Evaluating the performance of school principals is a crucial factor in the process of educational development and reform. The performance of school management is heavily influenced by intelligent tools. The main purpose of this study is to conceptualize and identify the components of intelligent performance evaluation of school principals. The research method is qualitative in terms of data collection and applied in terms of results. For data collection and information gathering in the qualitative section, the meta-synthesis method and the seven-stage model of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006) were used. To identify and collect credible scientific sources, domestic and international scientific databases were used. The publication period of scientific sources is from 2013 to 2024. Among the sources, 44 articles related to the research topic were reviewed using a targeted search strategy, and 19 articles were selected and analyzed. By combining the content and literature, 105 codes, 45 concepts, and 13 key categories were extracted, analyzed, and validated through calculating Cohen's kappa coefficient. The results showed that the most important factors recognized in intelligent performance evaluation of school principals include: tools and methods, limitations and requirements, components evaluable by intelligent tools, factors affecting the results of intelligent evaluation, stages of implementing intelligent performance evaluation, benefits of intelligent performance evaluation, and differences between intelligent and traditional evaluation. Identifying the dimensions and components of intelligent performance evaluation of school principals can be used as a valuable resource in formulating, developing, and implementing evaluation and management policies in Iranian schools by education policymakers

The guidance and management of schools is the responsibility of managers who shape the educational path of students with their decisions and actions. This phenomenological research deals with the conceptualization of entrepreneurial leadership among educational managers in schools. The research field of Kurdistan province and potential participants were all the educational managers at the primary level in the city of Sanandaj, 18 of whom were purposefully (heterogenously) selected and invited to participate using a semi-structured interview protocol. The aim of the present study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the quality of in-service teacher training courses from the perspective of educational experts. This research is exploratory-descriptive in terms of purpose, academic-oriented in terms of audience, cross-sectional in terms of time, and based on a mixed-methods approach. A semi-structured interview with experts was used in the qualitative phase, and a researcher-made questionnaire was used in the quantitative phase. Fuzzy Delphi method was used for screening variables, and ANP network analysis method was used to identify component relationships and determine strategic components. The study population was selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling method. The sample size was 15 experts. The research findings revealed that, according to the experts' viewpoint, teachers' professional development with a weight of 0.168 is of higher importance compared to other factors. Among the components of professional development, continuous monitoring and support of teachers with a relative weight of 0.274 and a final weight of 0.046 has the highest importance. The results of the research indicate that in order to improve the quality of education, there is a need for continuous monitoring and support of teachers.

Transgression refers to a nonnormative attitude, behavior, or condition. One type of transgression is sexual harassment in the workplace, which is a form of gender discrimination. Since Iranian research has rarely dealt with the issue of sexual transgression by faculty members, studying the global literature can help raise awareness among university leaders, professors, and students. This article, adopting a "gendered power dynamics" approach, and employing a "thematic synthesis" methodology on 14 primary studies, sought to answer the following questions: What are the characteristics and motivations of faculty members who commit sexual transgressions? What are the characteristics of their victims and the consequences of victimization? In the context of gendered power dynamics, the current research has identified the characteristics and motivations of transgressors, as well as the characteristics of victims and their post-victimization behaviors. Policymakers, legislators, and academic leaders can gain a better and broader understanding of the phenomenon of sexual transgressions by faculty members by using these findings. This will help them identify areas that require immediate action or reform.

The main goal of the current research was to model the structural equations of organizational bullying in medical-educational centers. The current research was a structural equation model in terms of its practical purpose and method of conducting correlational research. The statistical population included all doctors, nurses and employees working in the educational and medical centers of Tabriz in 1402. A statistical sample of 250 people was selected using available sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, the face validity of which was confirmed by the guidance professors and advisors and 2 professors in the field of measurement and measurement, and its reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 95. was obtained Amos software and structural equation model were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the organizational bullying model included 6 components of unilateral exercise of power, discrimination, unrelated human resource management, abuse of job position and weak enforcement of the law, management based on fear and imposing additional burden and this model is 72. The variable explains organizational bullying. Also, the fit indices of the model show the desirability of the model. The results of this research can be used in formulating regulations to prevent bullying in educational and therapeutic organizations.

In educational environments, each and every employee who plays a role in the realization of learning is considered an educational leader and should be able to create a favorable environment with the help of people who play a role in education so that the goals of these institutions are realized. The development of educational institutions, which are a source of nourishment for other organizations, depends on the environment being free of discouraging and boring factors. The present descriptive-normative study was conducted in order to investigate the psychometric properties of the poisoned educational environment questionnaire. The statistical population of this study was 1556 educational and cultural workers working in Sarab city. Based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan and corresponding to the size of the population, data was collected from 351 available people. The relative size of gender and city classes was included in the sample. Data analysis in S. software. P. S. S. 26 and Lisrel 8.8 were performed. The findings of the exploratory factor analysis indicated that the questionnaire was saturated by three factors. Confirmatory factor analysis also showed a good fit of the three-factor structure with the data. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the entire questionnaire and the subscales of bullying, harassment, and Ostracism were equal to 0.82, 0.92, 0.90, and 0.80, respectively; Therefore, the mentioned tool is reliable. In general, the results of the research show the desirability of the stability and validity of the toxic work environment questionnaire and its applicability as a valid tool.

