The purpose of this research was to design a conceptual model of mindfulness for educational principals of schools. This qualitative study utilized the grounded theory method. The participants consisted of 18 experienced, expert and knowledgeable educational principals who were selected using the theoretical purposeful sampling method. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin (open, axial, and selective coding). Accreditation of the study was ensured through triangulation strategies in data sources and researchers, re-examination of the analyses by some participants, and review of the results by peers. The dimensions of the paradigmatic model included: causal conditions (pain and suffering, demands, study, meditation, interaction); core phenomenon (developing mindful educational principals); contextual conditions (educational system, family institution, attendance at spiritual gatherings, attendance in nature); intervening conditions (educational and training system, welfare and economic status, social and cultural status); actions/interactions (metacognitive awareness, metacognitive skills); and consequences (spiritual growth and personal transformation, improving the quality of personal and professional life). Based on these dimensions, a mindfulness model was designed for educational principals in schools. The results of this research can assist researchers and practitioners in understanding the dimensions and various aspects of mindfulness, especially for educational principals of schools, and provide a condition for their cultivation, improvement, and equipping with new competencies.

Abstract: School principals are one of the basic pillars of the education process, therefore useful and valuable information can be extracted from their lived experiences. The main purpose of the current research was to understand the phenomenology of lived experience and the understanding of elementary school managers about the personal development plan. This qualitative research was using the phenomenological method of implementation and the method of collecting information, using semi-structured interviews. Accordingly, among the primary school principals, 13 people were purposively selected based on the criteria for entering the study and interviews continued until saturation was reached. The interviews were analyzed using Van Manen's (1990) six-stage reflective model. after extracting the themes and classifying them, 14 primary themes were identified in the form of four main themes 1. The approach to preparing a personal development plan 2. The applied approach of the personal development plan 3. The consequential approach of the personal development plan and 4. Other approaches of the personal development plan were identified and counted. The innovation of this article is in providing a useful and phenomenological understanding of the experiences of elementary school principals in the field of personal development plan that can help improve managerial processes in this field. Therefore, the collection of coherent and effective ideas for the development of human resources from the individual development program can lead to the realization of efficient and effective development programs for school principals.

The purpose of the present research was to Identifying the pattern of structural relationships of Factors Influencing elementary teachers' job burnout on the cities of Tehran province. In terms of purpose, it was an applied research, and in terms of the research method it was survey–correlation. The study population included all the elementary teachers' from cities of Tehran province that 1147 people were selected through multi-stage cluster random. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire of factors influencing job burnout questionnaire were used. The questionnaires validity was confirmed by a panel of experts, and also its reliability (the Cronbach's alpha) was reported as 0.763. The data were analyzed by Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Structural Equation. The result showed that between the dimensions of organizational factors, dimensions of job factors and individual motivation with the dimensions of job burnout is a negative and significant correlation at level of 0.01. Also, structural equation analysis showed that job factors well play the role of mediator on the relationship between organizational factors and job burnout, and the relationship between individual factors and job burnout.

Given the unique nature of management studies and the significant increase in doctoral admissions in this field, the quality of teaching and learning processes in these programs has been severely impacted, posing challenges to achieving the primary objectives of doctoral education. Although various factors contribute to this inefficiency, one key reason is undoubtedly the lack of an appropriate behavioral framework to achieve learning objectives. This article assumes the necessity of engaging with the current state of doctoral education and explores the potential for implementing behavioral interventions, or "nudges," as a cost-effective and quick-return tool for enhancing learning processes in the stages of interviews, training, research, and dissertation defense.Data collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 graduates and current doctoral candidates in management were analyzed using thematic analysis, with coding performed using MAXQDA software. The findings indicate that nudges can significantly improve learning outcomes at the doctoral level. Based on theoretical studies and field research, 281 foundational themes were extracted, which were organized into 19 structured themes and 7 overarching themes, validated by experts to ensure alignment with practical applications of nudges in behavioral interventions.Proposed nudges include preemptive nudges, clarifying nudges, informative nudges, directional nudges, commitment-inducing nudges, awareness-raising (warning) nudges, feedback-oriented nudges, capacity-building nudges, identity-forming nudges, satisfaction-enhancing nudges, motivational nudges, future-oriented nudges, opportunity-creating nudges, digital nudges, courage-inducing nudges, risk-managing nudges, reverse-thinking nudges, evaluative nudges, and expectation-modifying nudges. These are suggested as effective tools for facilitating learning processes in management doctoral programs.

