چکیده
دانشگاه های پیشرو با توجه به پیچیدگی های دنیای امروز حرکت جوامع انسانی بسوی تعالی ، بربالندگی دانشجویان در حوزه رهبری به ویژه رهبری معنوی تمرکز کرده اند.هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای بالندگی رهبری معنوی در دانشجویان است . پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی واستراتژی تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. به این منظور بررسی متون تخصصی مرتبط بارهبری معنوی و بالندگی دانشجویان و نیز مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند با 14 نفرازصاحب نظران دانشگاهی (اساتید رشته های مرتبط ومدیران ارشد دانشگاه آزاداسلامی و مدیران واحد علوم تحقیقات )تا اشباع داده هاکه به روش نمونه گیری هدفمندانتخاب شده بودند انجام شد.تحلیل داده ها از طریق کد گذاری باز و محوری انجام شد که منتج به استخراج 368 کد باز و 18مقوله شد که درنهایت مدلی مشتمل بر 3 بعد و85 مولفه رهبری معنوی به عنوان هسته مرکزی مدل ،با 10 عامل اثرگذار، 3 راهبرد، 38سازوکار وروش اجرایی جهت پیاده سازی و5 پیامد کلان تدوین شد.

چکیده [English]
Pioneering universities have focused on the students' supremacy in the field of leadership, especially spiritual leadership, due to the complexities of today's world and the excellence of the human society. The aim of this research is to provide a model for the spiritual development of students in Islamic Azad University. Research has been done with a qualitative approach and content analysis strategy. To this end, the study of the related specialized texts related to spirituality leadership and students development, as well as semi-structured interviews with 14 academic scholars (related professors and senior managers of Islamic Azad University and managers of science & research unit) to data saturation were selected through targeted sampling. Data analysis was conducted through open and axial coding, which resulted in the extraction of 368 open codes and 18 categories. Finally, a model consisting of 3 dimensions and 85 components as the core of the model with 10 effective factors, 3 strategies, 38 mechanisms and 5 consequences was developed
