This study aimed to develop a strategic thinking model of higher education managers based on structure. The structure of any organization plays an important role in maintaining order and achieving goals. The research method was exploratory and was conducted in the academic year 2019. First, the themes of strategic thinking of higher education managers based on structuring were identified using the inductive theme analysis method and based on the whole field of research, which included the categories contained in databases and books related to strategic thinking. Holsti method was used to obtain reliability. Then, using the range technique, the identified themes were juxtaposed and compared, and finally, the all-encompassing structural theme had organizing themes of 1- decision-making 2- prioritization 3- evaluation 4- process-oriented. Then, according to the identified themes, a questionnaire was designed to validate the model with 18 items, the final score of 0.952 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha. The research population in the quantitative section was higher education managers with 2816. The method was multi-stage random sampling in which 338 samples were determined. The confirmatory factor analysis method was used to validate the research model. All themes with high factor load were approved, which showed the high validity of the model.

Education systems (public and higher) play a key role in the comprehensive development of diverse ecosystems, but in recent decades, with increasing turbulence and global financial crises, governments have lacked funding to provide education. Higher education budget deficits have become increasingly important. This has made it imperative to pay more attention to evaluating the performance of educational units to improve their financial resources to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, using this qualitative method, in particular, the cross-cutting strategy seeks to answer two questions: 1) What are the categories and concepts of content analysis and content analysis strategy with the educational system? Can these concepts and categories be presented to improve the status of the education system? Succeeded. In the first question, for the first question, there were five sub-categories: governance, management-executive, welfare, consequence, educational system. In the second question, corresponding to each of these categories, the status of the educational system was criticized and then the policies proposed.

The method is descriptive-correlation of structural equations in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes all education staff in Hamadan. The sample size was randomly selected based on the relative class method (between the two classes of education one and two) and based on Kerjcie and Morgan table 210. Research tools include researcher-made questionnaires of Kant's ethical conscientious view, organizational violations and standard questionnaires of ethical strategies of Nemati et al. (2020) and Hackman and Oldham (1980) job motivation. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by three management experts. The reliability of the tools through Cronbach's alpha test for Kant's ethical conscientious view was 0.89, ethical strategies 0.84, job motivation 0.90 and administrative violations 0.82, respectively. Two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient test of structural equation type) were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that Kant's conscientious view has a direct effect on job motivation and reduction of organizational violations. Ethical strategy also has a direct effect on job motivation and reduction of organizational violations. Job motivation has an effect on the reduction of organizational violations. Thus, Kant's ethical conscientious view and ethical strategies are effective in reducing organizational violations by mediating the role of job motivation.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the correlation of spiritual well-being and authentic leadership with academic optimism, among elementary school teachers. A sample of 225 teachers from the elementary school teachers in Robat Karim district were selected, using single-stage cluster random sampling. Research data was collected by means of three questionnaires: Ellison and paloutzian spiritual wellbeing questionnaire (1982), comprising Existential well-being and religious well-being with 93% of reliability; Walumbwa and et al. questionnaire of authentic leadership (2008), comprising Relational in transparenc, Internalized moral reasaning, Balanced processing, and self-awareness, with 89% reliability; and Beared et al. questionnaire of elementary school teachers’ academic optimism (2010), comprising teacher self-efficiency, trust in students and parents, and academic emphasis, with 78% reliability. Received data was then analyzed by means of single-sample T test and multiple regression. Findings indicate that spiritual well-being can explain 21% of variance in academic optimism. Moreover, authentic leadership factors account for 11% of variance in academic optimism. Consequently, spiritual well-being and authentic leadership can have a positive impact on teachers’ academic optimism and therefore on the quality of learning process.
