The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational cynicism on deviant behaviors in the workplace through organizational silence and destructive leadership. The purpose of this study was applied and descriptive correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of 1000 employees of Islamic Azad University, Isfahan, Iran. The sample consisted of 287 individuals selected through Cochran sampling formula by proportional stratified sampling method. (And standard deviant behaviors questionnaire at workplace (Bennett & Robinson (2000)) and the Vakula & Brados Organizational Silence Questionnaire (2005) and Golparvar's malicious leadership standard questionnaire (2014). Experts, a formality based on the views of a number of statistical population and constructs were evaluated by factor analysis method and after validity of the necessary terms were confirmed. On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires with Cronbach's alpha method were (0.88), (0.85), (0.89), respectively were estimated. Data were analyzed at the inferential level including structural equation modeling. The results showed that organizational cynicism has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace through organizational silence, which has a coefficient of 0.55, and through destructive leadership, it has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace. It is 0.44 and also organizational cynicism has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace which has a coefficient of 0.88.

This study aimed to develop a strategic thinking model of higher education managers based on structure. The structure of any organization plays an important role in maintaining order and achieving goals. The research method was exploratory and was conducted in the academic year 2019. First, the themes of strategic thinking of higher education managers based on structuring were identified using the inductive theme analysis method and based on the whole field of research, which included the categories contained in databases and books related to strategic thinking. Holsti method was used to obtain reliability. Then, using the range technique, the identified themes were juxtaposed and compared, and finally, the all-encompassing structural theme had organizing themes of 1- decision-making 2- prioritization 3- evaluation 4- process-oriented. Then, according to the identified themes, a questionnaire was designed to validate the model with 18 items, the final score of 0.952 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha. The research population in the quantitative section was higher education managers with 2816. The method was multi-stage random sampling in which 338 samples were determined. The confirmatory factor analysis method was used to validate the research model. All themes with high factor load were approved, which showed the high validity of the model.

This study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of implementing an individual development program based on workplace learning in the National Petrochemical Company. The instrument of this research was designed by semi-structured interview method, five questions based on theoretical foundations and existing experiences in this field. To confirm the validity of the interview questions, the review method was used and for reliability, the reliability of the retest method was used. The statistical population of this study is the employees and senior managers of the National Petrochemical Company. 15 people were selected by snowball sampling method until reaching the theoretical saturation stage. Qualitative analysis method and code extraction from interviews were performed using MAXQDA software. The results showed that the factors of creating a healthy and happy educational environment, creating platforms for organizational intelligence, creating a platform for IT development, creating transparency in missions and goals and perspectives of the organization as underlying factors, personal development and learning the workplace as the final outcome, education Online and coherent training and the creation of a learning council as strategies, commitment of CEOs and senior managers to develop personal development program for employees and financial resources as intervening factors, personalization of training and emphasis on on-the-job learning were identified as key categories of this paradigm.

The present study was conducted with the aim of predicting the competitive intelligence of educational administrators based on faith and political intelligence in girls' schools in Tehran's 14th district. This research is a practical and descriptive correlational study. The study community of school principals and deputies in Tehran's 14th district, which had 158 principals and deputy principals. According to the statistical population, the statistical sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table of 120 people. This number of samples was selected from the statistical population using simple random sampling method. To measure the variables, the questionnaire of religiosity in "Lynn" (2008), competitive intelligence of Fariba Mahani (2012) and political intelligence of Dostar et al. (2016) were used. The present study was conducted with the aim of predicting the competitive intelligence of educational administrators based on faith and political intelligence in girls' schools in Tehran's District 14. To measure the variables, the questionnaire of religiosity in "Lynn" (2008), competitive intelligence of Fariba Mahani (2012) and political intelligence of Dostar et al. (2016) were used. Data were analyzed by descriptive method and correlation and multiple regression methods. The findings showed that there were positive and significant relationships between the variables of faith and competitive intelligence, faith and political intelligence, and competitive intelligence and political intelligence. Also, the variables of faith and political intelligence predicted competitive intelligence positively. It is concluded that the higher the level of religious beliefs and commitment to religious duties in school principals and the higher their political intelligence, the more competitive their intelligence. Managers can make more appropriate decisions in the interests of their educational organization by using information related to resources, environmental facilities and competitors, and considering the opportunities and threats of the external environment.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of self-development on job performance of University of Science and Culture employees. The research was an applied research based on goal and in terms of study type was quantitative and from the methodological view, was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included 110 formal and contract staff of the University of Science and Culture at 2020-2021 that using stratified sampling method with proportional allocation, 86 of them were selected as the sample. To collect data from the two self-developed questionnaires of Abili and Mazari (2014) with a reliability of 0.92 and job performance with a reliability of 0.90, used, which is a combination of two questionnaires of Byrne et al (2005) and Conway (1999) is obtained. Examination of the research model showed that it fits well with the data. The results showed that self-development with a coefficient of 0.41 had an effect on employees' job performance. Also, self-development has had an effect on task performance with a coefficient of 0.30 and on field performance with a coefficient of 0.15. Also, the effect of four components of self-development on job performance was evaluated, which self-regulation and self-leadership with a coefficient of 0.17 and 0.28, respectively, had an effect on job performance. The hypothesis of the effect of self-management and self-directed learning components on job performance was rejected in this study.

The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of managerial skills of managers with Grounded Theory method .The research method is descriptive in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method, which was done with a cross-sectional survey approach. The validity of the research was determined by the three-way method, and its reliability was determined by the method of agreement between the coders. MAXQDA content analysis and software were used to analyze the qualitative data. Finally, 3 dimensions, 13 components and 65 indicators were finalized. Findings of the study showed that the dimensions of managers' managerial skills included individual dimension (self-awareness, stress management, effective problem solving management), interpersonal dimension (constructive communication skills, effective motivation skills, impact skills, conflict management skills) and group dimension (skills delegation, team skills, leadership skills for positive change, application of technology, application of management requirements). Based on the obtained findings, the proposed model has a relatively "acceptable" fit, and has been confirmed.
