+This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between dimensions of Social capital and Organizational Voices of staff employees at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in 95- 96 were performed. Method of the research was the type of descriptive and correlation. The sample consisted of 186 employees of Medical Sciences using the stratified random sampling method were selected according to size School. Measured research tools include Nahapiet and Ghoshal (1997) and organizational voices Hames(2012) 5 Likert scale has. Validity of the questionnaire by faculty members of the Department of educational administration, Razi University confirmed. In order to. The research of reliability evaluation measurement tools reliability coefficient of cronbach's alpha and the combination was used. Cronbach's Alpha for social capital questionnaire and organizational Voices respectively 0.90, and 0.92. The data were analyzed by using LISREL8.80 and spss-21 was performed. The results showed that the level of 5 percent between dimensions of social capital and organizational Sound of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah and there is a significant positive relationship (P=0 / 001). This study examines the impact of organizational learning on organizational commitment of staff and managers are Razi University in Kermanshah. The study is cross correlation. The study population consisted of all employees and managers at Razi University in Kermanshah, including 200 patients (male and female) who in 1393 engaged in the organization that conducted sampling were performed. The data collection tool in the study of organizational learning questionnaire Watkins and Marzik And organizational commitment of Allen & Meyer is standard. Validity study was conducted. To test the validity of both questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha, the value of organizational learning questionnaire 0/89 and for organizational commitment questionnaire obtained 0/91. The analysis of this study, using statistical software spss the statistical method of Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational learning. Continuous adjustment between emotional and significant relationship between the organization and organizational learning interpersonal skills, organizational learning and organizational commitment was found. But the other aspects of organizational learning and organizational commitment was a significant relationship.

این تحقیق به بررسی رابطه بین فرهنگ سازمانی با مدیریت تغییر ادارات دولتی شهر کرج پرداخته است. حجم جامعهAbstract آماری در این پژوهش 552 نفر میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشهای، نمونهای به حجم 120 نفر از کارکنان صفی و ستادی انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی دنیسون با ضریب پایانی 87% و پرسشنامه مدیریت تغییر با ضریب پایایی 91% که از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بدست آمده است، میباشد. در این پژوهش متغییر پیش بین فرهنگ سازمانی و ملاک مدیریت تغییر میباشد. روشهای آماری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل کروسکال والیس، u من ویتنی، همبستگی پیرسون و فریدمن میباشد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان دهنده رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت تغییر با ضریب همبستگی 72% و در سطح معنی داری 1% میباشد. بنی انواع چهار گانه فرهنگ سازمانی شامل: مشارکتی، ثبات و یکپارچگی، انعطاف پذیری و ماموریتی با مدیریت تغییر رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. فرهنگ ماموریتی با بیشترین ضریب همبستگی یعنی 69% رابطه با مدیریت تغییر را نشان میدهد یافتههای جانبی به دست آمده در این پژوهش نیز حاکی از آن است که میان ادراکات کارکنان از لحاظ جنسیت و تحصیلات از فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت تغییر، تفاوت معناداری وجود نداردAbstract

This research is being done among the teachers of Meshkin shahr. the purpose of this research is to survey relationship between professional ethics, social capital and organizational citizenship behaviour. presrnt research is descriptive and a practical research. This research is in the category of solidarity. Statistical society of this research is all the high teachers (563) that they are teaching in 94-95 educational year. According to Morgan table 225 peapole of them by rank chance are chosen sample (122 men, 103 women) For collecting information for present research questionnaire is used. To analyse data descriptive statistics and inferential statistics is used, for the descriptive statistics in this research variables paid like average standard deviation, variance and demographics variant like age, sexuality, educational condition, years of service. after that for inferential statistic, in order to survey validity of questionnaire confirmatory factor analysis is used. To survey the hypothesis of Structural equation modeling, structural equation modeling method with the help of software is used SmartPLS 3. Research discoveries show that there is a direct relationship between professional ethics component and organizational citizenship behaviour. Also there is a positive relationship between social capital component and organizational citizenship behavior. In the end there are some suggestions.

The aim of the current research was to identify causes of organizational silence among the staff of the University of Mohaghegh Ardabil. To achieve the aim, case study was used which first qualitative phase was conducted and after that quantitative data was collected and analyzed. The research population was 354 faculty members of mohaghegh university which 11 members of them were studied through cluster sampling in the qualitative phase and 153 members of them were selected via cluster sampling method. to collect qualitative data, unstructured interview was conducted which validated based on triangulation and participant feedback. On the other hand, the tool for quantitative phase was researcher- designed questionnaire which reliability was 0/92. Inductive content analysis through open coding was applied for analyzing qualitative data and software pls were used for quantitative data. The results showed that that organizational factors such as organizational structure, culture and negative reaction on the part of management and leadership styles and personal factors such as fear of job loss, type of personality, and lack of employee commitment are the reasons that lead to silence people in organizations . Findings also showed the negative reaction from staff managers have the greatest impact on organizational silence.

