The main purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the dominant narratives of schools through a re-examination of the existing research literature. To achieve this objective, a documental research method, specifically a narrative review, was employed. As a result of the search, 178 studies were purposefully selected and analyzed using the interpretive analysis method. In this article, the school's research identity was carefully reviewed in political-ideological, communication, cooperation and exchange, economic-occupational, mental-physical health, organizational-managerial, scientific educational, physical architecture al, and historical dimensions. In this study, Sander's (1989) multidimensional educational management model was used to analyze and classify the existing narratives. The results show that schools in Iran are complex and multifaceted institutions; they are not only places of education and learning, but also centers where social, cultural, political, and economic forces conوverge. This paper emphasizes the need for a comprehensive and multifaceted approach to improving school management in Iran. It covers all its dimensions and is based on diversity, creativity, and critical thinking. Finally, suggestions such as the development of interdisciplinary approaches, strengthening critical research, and paying attention to cultural and social diversity have been made to enhance the quality of the school’s research identity in Iran.

Today's organizations are grappling with workplace loneliness, which negatively impacts performance and satisfaction, particularly affecting new teachers who experience emotional deprivation, mental exhaustion, and anxiety. This study aims to explore new teachers' experiences with organizational loneliness in Iranian educational contexts, focusing on its contributing factors, consequences, and coping strategies. Employing a qualitative, phenomenological approach, the research involved 12 new teachers from Ilam city, selected through snowball sampling. Data were collected via in-depth semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation was achieved, with analysis conducted using SPSS22 and MAXQDA20.The findings revealed four categories of factors contributing to organizational loneliness: individual, socio-cultural, psychological, and occupational, encompassing 36 concepts. Additionally, 37 consequences were identified, including personal, communicative, psychological, and job-related effects. The study also proposed 24 individual and 21 group strategies for addressing loneliness. The results indicate that organizational loneliness has detrimental effects on both individuals and organizations, highlighting the importance of understanding its causes and consequences. Investigating this issue can help improve new teachers' attitudes, job attachment, social interactions, teamwork, and overall job satisfaction, particularly by addressing the lack of organizational support that contributes to their feelings of loneliness.

In the past few decades, educational leadership and attention to the quality of school principals' performance have been at the top of educational policies in developed countries. The purpose of this research is to analyze the necessary platforms for the transition from educational management to educational leadership in the educational system of Iran. current research method is of a qualitative type, which was carried out by the method of the theory (systematic grounded theory). Research participants, academic faculty members of universities affiliated to the Ministry of Science, people with opinions related to educational leadership who have records such as the Minister of Education, Deputy Minister and Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education and leading directors of various schools who in the academic year 1403- 1402 were engaged in educational and research activities. In an overview, based on the obtained results and the dimensions of the foundation's data model, 12 main categories, 55 subcategories and 203 concepts were extracted from the interviews. The findings of the research showed that important conditions such as decentralization in the structure of the education system, progressiveness and dynamism in the role of school administrators are necessary for this transition. Achieving educational leadership requires different strategies. In addition to changing the political view towards the function of education and, consequently, the managers in this institution, it is necessary to turn to the scientific education and training of managers and select and appoint these people with a more specialized view for the management of schools.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of educational leadership based on emotional intelligence on self-control and classroom management style in elementary school teachers. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all elementary school teachers in Tehran who were weak in self-control and classroom management and had a history of violence against students and had referred to counseling in 1403. The sample size was 14 people selected by purposive sampling based on the study entry criteria and randomly divided into two seven-person experimental and control groups. The experimental group received an educational leadership program based on emotional intelligence based on the Mayer and Salovey (2004) model for 8 -90minute sessions, and the control group did not receive any training during this period. The research tools included the Grasmick (1993) self-control and the Amin Yazdi and Aali (2008) classroom management style questionnaires. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study showed that in the experimental group, there was a significant change (P=0.001 and E=0.37) in self-control compared to the control group, but no significant change was observed in the classroom management style. Based on the data obtained from the study, it can be concluded that the educational leadership program based on emotional intelligence was effective in improving self-control in elementary school teachers, but it did not have a significant effect on their classroom management style.

Organizational silence is a significant issue in educational settings, potentially hindering effective communication and organizational progress. This study explores the impact of organizational cynicism on teachers' organizational silence, as well as the mediating role of job plateau in this relationship. The research method was descriptive-correlational using structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population included all high school teachers of Salas Babajani County, and a sample of 200 teachers was selected using stratified random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data were collected using the Job Plateau Questionnaire by Allen et al. (2004), the Organizational Cynicism Scale by Dean et al. (1998), and the Organizational Silence Questionnaire by Dyne et al. (2003). Content and construct validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts, and their reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha. The results of data analysis showed that organizational cynicism has a direct effect on organizational silence. Furthermore, job plateau influences organizational silence, and organizational cynicism affects job plateau. In addition, organizational cynicism indirectly influences organizational silence through job plateau. The findings of this study indicate that teachers' organizational cynicism directly affects organizational silence and exacerbates this effect through job plateau. Based on these findings, it is recommended that managers reduce factors related to organizational cynicism and job plateau to help decrease organizational silence in educational environments.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the ethical foundations of supervising teachers in virtual education. In terms of the purpose of this research, it was development-applied and in terms of method, it was mixed with a sequential exploratory approach. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included 22 school principals and university professors knowledgeable in the field of monitoring virtual education, who were selected by the snowball method and at the theoretical saturation level. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part was the principals of elementary and secondary schools in Bukan city, 120 people were randomly selected as a sample using Morgan's sample size method. The interviews were analyzed by theme analysis (theme, category and concept coding). According to Goba and Lincoln (2000), the validity of the qualitative part was examined with four criteria of validity, transferability, reliability and confirmability, and to evaluate the reliability of the interview protocol, the method of percentage agreement between two coders was used. In the quantitative part, the reliability of the components was checked using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the coefficient of all components was reported to be more than 0.7, and its divergent and convergent validity were also confirmed. Based on the findings of the research, managers' supervision of teachers' virtual activities is subject to three main themes: personal character,, and spiritual-social ethics of the teacher in the form of five primary themes: monitoring behavior, monitoring educational content, professional ethics, monitoring relationships, and monitoring attitudes.
