AbstractAmong human functions, one of the broadest issues related to social life is management, which human beings face in managing life from birth to death. Islamic mysticism in itself is considered a unified practical school in all aspects of human existence, especially in its social aspects such as management. This research has explored the subject of management with the approach of Islamic mysticism based on the collective opinions of related experts in the two realms of mysticism and educational management and planning. The management model based on Islamic mysticism is sufficiently competent to achieve effectiveness in practice. And the proposed management model based on the teachings of Islamic mysticism in Parsons's measure in four dimensions of effectiveness: adaptation, goal achievement, unity and maintaining patterns has been approved by relevant experts. The findings of this study can be both in standard beliefs and measures and how to achieve it in the educational system and in strengthening and protecting the cultural and spiritual achievements of the management of different levels of the revolution stemming from the original Islamic thought and a relatively neglected factor in research in this field. To be exploited.

The purpose of this research was to identify and validate the components of learning culture in schools. The current research method was descriptive-survey, the statistical population of the research was all primary school teachers in Ardabil city, numbering 2730 people. Of these, 3500 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, the researcher made a learning culture questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 88. used. For data analysis, according to the research questions, confirmatory factor analysis and sample t-test were used. The results of the research showed that most of the items have a suitable factor loading (higher than 0.7) on the related variable and these factor loadings are significant at the 0.01 level. In other words, the t value corresponding to each factor load is greater than its critical value (2.58) at the 0.01 level. As a result, these indicators have the necessary accuracy to measure their related structure. The findings and results of the research indicate that the establishment of learning culture in schools depends on the realization of the studied factors and components. Therefore, by institutionalizing the culture of learning in schools, the administrators and officials of education should take a step towards developing the culture of learning quality in schools.

Nowadays, learning does not stop after graduation, but it is considered as the starting point for the development of human resources in the occupation and in this regard, one of the tools to strengthen learning in individuals' professions is the individual development plan. In fact, this plan is a practical tool and a precise schedule to meet the professional needs of employees in line with the goals of the organization and employees’ occupation. Although the usage of this tool is very common, no purposeful study has been done in order to familiarize researchers with the various results of numerous global researches in the field of its implementation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the findings of global studies on the implementation of individual development plan and its effectiveness in organizations. The results of a total of 23 global and local researches indicate that most of them have emphasized the significant effectiveness of IDP implementation on the development of knowledge, improvement of professional skills and performances of employees, encouragement of professional responses and promotion of employabilities of the individuals. On the other hand, the results of some researches have considered the individual nature of this plan to be the cause of neglecting the macro-organizational strategies; and therefore, these studies have highlighted the lack of motivation and persuasion of the feedback method, the lack of effects on professional actions at the workplace, the ornamental nature and also unrealistic application of this plan. In some other studies, having sufficient support to implement the plan, the type of organizational learning environment, attention to work teams, leadership style, decentralization, and also supporting the coaches in their guiding roles have been mentioned as the factors and conditions for the effectiveness of this plan’s implementation.

In the past few decades, educational leadership and attention to the quality of school principals' performance have been at the top of educational policies in developed countries. The purpose of this research is to analyze the necessary platforms for the transition from educational management to educational leadership in the educational system of Iran. current research method is of a qualitative type, which was carried out by the method of the theory (systematic grounded theory). Research participants, academic faculty members of universities affiliated to the Ministry of Science, people with opinions related to educational leadership who have records such as the Minister of Education, Deputy Minister and Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education and leading directors of various schools who in the academic year 1403- 1402 were engaged in educational and research activities. In an overview, based on the obtained results and the dimensions of the foundation's data model, 12 main categories, 55 subcategories and 203 concepts were extracted from the interviews. The findings of the research showed that important conditions such as decentralization in the structure of the education system, progressiveness and dynamism in the role of school administrators are necessary for this transition. Achieving educational leadership requires different strategies. In addition to changing the political view towards the function of education and, consequently, the managers in this institution, it is necessary to turn to the scientific education and training of managers and select and appoint these people with a more specialized view for the management of schools.

Although Sefety is known one of the first and axiom requirement of human and societies, but this important subject usually ignore in educational environment. As “Safety” is the substance of educational safety, this subject is stubbed in”Security Reaserch” discussions. In over side, this subject is one of the categories of educational science specially educational technology.because this subject notices requirement to “safety” in educational environments. Antecedent on two attentioned aspects, safety educational is a requirement and can be noticed from this acpect. So in this paper, first purpose is Investigation and explanation of concept of educational safety. In this way, analytical- aseptic method is used to Investigate this consept from above three aspect. In each aspects, by using analysis of educational safety consept and explanation of its process, a model of educational safety is presented. finally by comparative analysis of each model, blend and mixture them, the “Comprehensive Model” that guides educational environment to preferment of educational safety, has been explained.

Higher education and intelligent leadership are considered as an important part of every country's education system which could have a key role in reaching the goals of the society. In theories of leadership, new patterns attempt to view leadership from the angle of creative and intelligent phenomenon. This paper aimed to design and develop intelligent leadership model for universities. In this research, a qualitative research method and a purposeful sampling method and semi-structured interview with managers and faculty members of universities of Zahedan were used to design the native model of intelligent leadership. All interviews were recorded, handwritten and typed. Then it was coded, categorized and described in MAXQDA software and analyzed according to content analysis method. After interviewing with 20 experts, information richness, saturation and repetition of data were obtained. Therefore, the model was designed in the form of 426 codes, 89 concepts, 19 sub categories and 4 main categories (rational leadership, emotional leadership, spiritual leadership, and collective leadership).