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of information and communication technology skills factors on innovative creativity with the mediating role of business intelligence of students of technical and vocational universities in Mazandaran province. The statistical population of the present study, in order to conduct field studies, included all students of Mazandaran Technical and Vocational University in the academic year 2009-2010 in the number of 14888 people, which was requested from the total education of each university in the academic year 1998-99. 376 people were selected using Cochran's formula as a statistical sample. In this study, 3 standard questionnaires were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha of information and communication technology skills (0.963), innovative creativity (0.933), business intelligence (0.839). The results showed that business intelligence mediates the relationship between ICT skills and innovative creativity. Factors (individual, attitude, educational, technical, economic, environmental, human) affect innovative creativity according to the mediating role of business intelligence of students of technical and vocational universities in Mazandaran province.

The purpose of this study is investigation of mediator role organizational commitment in relationship between organizational justice and commitment to change in Salas babajani teachers. Method of study is correlational. the study population included all primary school teachers (310 persons) of Salas babajany. From among this population, 180 teacher were selected as sample based morgan table and using cluster sampling method. Selection and implementation of formative evaluation as one of the alternative methods of traditional evaluation, despite its advantages and attractiveness, has faced many difficulties and challenges. The current survey research, with a quantitative approach, examines the individual and contextual factors that affect teachers' performance in this regard. For this purpose, a statistical sample of 592 participants was selected from among the primary and secondary teachers in West Mazandaran through random cluster sampling. They answered a questionnaires measuring teachers' performance in formative evaluation. The data were analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. As a result, while confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, it was found that teachers' self-efficacy, the population of teachers working in the school, and the school's support for teachers have the greatest impact on the implementation of formative evaluation. Also, middle school teachers showed more interest in this method of evaluation. In addition, teaching experience and tendency to formative evaluation had a reverse relationship. The results showed that factors such as students' characteristics and the subject of the course do not have a significant effect on teachers' willingness and performance in formative evaluation. Finally, suggestions are provided regarding significance of practical techniques and a supportive environment to encourage using formative evaluation.

The correct training of human resources, while at the level of insurance companies, improves the performance of employees and the insurance company, it also provides the grounds for proper interaction between employees and customers. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the current situation of the education system of the insurance industry. This research is descriptive and retrospective in terms of time and practical in terms of purpose. The research method is among the qualitative methods in terms of the type of data. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the training department of insurance companies. The data collection tool is a questionnaire with 26 open items. The findings of this research include identifying the weaknesses in the education system of the insurance industry in Iran. The main methods of education in the insurance industry, with an emphasis on the experience and knowledge of retired people, shows the high contribution of the teacher-apprentice education method, which explains the influence and role of the main managers and senior managers of a company in the culture of education and its accountability methods. The results of the research show that in order to integrate the training processes and develop the quality of the educational system at the level of the Iranian insurance industry, as well as to design the improvement and competence system of human resources, it is necessary to organize the training.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of enabling school structure and academic optimism of teacher on the student’s academic achievement. To carry out this study , the descriptive ( correlation) method is used.Teacher academic optimism and enabling school structure questionnaires by 150 teacher in district 5 tehran guidance school that were randomly chosen , were completed. The last semester’s student final grade point was selected as the base of measurement of their educational development. To examine the hypothesis and answer the study’s question, the correlation coefficient and multiple regression was used and the results confirm the hypothesis. Results showed that the academic optimism of teacher and school empowerment have a positive and significant correlation with academic achievement. Among the three dimensions of academic optimism (efficacy, academic emphasis, trust) teacher efficacy had the highest correlation with academic achievement. Academic optimism of teacher and empowerment structure are two variables which together explained 23% of the variance in academic achievement.

The purpose of this research is to study the feasibility of university autonomy and its role in accountability and quality assurance of higher education system services. The study population included all faculty members of Urmia University in the academic year of 2014-2015. With the descriptive survey method, 219 faculty members of this university were selected using stratified random sampling method, and responded to the questionnaire. To collect information about the autonomy variable “the European Model Questionnaire UNESCO”, Thomas Estermann et al, for the accountability variable the questionnaire of Keiko Yokoyama, New York model and for the quality assurance variable the questionnaire of HEDPERF model was used. Cronbach's Alpha is used to assess the reliability of the test. The reliability coefficients of the autonomy, accountability and quality assurance questionnaires were 0/88, 0/90 and 0/92 respectively. To test the question and hypothesis of the research t-test univariate and multiple regression and One's regression analyses were used. The results showed that the state of academic freedom and accountability in the University was not good But in terms of quality assurance is moderate and positive relationship existed between academic autonomy, academic accountability and quality assurance And can somewhat predict them (R2= 0/17 , 0/15). there Significant correlation between academic accountability and quality assurance, and can be positive and meaningful predicted it (R2= 0/21).