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the narratives of teachers about the concept of imagination in the kindergarten environment. The participants were 20 experienced teachers "11 men and 9 women". Sampling was done in a targeted (heterogeneous) method with maximum diversity. Also, a semi-structured interview charter was used to collect data, which continued until theoretical saturation was reached. In addition, data coding was done using the Brown and Clark (2012) model, using thematic analysis method. And finally, the collected data were analyzed with MAXQDA 20 software. The results showed that four meta-narratives under the headings of "context-oriented, adaptation-oriented, interaction-oriented, and progress-oriented" could be counted from understanding and imagining the concept of imagination. Despite the diversity of meta-narratives, the basic skills for developing the concept of imagination require "creativity and initiative, mental flexibility, divergent thinking and tolerance of ambiguity". And finally, in addition to the challenges and obstacles, their emphasis was on concepts such as "cognitive limitations, social culture, organizational barriers and psychological factors" that the participants emphasized. Therefore, examining and identifying these themes can help to better understand the ways of cultivating imagination and designing effective solutions to face challenges.

The present study aims to reflect on the root inhibitors of employment among university graduates to propose optimal policy solutions. For this purpose, a qualitative approach and descriptive phenomenology method were utilized. The participants included academic and research experts with backgrounds in related research fields, selected through purposive snowball sampling, considering theoretical saturation in the findings. Sixteen individuals were chosen. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews, and the obtained data were analyzed using content analysis based on the inductive approach of the Graneheim and Lundman model (2004). The findings indicated that the fundamental issues of higher education graduate employment in Iran are rooted in the misalignment of university programs and curricula with the actual needs and skills of various industry, society, and labor market sectors, the mismatch between the supply and demand levels of graduates with the country's needs, the non-knowledge-based nature of the economy, industries, and market of the country, the prevalence of credentialism culture in education and employment, and the lack of appropriate entrepreneurship culture and education among university graduates. The study encapsulates three basic concepts: First, one of the main reasons for the unemployment of university graduates in Iran is the gap between academic education and the skills required by the labor market. Second, effective interaction with the labor market is considered the missing link in the management of Iran's academic system. Third, the academic education process in Iran emphasizes scientific theories rather than the integration of theory and practice and skill-based training.

The aim of the research is to design a hybrid educational leadership model based on the five pillars of the organization. This research is fundamental in terms of its results, exploratory in terms of its purpose, and mixed in terms of its research data. First, based on the research literature on virtual, Telecommuting, and hybrid education, the factors affecting hybrid educational leadership were identified, then they were categorized based on Mintzberg's five organizational pillars; namely, the organizational environment, structure, technology, goals, and people of the organization (human resources), and a Delphi questionnaire was designed and used as the basis for data collection. Twenty school principals and experts in Darab County were selected using the snowball method, and the Delphi questionnaire was provided to them in three stages. Finally, a consensus was reached among the Delphi panel members and a hybrid educational leadership model was designed. Based on the Kendall test, technology factors had the highest consensus with a coefficient of 0.786. After that, the individual factor of employees (0.740), environment (0.695), individual of managers (0.686), structural (0.649) and finally goals (0.594) were ranked respectively. Finally; the model was implemented using Smart-PLS software among principals and deputy principals of schools in Darab city to be validated. The overall model was confirmed in terms of validity, reliability and quality of the measurement model.

This study aimed at analyzing teachers' experiences regarding undesirable behaviors of elementary school principals. To address it, qualitative as well as phenomenological approaches were employed. The statistical population of the study included all elementary school teachers in Districts 1 and 2 of Sanandaj during the academic year 2024–2025. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis and theme-network methods. After conducting in-depth interviews with 14 participants, selected purposefully via snowball sampling, theoretical saturation was achieved. In order to ensure data validity and reliability, interview transcripts were reviewed and confirmed by participants. Also, extracted codes were peer-reviewed for four interviews, demonstrating acceptable inter-coder agreement. Results indicated that undesirable managerial behaviors of principals were manifested at two levels. The first one was organization-oriented behaviors (financial and managerial deviations), and the second one was subordinate-oriented behaviors (discrimination, authoritarianism, rudeness, humiliation, excessive demands, lack of support, and poor interpersonal relationships. The consequences of such behaviors at subordinate level were reduced motivation and job satisfaction, increased sycophancy, undermining, pretense of work, heightened anxiety, and aggression. This is while the consequences at the organizational level were erosion of organizational cohesion, decreased organizational commitment, wastage of material and financial resources, and lack of staff participation in decision-making. In order to eliminate or reduce such behaviors, steps should be taken to enhance principals' ethical competencies.

