Abstract

Identification, analysis and Risk Prioritization, can play an important role in the success of the project. This study focuses on the training institutions of target community at governance organizations with the aim of reducing work-related accidents and diseases. Therefore, it is important to consider the risk factors in holding training courses in them to better manage them, Increase training effectiveness. Therefore, in order to identify the impact of risk factors, should be considered in the different stages of the training process such as defining training needs, designing and planning training, providing for the training and evaluating the outcome of training. In this paper, by literature review and exploratory interviews, the risks are identified categorized in seven risk factors and 17 sub factors. Then, according to the four-step process of training, the range of effects has been determined by the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method through three indicators: risk severity, probability of occurrence and probability of detection, and then the Risk Priority Number (RPN) has been calculated for each risk. The results show that there will be 16 risks in the critical area. This suggests that risks are prioritized for the analysis and allocation of resources, and the analyst team must be focused on reducing and eliminating the errors in the critical area.
