Organizations always expected that their employees and members execute duties and responsibilities correctly and stay away from harmful behavior for organizations which results in mar to employees and customers. Therefore, it is expected to reduce the employees’ political behaviors increasing citizenship behavior and organizational performance. The present study aims to investigate the organizational cynicism on workplace deviant behavior through citizenship behavior and perception of perception of perception of organizational politics. This study is an applied research in terms of its objectives, its causal-effect in terms of research nature and approach, its descriptive survey in terms of data collection and it's a quantitative in terms of data type. The study statistical population consists of all Lorestan university personnel in which the sample size was estimated 201 people. Four hypotheses in this research were testing by factor analysis and structural equation modeling techniques. Based on the results, it can be said that organizational cynicism has a positive and significant effect on deviant behavior; citizenship behavior cannot play a negative and significant mediating role in effecting of organizational cynicism on employees deviant behavior; perception of organizational politics has a positive and significant mediating role in effecting of organizational cynicism on deviant behavior; citizenship behavior has a negative and significant mediating role in effecting of organizational politics on deviant behavior.

The present study compared management styles in types of boy regular, public sample, non-profit and gifted high schools based on view of teachers in Tehran.This research is functional in terms of goal and descriptive – survey in terms of data collection method. . The statistical population included all secondary school teachers (regular, non-profit, gifted and sample public) in Tehran boys in the 2012-2013 school years. According to the Morgan Table, 165 public high school teachers, 201 non-profit high school teachers, 28 gifted high school teachers and 73 public sample were selected as a sample. The Clustered and Classified sampling methods were used in this study and the research instrument was questionnaire that its validity and reliability were acceptable. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (such as diagrams, frequency, percentage, mean) and inferential statistics(one-way analysis of variance test, LSD post hoc test, one sample T test and chi-square test were used. in general, the following results were obtained: 1-There are Significant difference in the usage of relationship-oriented and task-oriented management styles in the public, non-profit, public sample and gifted high schools. 2-There is no significant relationship between management styles and the type of schools. 3-there are no significant differences between dominant styles of management in the public, public sample , gifted Schools but there are significant differences in the non-profit schools so that the average relationship-oriented style is more than task-oriented style.

This research was accomplished with purpose of relashtionship between moral leadership and psychological agreement teachers organizational health with understanding in shahinshars elementary school in academic year 93-94 by wang of descriptive and solidarity type statistics community, This research which induded all of shahinshar elementay school teachers that, they are 440 persons(teacher) and were selected 204teacher among formul them by kokran sampling and layered accidental according to Likrts 5 level speactrum, material for guthering information was three questionnaire of Fry and colleagues(2005) psychological agreement questionnaire of Raseo(1995) and organizational health questionnaire of hoovy and colleaues(1998) beside of its formal, accdamic adviser and sme of statistic sample approved it. In order to, equedity of measuring material, it was used Kronbakh Alfa coefficient.Analysis of reacherchs found. This coefficient was culated for moral leadership questionnaire %80and organizational helth questionnaire %85. Analysis of researchers fand was done by way of descriptive statistics(include of excess, percentage, average and criterion deviation) presumptive statistics include of(piersoon solidarity coefficient Vareyans analysis test). The result of fonnd indicated that theres a meaniful relationship between organizational perspective p<0/1, r= 0/34. Faith in job (r=0/543, p=0<01).Love of altruism(r=0/731,p<0/01). Meaninfal feel(r=0/349,p=0<0/01) organizational membership(r=0/746, p<0/01). Organizational commitrment(r=0/568,p<0/01). Getting profit by understanding organizational heath.

The main purpose of this study was designin the training model criterion learning organization .and also to assessing the relationship between individual and organizational factors with training effectiveness of the employees.This research is a descriptive- survey study by qualitive and quantitive method that was done in Three large factories in 2013-2015. In this study, analesis 326 expert interview and cluster sampling was used with proportional allocation and finally were selected 1719 exert and technician employees with random sampling method and answered 326 expert to standardized questionnaires with Likert scale; Self-efficacy attitude, trust , perception , content training, organizational culture, organization’s Support , policy support , Identity and environmental adaptation factors. The Cronbach’s alpha was used to determine reliability that was obtained as follows: 0.93, Finally, Data was analyzed by use structural equiblibrem tests through SPSS 17 and Lisrel 8.72 soft wares . Managers by having the belief in the value of developing, supporting evidence and clear and strengthening training and awarness sharing can lead to increase employees’ intention for organization leraning.

The aim of this study was to identify the components of talent management for staff at the University of Medical Sciences Bojnourd of view. This research purpose, nature and methodology of the survey. The population of all the administrative staff and non-academic educational formal contract Bojnourd University 94-93 years, the number of 881 persons, and to set an example on the table Morgan 265 randomly selected sampling were Survey, a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by teachers and technology and reliability of the Cronbach's alpha was calculated to be 97/68%.Data using SPSS 19 software and Friedman test were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. Factor analysis showed that all five elements to attract, select, develop, operate and maintain involvement with talent and confidence level of 99% significantly associated with talent management. Everyone's attention to his job duties, perseverance and desire to try to do the job and company employee’s internal and external training courses to develop staff were the most important factors. The results of the ranking classes (Friedman test) showed that keeping talents in the first place and then elected second and development are in third place.

The purpose of this research is to study the feasibility of university autonomy and its role in accountability and quality assurance of higher education system services. The study population included all faculty members of Urmia University in the academic year of 2014-2015. With the descriptive survey method, 219 faculty members of this university were selected using stratified random sampling method, and responded to the questionnaire. To collect information about the autonomy variable “the European Model Questionnaire UNESCO”, Thomas Estermann et al, for the accountability variable the questionnaire of Keiko Yokoyama, New York model and for the quality assurance variable the questionnaire of HEDPERF model was used. Cronbach's Alpha is used to assess the reliability of the test. The reliability coefficients of the autonomy, accountability and quality assurance questionnaires were 0/88, 0/90 and 0/92 respectively. To test the question and hypothesis of the research t-test univariate and multiple regression and One's regression analyses were used. The results showed that the state of academic freedom and accountability in the University was not good But in terms of quality assurance is moderate and positive relationship existed between academic autonomy, academic accountability and quality assurance And can somewhat predict them (R2= 0/17 , 0/15). there Significant correlation between academic accountability and quality assurance, and can be positive and meaningful predicted it (R2= 0/21).