In order to manage the affairs of managers, including preparation, appointment, growth and designing their lifestyles, we need to draw a common and equal picture of managers in the whole country, which forms the management geometry of organizations and the entire administrative system. give Therefore, it can be said that all actions related to managers' affairs depend on drawing this picture. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the classification of jobs and managerial positions. To achieve the research goal and answer the questions, the qualitative content analysis method was used. To collect the research data while benefiting from the focus group method, the lived experience of the authors in the field of regulations for the classification of government jobs was used as the basis of the work. The findings of the research showed that we can classify all the jobs of the State based on a certain logic. This logic has four stages of division of country's affairs, classification of institutions, classification of units of institutions and classification of management jobs. Based on this model, the entire management jobs of the country can be classified and ranked, and this classification can be the basis of managers' rights and benefits, growth and training, the mechanism for the promotion of managers, etc.

This research aimed to investigate the role of learning-centered leadership in teaching anxiety mediated by teacher enthusiasm in primary school teachers in Kurdistan province. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and correlational (structural equation modeling) in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study was 6328 primary school teachers in Kurdistan province in the academic year 1402-1403, of which 362 people were used in a categorical-ratio method based on district, town and sex. Data were collected using the Learning- Centered Leadership Questionnaires of Liu et al. (2016), Hart Teaching Anxiety (1987), and Kunter et al. (2011) Teacher Enthusiasm. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling). The findings showed that learning- centered leadership has a direct, negative, and significant effect on teaching anxiety (P<0.01). Learning-oriented leadership has a direct, positive, and significant effect on teacher enthusiasm (P<0.01). Teacher enthusiasm has a direct, negative, and significant effect on teaching anxiety (P<0.01). Teacher enthusiasm also plays a mediating role in the relationship between learning-centered leadership and teaching anxiety (P<0.01). As a result, by improving the level of application of learning-centered leadership in schools and improving enthusiasm in teachers, teaching anxiety in primary teachers can be reduced and some of the psychological harms of teachers can be eliminated.

Classroom management was considered one of the essential skills for teachers, which could be influenced by psychological factors such as stress and emotional exhaustion. Understanding these factors helped improve the quality of teacher training programs. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between perceived stress and emotional exhaustion with classroom management ability in student teachers. The research followed a descriptive-correlational design, and the statistical population included all student teachers at Imam Ali Campus of Farhangian University in Gilan Province during the year 2024. A total of 180 participants were selected through census sampling. Data were collected using the Classroom Management Style Questionnaire by Yazdi and Ali (2013), the Perceived Stress Scale by Cohen, Kamarck, and Mermelstein (1983), and the Emotional Exhaustion subscale from the Maslach Burnout Inventory by Maslach and Jackson (1981). Due to the non-normal distribution of data, Spearman’s correlation test was used for analysis. The results indicated that there was no significant relationship between perceived stress and classroom management ability, whereas a significant negative relationship was found between emotional exhaustion and classroom management. These findings suggested that emotional exhaustion had a stronger adverse effect on management skills than perceived stress. It was concluded that including psychological support interventions and emotion regulation workshops in teacher training programs could help enhance the emotional resources of student teachers.

The aim of the study is to design the antecedents and consequences model of coach-oriented organization in the Iranian education system using a descriptive-correlational research method. The statistical population of the study was 328 school principals in Zahedan in the academic year 2024-2025.Using a random-stratified sampling method (by gender) and according to the Cochran sampling formula 177 principals were selected. The data collection tool was a 58-item questionnaire that was developed based on research of Golparvar et al. (2023). The structural equation model was used to analyze the data with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings showed that antecedents related to the coach (β=0.32,t=3.86), antecedents related to the coachee (β=0.27,t=3.51), and organizational antecedents (β=0.31,t=3.97) have a positive and significant effect on the formation of a coach-oriented organization. The coach-oriented organization also has a positive and significant effect on the consequences of individual (β=0.78,t=29.35) and consequences organizational (β=0.62,t=17.08). These findings indicate that in order to create a mentor-oriented organization with positive outcomes such as organizational development and excellence, training expert and efficient human capital, improving performance and increasing productivity, improving organizational communications and managing organizational conflicts, creating a learning and teaching organization, and a supportive, uplifting, and motivating organizational environment, attention should be paid simultaneously to human factors (personality traits, knowledge, skills, and attitude of the mentor and trainee) and organizational factors (management and leadership strategies, organizational culture, and organizational structure). Based on the fit indices (NFI=0.667, d_G=0.821, d_ULS=3.705, χ2=776.385 SRMR=0.086), it was determined that the model has appropriate validity.

