The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between organizational health and organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction of employees at Allameh Tabatabaei University. The methodology is survey research and correlation type. The statistical population included all employees of Allameh Tabatabaei University (600 number) in 2017. According to Morgan's table, the estimated sample size of the study was 264 people that individuals were selected by Stratified sampling method. The Organizational Behavior Questionnaire (Podsakoff et al., 1997), Hui and Tarter Organizational Health Questionnaire (1997) and Smith Kendall and Hollin's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (1969) have been used to gathering data. In order to analyzing data, one sample t test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used. The results showed that the qualification of three variables- organizational health, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction- was higher than the average, and there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational health and its dimensions with job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of Allameh Tabatabaei University’s staff. There is also a positive and significant relationship between organizational behavior and its dimensions (conscientiousness, respect and reverence, altruism, manhood, and citizenship virtue) with job satisfaction of Allameh Tabatabaei University’s staff

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational climate on organizational silence in Lamerd Islamic Azad University. This research is applied in terms of target type and in terms of data collection method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research consisted of 84 professors of Islamic Azad University of Lamerd in the academic year 1396/1395. A census method was used to select the sample and each 84 faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Lamard were selected. The instrument for collecting data in this study was the organizational climate questionnaire based on Halpin and Kraft (1963) and Organizational Silence Questionnaire (KOLA and BORDAS, 2005). The content validity and appearance of the questionnaires were confirmed by the experts and their reliability, which was the result of a two week trial of 30, was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.78 for the organizational climate questionnaire and The organizational silence questionnaire was 0.83. To analyze the data, regression analysis was used at a significant level of 0.05. The results show that by upgrading one unit of organizational climate, 0.990 unit of standard deviation of organizational silence will increase, resulting in a positive relationship. Also, the results showed that the dimensions of organizational climate of the organizational climate of command, limitation, pretending to work, unwillingness and distancing have a significant effect on organizational silence in Lamard Islamic Azad University.

The main goals of sustainability evaluation is measuring the educational, research, outreach and other university programmes based on sustainable development’s principles and concepts. The main purpose of this study is indentification of sustainability factors and criterias, and then evaluation of Tehran University sustainability based on them. Exploratory mixed method research used to accomplish this goal. In the qualitative part, the focus groups research method and individual interview was used and in the quantitative part analytical-descriptive research method was employed at the University of Tehran area. In the qualitative part, purposive non-probability sampling method and in the quantitative part, stratified sampling method was used for selection of students and faculty. The results of the study show that the main factors of sustainability evaluation include: education, research, governance system, environmental management system, sustainable financing system, and outreach. These factors can be assessed using 34 criteria and 81 indicators. The results of the sustainability assessment at UT show that significant difference between present situations with ideal level. Also, Analysis of data using inferential statistics indicates that there is a significant difference between the views of faculty members and students regarding the sustainability condition of UT. Identified model in this research is a pioneer initiative in sustainability evaluation of Iran’s higher education institutions. This model can be used by senior managers of higher education system and university leaders.

Altruism is from moral development forces and survival and well-being of human that in recent decades the attention of social psychologists and sociologists is located. This study with the aim of examined the antecedents of organizational learning capability as altruism and relationship conflict is done. In this regard, the survey method was employed. The Statistics population consists of all the staff of allameh Tabataba'i University Formed, of which 167 were based on Morgan table as the sample to be selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through organ altruism questionnaires (1988) and Cox relationship conflict questionnaire (1998) and Chiva et al organizational learning capability questionnaire (2007). Validity and Reliability of aforementioned questionnaires were confirmed on the basis of content validity, construct validity as well as calculated acceptable Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In addition, for data analyzing and research hypothesis test, Structural Equation Modeling and Friedman test were used, by means of Amos and Spss software. Research findings indicated that altruism is significant positive impact on organizational learning capacity and altruism in a significant negative influence on the relationship conflict. Furthermore The relationship conflict also has a significant negative impact on organizational learning capability and relationship conflict is mediated between altruism and organizational learning capacity.

The current research investigated the relationship between servant leadership style and organizational effectiveness in girl’s High Schools of Tehran in the 1392-93 academic year. The research sample consists of 360 high school teachers randomly selected from all government high school teachers in Tehran. To collect primary data, two questionnaires were used in this study. Firstly to collect data on servant leadership, the questionnaire developed by Golipour (Golipour et al., 1388) was used. The Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.95 shows the internal consistency of the scale. Secondly to evaluate the organizational effectiveness parsons’s questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.95 was used. In this study, the Spearman correlation analysis, one-sample T test, one way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H, multiple regressions were used to analyze the data. The Research results indicate that there is an overall positive association between servant leadership and organizational effectiveness. There are also significant positive relationships between servant leadership variables and organizational effectiveness. Among the four components of servant leadership and organizational effectiveness and its components, there was a significant positive correlation. Multiple regression analysis showed that among the aspects of servant leadership, by three factors: service, reliability and humility be the most predictable organizational effectiveness. The aim of this study is "examine and evaluate relationship between the positive leadership strategies with teachers psychological capital". For this purpose The study population consisted of all elementary school teachers in 2 City of tehran htat academic year 94-95 have been teaching,that 270 samples were selected according to a formula Krejcie and Morgan. Then the data were collected through the two questionnaires. The research method was descriptive - Survey and were investigated by using correlational and structural equation modeling. The findings from this study indicate that there is significant and positive relationship between positive leadership and its dimensions with psychological capital in the schools. The results also is indicate influence positive leadership on the psychological capital in among teachers.
