چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی ارتباط ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی و آوای سازمانی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در سال 96- 95 انجام پذیرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 186 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای متناسب با حجم دانشکده­ها انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1997) و آوای سازمانی کاتارین هامس (2012) بود. روایی ابزار به‌صورت محتوایی مورد تأیید متخصصان و پایایی آن با روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ سرمایه اجتماعی (95/0)، آوای سازمانی (96/0) تعیین و تأیید شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss V. 21 از طریق آزمون همبستگی پیرسون انجام پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در سطح خطای 5 درصد بین ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی با آوای سازمانی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رابطه­ی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (001/0P≤). همچنین بر اساس مدل رگرسیون ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی تأثیر معنی­داری بر روی آوای سازمانی داشت و بیشترین میزان پیش‌بینی آوای سازمانی مربوط به بعد شناختی سرمایه اجتماعی بود (48/0= R²).

+This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between dimensions of Social capital and Organizational Voices of staff employees at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in 95- 96 were performed. Method of the research was the type of descriptive and correlation. The sample consisted of 186 employees of Medical Sciences using the stratified random sampling method were selected according to size School. The results showed that the level of 5 percent between dimensions of social capital and organizational Sound of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah and there is a significant positive relationship (P=0 / 001).