The purpose of this research was to identify the motivations of teachers with PhD degrees to be employed as faculty members of Farhangian University. The research method was qualitative and its strategy was Classic Grounded Theory. The participants were teachers with PhD degrees who registered in the special call to recruit faculty in Farhangian University. Using theoretical sampling and according to the rule of theoretical saturation, 10 people selected as sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The analysis of the interviews and the formation of the paradigm model were done using open coding, memo writing, selective coding and theoretical coding. MAXQDA20 software was used during the analysis to facilitate coding and drawing the research paradigm model. The validity of the research was ensured by referring to Maxwell's validation criteria. The findings revealed 50 open codes, 14 concepts and 6 categories. The core category is the ostracizing climate of school and department, which emerged as the main reason for teachers with PhD degrees to become members of the university faculty. This category includes three aspects of exclusionary classroom climate of schools, exclusionary communication climate and exclusionary administrative climate. Other identified categories are development of social base, development of financial and material opportunities, development of opportunities for scientific growth, development of opportunities for independence and discretion, and sense of dynamism and effectiveness. At the end, these findings are discussed based on common theories of motivation.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the performance of supervisors and doctoral students at Allameh Tabataba’i University in the process of implementing and writing doctoral theses. The research method was descriptive. The population of the two groups was Allameh Tabataba’i University professors who had supervised at least one doctoral thesis in the academic years (1399-1402); and the second group was doctoral students who had defended their thesis within the time period. All individuals available to the two groups were introduced as the research sample. For the student's evaluation of the supervisor's performance, a questionnaire with four components of effective attention, effective empathy, effective empowerment, and effective professional privacy was used. Its construct validity has been confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability has been estimated at 0.97 using Cronbach's alpha. For the supervisor's evaluation of the doctoral student's performance, questionnaire with four components of (effective participation, effective interest, effective commitment, and effective interaction) was used. Its construct validity has been confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability has been estimated at 0.96 using Cronbach's alpha. 120 professors and students responded to these two questionnaires. Data analysis using a one-sample t-test showed that the performance of the supervisors and doctoral students was generally acceptable. The performance components of effective attention, effective empathy, and effective professional privacy were acceptable with a 95% confidence level. However, the effective empowerment component was not statistically acceptable. All of the students' performance components were acceptable with a 95% confidence level. These performances were not desirable performances.

The aim of this study is to explain the effect of the digital economy in higher education on entrepreneurial intention based on the theory of planned behavior. This study is an applied research in terms of its purpose and is descriptive and causal in terms of the method of data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of 500 students of the University of Tehran, of whom 209 were determined as a sample using the Cochran formula and selected for the study through random sampling. The standard entrepreneurial intention questionnaire of Linan and Chen (2009) was used to collect data, and the questionnaire (Ozarali and Ronberg, )2016) was used to measure personal attitude and perceived behavioral control, and the scales developed in the study of Ben Youssef et al. (2020) were used to measure digital economy supports. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by two methods: face-content validity and construct validity. The findings showed that personal attitude and behavioral control are the main determinants of entrepreneurial intention; such that perceived behavioral control has a stronger effect than personal attitudes. Also, the structural model showed that these two factors explain about 88% of the total variance. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that universities pay more attention and focus on training and strengthening students' scientific and experimental skills.