The main purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the leadership styles of school principals using information technology in schools in Jask city. The method of research in this study was correlation. The statistical population of this study was 191 school principals of Jask city. Based on stratified random sampling, using a Morgan Chrissi table, 127 managers (37 women and 90 men) were sampled the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire including: leadership style and information technology questionnaire. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics (including frequency, percentage, mean and percentage of cumulative frequency) and inferential statistics (including Pearson correlation coefficient and concurrent regression) using spss16 software. The results of the study showed that between leadership styles School administrators have a meaningful relationship with the use of information technology in schools. The results of correlation between the two variables are equal to 0.743 with a significant level of 0.01. Also, there is a significant relationship between the consultative, participatory, and beneficial leadership style of school administrators using information technology in schools. But there is an authoritarian leadership style with the use of information technology there is a reverse. Analysis of the results of regression showed that the predictive variable of leadership style can significantly predict the use of information technology variable.

the purpose of the present study was to determine the impact of ethical leadership on organizational learning through the role of innovative organizational mediator in Islamic Azad University. The statistical population includes all the employees of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University, 1535 persons who were selected by using Morgan table and stratified random sampling method. In order to collect data, three standard questionnaires of ethical leadership of Brown et al. (2005), Nifeh organizational learning (2001), and Siegel \u0026 Kaimer (1978) innovative organizational climate were used. After collecting the questionnaires, data were analyzed by means of mean, standard deviation, percentage, frequency and tables through SPSS V22 software and statistical inference of data through structural equation modeling using LISREL software in two part measurement model. And the structural part was doneIn the first part, the technical characteristics of the questionnaire including reliability, convergent validity and divergent validity were investigated. In the second part, path coefficients and significant coefficients were used to investigate the research hypotheses. The results showed that due to the role of innovative organizational mediator, ethical leadership and its components have a positive and significant effect on organizational learning of central organization employees. The present article has been written with the aim of honoring the services and educational achievements of Dr. Ali Alagheband. In the first part, using biography method, his personal and academic life and scientific works are described. Later his publications are introduced following some of their highlights such as "Paying attention to the main theories of management and their applications in the field of educational administration", "Addressing the needs of the scientific community and the corresponding contents with the approved curricula", "Having innovation and growing contributions in the field of educational administration knowledge" and " Fluent and comprehensive writing" are explained. In the second part, with the help of the phenomenological and lived experience approach of the author from attending the classroom and interactions with Alagheband, some of his personality traits, morals and scientific characteristics are described. The most prominent scientific characteristics of Alagheband were his deep knowledge and perception of the theoretical foundations of educational administration and his most important moral characteristics were self-respect, magnanimity, Outspokenness, Integrity as well as his disinterest towards materialistic facets. He was a true example of high level Iranian University teacher and a unique and an invaluable professor in the field of educational administration who spent his entire life writing well-classified and indelible books in the field of educational administration and promoting the scientific position of this field in Iranian academic system. The present research was conducted with the aim of providing practical solutions to facilitate the activities of teachers in student research institutes of Semnan province. This study was conducted using a mixed exploratory method, and its statistical population was the research teachers of Semnan province in the academic year of 1400-1401. In this way, the size of the statistical sample was determined in the qualitative part by the network method of 35 people and in the quantitative part by the stratified random method of 181 people, and to collect the data, a semi-structured interview and a closed-answer questionnaire were used. The analysis of the data from the interview was done using Strauss and Corbin's open, central and selective coding method. In the first stage, 619 open codes were agreed upon. In the second step, 63 identified codes were clustered in the form of 7 core codes. In the final stage, the selected code "Methods to Facilitate Teachers' Participation in Student Research Institutes" included 3 components: "Participatory Actions of Education and Education", "Participatory Actions of Research Institutes" and "Participatory Actions of Schools" with 22 statistical indicators. The analysis of the questionnaire data also shows the degree of importance of each of the facilitating solutions in these axes.

