Therefore, understanding the conceptual developments in this field requires looking at it as a historical realm. The purpose of this article is to study of EA conceptual map through criticizing historical book of "The history of educational administration viewed through its textbooks". In order to achieve this goal, using the method of critique, the book has been examined from both external and internal aspects. Findings indicate that the mentioned book, despite having many positive features, suffers several shortcomings in answering its questions and achieving the goals and failed to draw a comprehensive map of the EA history. The article concludes by extracting lessons from EA global legacy for domestic researchers. Abstract Among human functions, one of the broadest issues related to social life is management, which human beings face in managing life from birth to death. Islamic mysticism in itself is considered a unified practical school in all aspects of human existence, especially in its social aspects such as management. This research has explored the subject of management with the approach of Islamic mysticism based on the collective opinions of related experts in the two realms of mysticism and educational management and planning. The management model based on Islamic mysticism is sufficiently competent to achieve effectiveness in practice. And the proposed management model based on the teachings of Islamic mysticism in Parsons's measure in four dimensions of effectiveness: adaptation, goal achievement, unity and maintaining patterns has been approved by relevant experts. The findings of this study can be both in standard beliefs and measures and how to achieve it in the educational system and in strengthening and protecting the cultural and spiritual achievements of the management of different levels of the revolution stemming from the original Islamic thought and a relatively neglected factor in research in this field. To be exploited.

Abstract Introduction: Turning a school into a healthy place is one of the challenges for anyone involved in any educational system. The aim of this study was to develop a healthy school model and provide a comprehensive model using experimental and conceptual savings. Methods: In order to determine the necessary components of developing a healthy school model by semi-structured interview method and semi-open questionnaire, the opinion of the group of primary and secondary school principals, curriculum specialists, members of the research committee and supervisors and advisors was collected. The data were analyzed through N-Vivo software, the table of elements of the healthy school, the network of themes organizing the first, second level and the basic themes were categorized and organized.Validation of the findings was performed by the method of alignment and control and self-examination of the researcher during the process of collecting and analyzing the findings. Results: Based on the results of the research, a healthy school has 7 themes organizing the first level or main dimensions, 37 themes organizing the second level and 82 basic themes. Conclusion: Achieving a healthy school requires paying attention to all 126 dimensions of the features obtained by the present study in order to design and operate the characteristics of a healthy school.

Identification, analysis and Risk Prioritization, can play an important role in the success of the project. This study focuses on the training institutions of target community at governance organizations with the aim of reducing work-related accidents and diseases. Therefore, it is important to consider the risk factors in holding training courses in them to better manage them, Increase training effectiveness. Therefore, in order to identify the impact of risk factors, should be considered in the different stages of the training process such as defining training needs, designing and planning training, providing for the training and evaluating the outcome of training. In this paper, by literature review and exploratory interviews, the risks are identified categorized in seven risk factors and 17 sub factors. Then, according to the four-step process of training, the range of effects has been determined by the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method through three indicators: risk severity, probability of occurrence and probability of detection, and then the Risk Priority Number (RPN) has been calculated for each risk. The results show that there will be 16 risks in the critical area. This suggests that risks are prioritized for the analysis and allocation of resources, and the analyst team must be focused on reducing and eliminating the errors in the critical area.