Advances in the field of artificial intelligence have presented educational leadership with opportunities and challenges, and the effective use of this technology at a strategic level has been accompanied by conceptual ambiguities and fragmentation in the literature. The aim of the study was to provide a coherent classification of applications of artificial intelligence in educational leadership. The study was conducted with a systematic review approach and qualitative-inductive analysis. The research population included all studies in the field of artificial intelligence and educational leadership from 2017 to 2025, and the selection of sources was carried out using the PRISMA flowchart in the Scopus, ERIC, and IEEE Xplore databases, and ultimately 32 eligible sources were selected for the content analysis. The findings showed that the applications of artificial intelligence in educational leadership can be classified into ten distinct areas: executive effectiveness, personalized learning, improving teaching practices, decision-making and policy-making, student support, organizational leadership and strategic planning, regulatory oversight, community engagement and communication, ethical leadership in artificial intelligence, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. These domains cover different dimensions of educational leadership and highlight the potential of AI technologies to improve organizational performance, data-driven decision-making, and ensure educational equity. The proposed taxonomy provides a practical framework for administrators, policymakers, and technology developers to design AI deployments in the educational system with a coherent, ethical, and contextual perspective. By conceptually organizing the applications, the present study provides a framework for designing professional development programs and future research in intelligent educational leadership.

Since teachers’ procrastination and job burnout—especially in underprivileged regions—undermine their motivation and efficiency, and educational leadership can influence these two variables, the present study aimed to examine the predictive power of school principals’ leadership styles for procrastination and job burnout among secondary school teachers in Bashagard during the 2023–2024 academic year. This correlational study included a statistical population of 315 teachers, of whom 172 were selected as the sample through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Tuckman Procrastination Questionnaire (1991), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (1997), and a researcher-developed questionnaire to assess leadership styles. Considering the non-normal distribution of variables, Spearman’s correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied. The results showed that principals’ leadership style has a negative relationship with both procrastination and job burnout, with coefficients of 0.35 and 0.63, respectively, while a positive relationship with a coefficient of 0.29 was observed between procrastination and job burnout. Regression analysis indicated that leadership styles significantly predict the changes related to procrastination and job burnout, with coefficients of 0.27 and 0.44, respectively, and the predictive power of leadership style for job burnout was stronger than for procrastination. Therefore, effective leadership styles can help reduce teachers’ procrastination and job burnout, thereby improving their educational performance and psychological well-being, particularly in disadvantaged regions such as Bashagard.

The present study aimed to design and validate a resilience model for elementary schools. This research utilized an exploratory mixed-methods approach (qualitative-quantitative). The qualitative sample consisted of 17 academic experts and exemplary teachers and principals from West Azerbaijan province, selected through purposive sampling based on theoretical saturation. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population included all elementary school teachers in Urmia during the 2024-2025 academic year, with 346 participants selected through stratified random sampling using Cochran's formula. Data collection instruments included semi-structured interviews in the qualitative phase and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative phase. Interview data were analyzed using thematic analysis in MAXQDA2020, while quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS26 and Smart-PLS3. Qualitative findings revealed that the resilience model for elementary schools comprises eight overarching themes: infrastructural factors, structural factors, managerial factors, cultural factors, pedagogical factors, teacher agency, student resilience, and stakeholder support. Quantitative results demonstrated that all observed variables had acceptable factor loadings on their respective latent variables and were significant at the 0.01 level. The Goodness of Fit (GOF) index value of 0.622 indicated a favorable fit for the overall research model. The designed model can effectively enhance the quality and resilience of the educational system.

In today’s highly competitive environment, where open innovation has emerged as a vital paradigm for the advancement of educational organizations, it is essential to implement strategies that facilitate the acquisition, sharing, and purposeful utilization of cross-boundary knowledge and ideas. Accordingly, the present study was conducted to examine the role of educational management in open innovation, employing structural equation modeling to assess the mediating function of problem-solving competence among the employees of Hakim Sabzevari University. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive–correlational in terms of nature and methodology, utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population consisted of all administrative staff and faculty members employed at Hakim Sabzevari University during the first semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. From this population, a sample of 226 participants was selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using three standardized and validated questionnaires measuring educational management, open innovation, and problem-solving competence, which were distributed among the selected participants. The findings revealed that educational management is positively associated with open innovation; however, through the mediating role of problem-solving competence, educational management does not exert a significant positive indirect effect on open innovation at Hakim Sabzevari University. This result implicitly suggests the inefficiency or insufficiency of the current level of problem-solving competence within the university’s organizational structure in translating educational management policies into open innovation outcomes.
