The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of head teachers in the process of implementing primary school educational programs. The research approach was qualitative with content analysis method. For this purpose, using purposive sampling, 13 teachers from the north of West Azerbaijan province in the academic year of 1398-99 were selected and semi-structured interviews were conducted until complete data saturation. In order to ensure and validate the accuracy of the data, the method of self-review and receiving feedback from respondents was used. In data analysis, a combined three-step process consisting of King and Harrock (2010), Brown and Clark (2006) and Atrid-Sterling (2001) methods was used. The findings showed that in the themes network, the concept of education strategist is an inclusive theme that describes the position of head teachers with 5 organizing themes(teacher knowledge management, core Assistants, teaching research, professionalism and programming) and 30 basic themes Explains.

Abstract This study aimed to investigate the relationship between knowledge sharing with individual innovation Allameh Tabatabai University graduate students in academic year 93-94, the survey was conducted. The study sample consisted of all graduate students in the School of Education, Psychology, Management and Accounting Pardis 1 and 2 of which there are 3977 people. The research sample consisted of 153 was determined on the basis of Morgan. And the class participants were selected randomly .The data from two scale, knowledge sharing by Nvrad Sadiq (1388) and individual innovation scale by Momeni Nour (1382) were collected. The Cronbach's alpha reliability of both scales, respectively, were 0/71 and 0/81. The results of multiple regression and t-test showed that a significant relationship exists between knowledge sharing and individual innovation. The multiple regression analysis with step by step method showed that knowledge sharing is dont able to predict individual innovation. The University should create an atmosphere of open exchange of originality which is emphasized so that students are more willing to share their new knowledge with each other and have their application

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of work-life balance in causal relationships between organizational virtue and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and suggest a causal model in relation to it. The study population included all staff of Kaleybar district schools who were selected by cluster sampling method and Cochran's formula, 200 people. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. Standard data questionnaires were used to collect data, all of which had good validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using SPSS and lisrel software in the form of t-tests and structural equation modeling. The results show that the organizational virtue of schools directly has a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Kaleybar education staff; Also, the hypothetical model test shows that organizational virtue can influence teachers' organizational citizenship behavior by mediating work-life balance. The research findings emphasize the importance of organizational virtue of schools and the organizational citizenship behavior of employees, as well as the work-life balance of teachers.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social Undermining and job involvement of employees with the role of spirituality in work, organizational agility and ethical climate. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational using structural equation modeling methods.Among 292 employees of the general department of education of Lorestan Province, 169 were selected by relative stratified random sampling. data were collected from 5 questionnaires: Duffy et al (2002), Edwards & Kilpatrick (1984), Sharifi & Zhang (1999), Millman et al (2003), and Victor & Cullen's ethical climate (1988) and partial least squares method and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis. The results showed: Social undermining has a significant negative relationship with job involvement and has no relationship with ethical climate, organizational agility and spirituality at work. Organizational agility and spirituality at work have a significant positive relationship with job involvement, but ethical climate has no significant positive relationship with job involvement. Organizational agility and spirituality at work as positive mediators of social undermining and job involvement have a positive role, but the ethical climate has no effect.

The method is descriptive-correlation of structural equations in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes all education staff in Hamadan. The sample size was randomly selected based on the relative class method (between the two classes of education one and two) and based on Kerjcie and Morgan table 210. Research tools include researcher-made questionnaires of Kant's ethical conscientious view, organizational violations and standard questionnaires of ethical strategies of Nemati et al. (2020) and Hackman and Oldham (1980) job motivation. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by three management experts. The reliability of the tools through Cronbach's alpha test for Kant's ethical conscientious view was 0.89, ethical strategies 0.84, job motivation 0.90 and administrative violations 0.82, respectively. Two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient test of structural equation type) were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that Kant's conscientious view has a direct effect on job motivation and reduction of organizational violations. Ethical strategy also has a direct effect on job motivation and reduction of organizational violations. Job motivation has an effect on the reduction of organizational violations. Thus, Kant's ethical conscientious view and ethical strategies are effective in reducing organizational violations by mediating the role of job motivation.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational identity and burnout with job performance of secondary school teachers in District 2 of Khorramabad. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose. This research is one of the descriptive correlational researches. The statistical population of this study was the teachers (male and female) of the secondary school in District 2 of Khorramabad city. Cheney (1983), Maslach & Jackson (1885) burnout questionnaires, and the job performance of Byrne et al. (2005) were used to collect data. The reliability of the instrument is calculated using Cronbach's alpha and the composite reliability. Face validity and confirmatory factor analysis were used to check the validity. In order to analyze the data, statistical methods of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and structural equation modeling have been used. The results are as follows: a) There is a positive relationship between membership, loyalty and organizational similarity as components of organizational identity with job performance of teachers of the second secondary school in District 2 of Khorramabad city; B) There is an inverse relationship between emotional burnout, depersonalization, and reduction of motivation and regression with job performance of secondary school teachers in District 2 of Khorramabad city; C) There is an inverse relationship between emotional burnout, depersonalization and reduction of motivation and regression with organizational loyalty of secondary school teachers in District 2 of Khorramabad city.
