The COVID-19 pandemic and the widespread adoption of online education have highlighted the importance of educational supervision. During this time, educational supervisors have played a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education and promoting professional development for teachers. Recognizing the significance of supervision in online education, this qualitative study, employing a phenomenological approach, explores the experiences of educational supervision during the era of online education. The participants of this study were educational supervisors, instructional leaders, school principals, and assistant principals in the Kurdistan province of Iran who were involved in online educational supervision during the 2020-2021 academic year. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews using a purposive sampling method until theoretical saturation was reached. Data analysis and theme extraction were conducted using the Attride-Sterling (2001) method and MAXQDA software version 2020. The three overarching themes of the research were: 1) the enhancement of educational supervision, 2) the modernization of educational supervision, and 3) the professional development of educational supervisors. The findings of the study demonstrate that at the outset of online education, supervisors faced confusion and challenges in supervising virtual classes. They applied the supervisory structures of face-to-face classes to monitor online instruction and sometimes neglected the supervision process. Over time, supervisors gradually adapted to this new form of supervision and adopted new strategies for it. Supervisors recognized their new role in the supervision and education process during this time. Additionally, virtual supervision can contribute to the professional development of teachers and supervisors in the post-COVID-19 era.

One of the main goals of the education system and educational leaders is to pay attention to the education of a desirable citizen for the society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching philosophy for children on the citizenship education of fourth grade female students in Ashkezar city. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research included all fourth grade female students of Ashkezar city, Among these, 30 students were selected using available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. The research tool for data collection was Marcusi and Ixin's citizenship behavior questionnaire. Philosophy training was conducted in 12 sessions of 60 minutes for the experimental group. The collected data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (analysis of covariance and MANCOVA) using spss software. The results of covariance analysis showed that teaching philosophy for children has improved the citizenship behavior of fourth grade female students. The results of the Mankova test also showed that there is a significant difference between the two experimental and control groups in terms of all the components, so that the post-test average of these components in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.

The present study aimed to structurally analyze the mediating role of teachers' job rotation in explaining their extra-role behaviors based on their emotionally aware leadership. The research method was a descriptive correlational type with the aim of modeling. The statistical population of the study included all first and second grade elementary school teachers in District 2 of Kermanshah, and a random cluster method was used for sampling, and 285 of them were selected. The research data collection tool consisted of three standard questionnaires: based on their emotionally aware leadership (2013), job rotation (2006), and extra-role behaviors (2011). The reliability of the tool was determined using the Cronbach's alpha technique, and the reliability values were reported as 0.78 for based on their emotionally aware leadership, 0.81 for job rotation, and 0.73 for extra-role behaviors, respectively. After collection, the research data were analyzed using LISREL10.30 and SSPS25 statistical tools. The results of data analysis indicated that: The relationship between leadership based on emotional awareness and job rotation and extra-role behaviors is positive and significant. The relationship between job rotation and extra-role behaviors was positive and significant. Also, the mediating role of job rotation in the relationship between leadership based on emotional awareness and extra-role behaviors is positive and meaningful. Based on this, Cronbach's alpha was estimated at 0.79 for the managerial style questionnaire, 0.84 for the professional ethics questionnaire, and 0.88 for the self-efficacy questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, including Pearson's correlation test, Enter regression and Stepwise regression. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between managers’ managerial style and professional ethics with employees’ self-efficacy. In addition, the regression analysis showed that 67.5% of the variance of self-efficacy variable is explained by managerial style and professional ethics.

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the educational priorities of Farhangian University in expanding the idea of schools as practical places in the framework of Michael Connelly's intellectual thoughts. The qualitative research approach was inductive content analysis with emphasis on its thematic nature. In this regard, 12 Farhangian university professors were studied in the academic year 1403-1404 using focal interviews through targeted sampling of the desired type. For the validity of the data, the researcher's self-review method and the control of the participants were used, and for the data's verifiability, the systematic comparison method was used. The findings showed that 7 components of educational Liveability, curriculum integration, Knowledge development, interactionism, practical teacher culture, educational self-exploration and entrepreneurship are the main codes that provide the framework of schools with practical functions through university educations with 18 core codes and 97 primary codes. The results show that Farhangian University should consider schools as a platform for educational activities of student teachers with an experimental degree. In other words, by simulating students' thoughts in the form of laboratory schools, schools should be considered a criterion for educational decision-making and an indicator for assessing the achievement of Farhangian University's goals.

Entrepreneurship is a strategic lever for economic development and nurturing entrepreneurs is a prerequisite for the economic development of societies. In recent years, hybrid entrepreneurs have attracted the attention of researchers due to their high probability of success and the high chance of their businesses to survive. The research aimed to analyze the necessity of nurturing hybrid entrepreneurs among faculty members as educational leaders in the higher education system. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach of Grounded Theory with Glaser's emergent approach. Semi-structured interviews were used as data collection tool. Using a purposive sampling method, interviews were conducted with 16 entrepreneur faculty members. Four criteria of validity, transferability, reliability, and confirmability were used to examine the robustness of research. Data analysis was conducted in two stages of actual and theoretical coding. Research findings indicate the emergence of 22 codes in the form of 9 concepts (economic motivations, psychological need, global changes, changes in upstream policymaking, high failure rate of full-time entrepreneurs, successful hybrid entrepreneurs, financial access, communication and social networks, supportive situation) and 4 subcategories (individual factors, socio-cultural factors, economic factors, job situation) at 3 micro, medium, and macro levels as casual conditions for nurturing hybrid entrepreneurs among faculty members. Due to maximize the capabilities and talents of faculty members as educational leaders, it is necessary for higher education system to provide more opportunities and implement more supportive and executive policies for nurturing hybrid entrepreneur among faculty members.

Comparative education, as a significant branch within the field of educational sciences, examines and compares different educational systems in diverse societies. The aim of the present study is a comparative study of formal education in Iran and Iraq. The research method is qualitative comparative, and the strategy for selecting countries was "difference in social systems and similarity in educational system output." In this research, library research (documentary), domestic and international databases, and articles related to the research topic were used for data collection, and data analysis was performed based on Bereday's model. The research population includes the formal education systems of Iran and Iraq. The findings show that formal education in Iran and Iraq has differences and similarities in terms of educational system structure, curriculum content, the role of government, attention to culture and values, curriculum planning methods, and educational goals. These differences mainly stem from the political structure, cultural context, and macro-level approaches of each country in educational policymaking. Consequently, based on the research findings, considering the cultural, linguistic, and regional commonalities between the two countries, and at the same time, structural differences in the educational system, it is suggested that joint educational working groups be formed between Iran and Iraq with the aim of exchanging successful experiences, particularly in the field of educational systems. This collaboration can lead to improving the quality of education, strengthening a shared cultural identity, and also utilizing innovative curriculum planning strategies that have been effective in each country.