هدف این مطالعه مدل یابی عوامل اثرگذار بر مدرسه فضیلت مدار با استفاده از رویکردداده بنیاد بود. در این مطالعه، از روش تحقیق کیفی استفاده شد و و دادهها با استفاده مصاحبه با معلمان نمونه، مدیران نمونه ، سرگروههای آموزشی و اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اردبیل جمعآوری شد. در مرحله کیفی با 17 نفر از معلمان نمونه، مدیران نمونه، سرگروه های آموزشی و اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان اردبیل در موضوع پژوهش مصاحبه شد؛ طی سه مرحله تحلیل دادههای کیفی، کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، 15 مقوله کلی به صورت مدل مفهومی در قالب شش طبقه فراگیر شرایط علی، مقوله محوری، راهبردها، عوامل زمینهای، عوامل مداخلهگر و پیامدها به دست آمد که در قالب یک الگو، عوامل اثرگذار بر مدرسه فضیلت مدار با استفاده از رویکرد داده بنیاده رامنعکس مینماید. پس از اجرای مصاحبه و کدگذاری باز و محوری در مرحله کیفی؛ 3 عامل کلی (فردی، درون مدرسه ای و برون مدرسه ای) و 7 مولفه (عوامل فردی، مدیریتی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، قانونی) موثر در ایجاد مدرسه فضیلت مدار شناسایی شد. نتایج پژوهش نشاندهنده 15 مقوله کلی شامل شرایط علی (عوامل فردی، مدیریتی)، شرایط زمینهای (عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی)، شرایط مداخلهگر (عوامل قانونی)، مقوله محوری (مدرسه فضیلت مدار)، راهبردهای استقرار مدرسه فضیلت مدار (آموزش و توانمندسازی، حمایت های مادی و معنوی، تقویت روابط و مشارکت جمعی) و پیامدها (فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی و شغلی سازمانی) بود که الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر مدرسه فضیلت مدار در بین معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان اردبیل و روابط بین ابعاد مختلف آن را منعکس میکرد.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of psychological capital training on organizational socialization and job burnout of Khorramabad education staff. The research method was quasi-experimental and its design was pre-test-post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all education staff in Khorramabad, whose number at the time of the study was about 1534. The statistical sample of the study was 30 people (due to the semi-experimental nature of the study) was selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Data collection tools included Taormina (1994) Organizational Socialization Questionnaire and Maslash et al. (1996). Data analysis was performed by analysis of covariance. The results of analysis of covariance showed that the adjusted means of socialization scores and burnout in the experimental and control groups were significantly different. Senior leadership has been identified as a critical factor in fostering Enterprise Resource Planning systems success. Although, previous studies have investigated the impact of transformational leadership on Enterprise Resource Planning from various angles, however, the role of transformational leadership on Enterprise Resource Planning systems success at the University has not been studied. The purpose of this study was determine the role of transformational leadership on Enterprise Resource Planning systems success at the University. The research model was tested through a survey in Allameh Tabataba'i University, University of Economic Sciences, and Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Correlation analysis of multivariate data was done on the completed questionnaires by 200 employees. The results of the Structural Equation Modeling showed that Transformational leadership is positively related with Enterprise Resource Planning systems success. Organizational culture mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and Enterprise Resource Planning systems success. However, transformational leadership is not positively related with ERP explicit knowledge sharing. Also, the results showed that organizational culture and ERP explicit knowledge sharing is positively related with enterprise resource planning systems success and ERP explicit knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and enterprise resource planning systems success. The research findings can provide guidelines for the top executives to facilitate appropriate organizational culture, so as to foster ERP knowledge sharing and achieve business benefits with the assimilation of ERP systems.

The presented research is provided to investigate relationship Orgaizational citizenship behavior and reputation: Mediators in the relationship between accountability & job performance and satisfaction using descriptive-correlation method. The population was 640 Faculty members of University of Tabriz. Also, the sample size was 180 which selected stratified random sampling, using Kokran formula. The collected data in this research has used five questionnaire as follow Hochwarter et al (2005) Measure of accountability, Paterson’s (1990) job performance Scale, Brayfield & Roths’s (1951) job satisfaction Scale, Podsakoff’s (1990) Orgaizational citizenship behavior scale and Hochwarter, Ferris and Zinko’s reputation scale (2007) respectively. The reliability thorough Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.70, 0.88, 0.65, 0.81 and 0.87, respectively. For statistical analysis, Pierson correlation and structural equation modeling have been used. The results of study indicate accountability has significant positive relationship and direct impact on Orgaizational citizenship behavior. Also, Orgaizational citizenship behavior has significant positive relationship and direct impact on reputation. Furthermore; the results of study indicate that path analysis of reputation on job performance is significant. Hence, Mediator role of Orgaizational citizenship behavior and reputation in relationship between accountability and job performance is certified. Moreover, the results of study indicate that path analysis of reputation on job satisfaction is not significant. Hence, Mediator role of Orgaizational citizenship behavior and reputation in relationship between accountability and job satisfaction is not certified

