیین‌شده، آموزش‌وپرورش امروز را با چالش‌های جدی مواجه کرده است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های اثربخشی مدارس متوسطه دوم استان هرمزگان برای ارائه مدل در راستای بهبود سیستم‌ آموزشی مدارس انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، با رویکرد کمی-کیفی (آمیخته) انجام گرفته ‎است. جامعه آماری شامل افراد خبره در حوزه اثربخشی مدارس بود که در بخش کمی شامل تمامی مدیران، دبیران و هنرآموزان مدارس در استان هرمزگان در سال تحصیلی 1396-1397 (6800=N) بود. همچنین در بخش کیفی نیز حجم جامعه با اشباع نظری 10 نفر برآورد شد. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 364 نفر برآورد شده و برای انتخاب نمونه نیز از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته بر مبنای مقیاس پنج گزینه‌ای بود. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن از نظر صوری و محتوایی از طریق چند نفر از خبرگان به تأیید رسید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده به شناسایی 16 مؤلفه و 65 شاخص منجر شد که نامگذاری آنها بر اساس مبانی نظری شکل گرفت.

The dissatisfaction from the educational system’s performance to answer the increasing needs of the today society and the weak caoabilities of its outputs to achive the pre determind objectives, have confronted the todey’s education with serious challenges. accordingly, the present study was aimed to Study of the Components and Indicators of Effectiveness of Secondary Schools in Hormozgan Province in order to provide a model for improving the educational system in schools. the purpose of this research is applied and in terms of information gathering method, a quantitative-qualitative approach has been taken. the statistical population includes experts in the field of school effectiveness which in part of quantitative research, included all school principals, teachers and students in Hormozgan province during the academic year of 2017-18 (N=6800), also In the qualitative section, the statistical population was estimated with a theoretical saturation of 10 people. the sample size was estimated to be 364 by Cochran formula. A stratified sampling was used to select the sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the 5-item scale. Reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha and Validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content were confirmed through several experts. To analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The results obtained to identify 16 components and 65 indicators, whose naming was based on theoretical foundations.
