The present study was conducted with the aim of structural modeling of interactive leadership style, perceived organizational support and mental well-being with the mediating role of psychological hardiness in employees of the five educational districts of Tabriz city. This research was a description of correlation type with structural equations. The statistical population included the employees of the five education districts of Tabriz city in 2023 in the number of 500 people. The sampling method was multi-stage cluster random sampling. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was 246 people. The data collection tools were interactive leadership style questionnaire by Shao et al. (2017), perceived organizational support by Allen et al. (2008), mental well-being by Molavi et al. (2009) and psychological hardiness by Moreno James et al. (2014). For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling were used. The research findings showed that the relationship between interactive leadership style, perceived organizational support, mental well-being and psychological hardiness was positively significant. In addition, the mediating role of psychological hardiness in the relationship between interactive leadership style, perceived organizational support and subjective well-being was confirmed. It is concluded, the development of psychological hard work can ensure interactive leadership style, perceived organizational support and employee well-being. By cultivating psychological hard work, a healthy and dynamic work environment will be created that benefits both employees and the organization. Therefore, it is suggested to promote psychological hard work by encouraging employees to participate in activities that strengthen psychological resilience and flexibility.

The success and requirement of dynamic and excellence-oriented education and training is dynamic, competent, expert and interested in effective teaching-learning profession. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to identify and evaluate the professional qualifications of elementary school principals in Kausar city. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the research was all principals, assistants and counselors of schools and principals of education department of Kausar city, and 102 people were selected as a statistical sample using random sampling method. To collect the data of the research, a researcher-made questionnaire of the professional qualifications of the managers was used, the formal and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was met according to the Cronbach's alpha method of 0.83. Confirmatory factor analysis and one-sample t-test were used to analyze the data. supervision and control, communication management, Resource management and educational management are the constituent components of the structure of specialized qualifications of principals of elementary schools in Kausar city. Also, the results showed that the general and specialized qualifications for principals of elementary schools in Kausar city are in a favorable condition. Based on this, preparing the ground for the use of the calculated dimensions and components for the selection of managers and the development of their qualifications can lead to the efficient and effective realization of the educational missions of schools.

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the platforms for the realization of educational leadership in elementary schools. The research is of qualitative type and case study method. The schools studied for this research were two non-profit girls' schools, Takrim and Fazeh(S), in the primary school, which, while using the religious approach, used various platforms to improve the educational and educational quality of the school. The studied community included teachers, educational assistants and principals of these two schools, including 24 people, Twenty of them were interviewed, and after that, the interviews were not continued due to reaching the theoretical saturation limit in the data. The research tool was a semi-structured interview designed by the researcher. In the data analysis, the qualitative data analysis model with the content analysis method was used, and the research data were categorized into open, central and selective codes after being written. Finally, in the context of educational leadership implementation platforms, 4 components of organizational platforms include: (goal and vision plans for employees, evaluation and effectiveness programs, employee participation programs in decisions, effective communication programs with employees, time management and professional development programs Mr. Director), students' platforms include: (students' individual development programs, educational and skill programs, self-knowledge and knowledge-enhancing programs), teachers' platforms include: (empowerment programs and self-awareness programs) and families' platforms include: (Educational and skill enhancement programs and school approach awareness programs) were obtained.

The study aimed to examine how organizational learning mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and teacher motivation. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to analyze data collected from Tabriz’s high school teachers. Using multi-stage cluster sampling, a sample of 330 teachers was selected based on Morgan's table. Furthermore, a one-sample T-test and Pearson's correlation coefficients were employed to answer research questions. According to the correlation matrix table, there was a direct and significant correlation between knowledge sharing, organizational learning, and teachers' job motivation. The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the measurement models had an acceptable fit. According to the standard coefficients of organizational learning on motivation (β=0.37), knowledge sharing on organizational learning (β=0.59) and knowledge sharing on motivation (β=0.16) had a direct and significant effect. By strengthening the knowledge sharing culture in the schools, teachers' motivation can be improved, and if organizational learning is strengthened, teachers' motivation will be more affected. Considering that the research results reflect the role of knowledge sharing in improving teachers' motivation, it is recommended to promote knowledge sharing among teachers as a tool to increase motivation and strengthen organizational learning, emphasizing the value of continuous professional development initiatives.

The purpose of the current research is to analyze the concept of teachers' professional virtue through the construction of a valid and reliable teacher self-evaluation tool, to study the understanding, measure the components, and its level among Iranian teachers. The research method is descriptive-survey and its approach is quantitative. The statistical population of the study includes all the teachers of Sanandaj city in all educational levels and the statistical sample was selected by cluster sampling method for 65 items, the number of respondents was 650 people. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of the type of closed-answer questions and the data was analyzed using factor analysis. From a statistical point of view, there is a significant difference in the average of the total professional virtue of teachers and its components (commitment to teaching in line with valuable social goals) and (commitment not only to one's practice, but also to the teaching itself) according to the amount of work experience, (commitment to practice) Teaching in line with valuable social goals and commitment to ethical principles and care in teaching) was observed according to the type of employment, the component (commitment to teaching in an exemplary and exemplary manner) according to the type of field taught by teachers in the school. The researcher-made evaluation questionnaire of "Teachers' Professional Virtue" can be a valid and reliable tool for teachers' self-evaluation in the Iranian environment; To study understanding, measure the components and its level among a sample of Iranian teachers.

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل شایستگی های معلمان با رویکرد کیفی فراترکیبانجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب با رویکرد هفت مرحلهای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) انجام شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه تحقیقات و مطالعات فارسی و انگلیسی چاپ شده در حوزه شایستگیهای معلمان در بین سالهای 2000 تا 2024 میباشد. در این راستا، کلید واژه-های مرتبط با هدف پژوهش مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و مقالات و اسناد بدست آمده با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با توجه به معیارهای پذیرش مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که در نهایت 22 مقاله که از معیارهای ورود به مطالعه برخوردار بودند با استفاده از روش کدگذاری سه مرحلهای (باز، محوری، انتخابی) ازطریق نرمافزار MaxQDA2020 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. براساس نتایج تحلیل دادهها برای جمعآوری دادهها 52 کد باز شناسایی شد که در 3 مقوله اصلی و 10 مقوله فرعی دستهبندی شدند که عبارتند از شایستگیهای فردی (عملکرد فردی، خودکارآمدی فردی و مهارتهای ارتباطی)، شایستگیهای سازمانی )نوآوری سازمانی، تحول سازمانی مثبت، اشتراک دانش و یادگیری سازمانی) و
