The Journal of Educational Leadership and Management Research is a peer-reviewed, double-blind, open-access scientific journal published by Allameh Tabatabai University as a leading university in humanities and social sciences with the permission of the Ministry of Guidance and Islamic Culture under number 35926/92 dated 20 It will be published in Iran on 12/1992. This publication was founded in order to provide an intellectual environment for national and international researchers with a focus on the foundation of administrative thought, organization theory and training performance in public and educational organizations and institutions in the field of management, educational management and educational leadership. This publication was published in response to the latest developments and research achievements in the field of educational leadership and management, and its purpose is to publish quality articles that report findings related to important issues in this field. In this publication, research articles (conceptual and practical) in Farsi and English abstracts are published in printed and electronic form, and like other publications of Allameh Tabatabai University, each article has its own unique identification number (DOI) to facilitate identification and search. This publication has stopped publication due to compliance with the new regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and updating the information of the publication on 1/6/98 to 29/12/1400. Allameh Tabataba’I University publications use similarity finder systems to check the percentage of similarity. These systems are connected to numerous data banks around the world and to confirm the originality and validity of the presented articles, they are examined many times in different ways with access to large sources of matched data. The acceptance percentage of Allameh Tabataba’I University publications is up to 15%.