The goal of this research was Investigation of relationship between teachers’ perceptions towards instructional leadership behaviors of principal and their attitudes towards organizational change and their effectiveness in the secondary high schools of Fasa. The method of this research is descriptive (correlation) and research population included secondary high schools teachers of Fasa (310 people) that 175 people of them (115 women and 60 men) was picked up by stratified random sampling method. Instructional leadership of Hoy and Mielcarek (2003), attitude towards organizational change of Dunham et al.(1989) and teacher effectiveness of zamanimanesh and sobhaninejad(1391) Questionnaires was used in this research. Data were analyzed by Multivariate linear regression and Hierarchical regression and the application of SPSS.20 software. The results showed that perceptions of teachers about instructional leadership behaviors can predict their attitude towards organizational change and their effectiveness. Meanwhile, their attitude towards organizational change variable plays off a mediator role between perceptions of teachers about instructional leadership behaviors and their effectiveness.

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational excellence of educational offices of Zanjan province. In this study, the variables of transformational leadership and organizational excellence were considered as the independent variable in five dimensions and the dependent one, respectively. This study, in terms of purpose, was an applied research and in terms of method was descriptive-survey and correlational. The population of the study was the whole staff of the educational offices of Zanjan province with people, and the selected statistical sampling based on Cochrane formula was 270 people selected by stratified random sampling. A multifactor standard leadership questionnaire and EFQM were used to measure the research variables. Multivariate regression test was used to analyze the data. These results suggest that there is a positive significance between the five dimensions of transformational leadership and organizational excellence, and the role of transformational leadership in explaining organizational excellence was justified.

Aims: This study was an attempt to examine the employment status of the graduates . The authors tried to determine to what extent the graduates were employed in organizations and companies that were related to their field of study and to what extent the university prepared the graduates for the work market. In addition, The participants of the study consisted of three groups of graduates between the years 2004 and 2008. Methods: The research method used in this research is descriptive and survey-based approach. The method used for sampling was accessible method. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analysed by the descriptive methods.Results:The main results were: 1) the employment rate of graduates while studying in the master level was 22.5 percent, and after graduation this rates reached 80 percent, and 2) most of the graduates worked in the public sector especially in higher education and educational training system. Additionally, the rate of employment in the industrial sector has increased in recent years. Conclusion: The results reveal that the duration between graduation and employment ranged from 3 months to 1 year. Eventually, the suggestion of graduates for the optimal preparing of students for the work market is offered.

Taking the fundemnentals of ontology, epistemology and methodology into consideration, EA like other academic fields is widely influenced by the overall evolution of scientific paradigms.The first studies of EA were formed by "positivism school" in the early 20th century and since then interpretative, critical and post modern paradigms ensued. any studies have been done by EA researchers using these paradigms. The current article aims at applying and promoting the concepts derived from critical paradigm in the field of EA consisting two parts. The first part describes background and evolution of the theoritical approach involved in EA, followed by an indication of critical paradigm in the field of EA.The second part is devoted to presenting and summarizing one of the most authentic books in the field of critical paradigm in EA titled "Paradigms and Promises: New Approaches to Educational Administration" written by William Foster in 1986 and translated into Farsi by Dr Ali Alagheband in 2021. Spirituality in the workplace, new concepts in recent years in the business and management literature has emerged. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spirituality and organizational commitment is the University of Kermanshah. The purpose of this study in terms of the application, in terms of performance and in terms of descriptive statistics is descriptive The study sample included all staff Razi University (500), who worked in the first half of 2014. Morgan and the sample using the sampling method, 200 questionnaires were selected with the help of organizational spirituality (Shamus and Dvchun, Mylemn 2000, 2003) and organizational commitment (Khan, 2002) were evaluated. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (t two independent groups, Pearson correlation & stepwise regression) was used. Results showed a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational spirituality and organizational commitment & Average score for the overall organizational spirituality, in line with organizational goals and continuous commitment of men more than women. Organization spirituality scores overall, alignment with organizational goals and continuous commitment of men than women. Check other assumptions indicate that the dimensions of organizational spirituality and organizational commitment there. Based on regression analysis of solidarity with colleagues and spiritual dimensions of organizational alignment with the organization's goals were positive predictors of emotional commitment and solidarity with colleagues, it is anticipated that ongoing commitment. Overall scores are positive predictors of organizational spirituality was for normative commitment.
