The purpose of this research was to identify the micro and macro occasions of the Iranian higher education system in the field of liberal arts. The mixed research method was exploratory which in the qualitative stage was from the content analysis method and in the quantitative stage was from the structural equations. The statistical population consisted of experts on the transformation of the Iranian higher education system that using targeted sampling and snowball, 214 elites in the field of higher education of Kermanshah universities were selected as the sample size by stratified sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. Content was used to assess the validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for the reliability of the questionnaire. The statistical method in the quantitative stage was the modeling of structural equations. Findings showed that the macro occasions of transformation include capital, development, cultural, environmental and motivational factors, and the micro occasions of transformation include: freedom of thought, information updating, skilled knowledge force, knowledge marketing, knowledge commercialization, knowledge transfer, knowledge development, strong cultural knowledge building, knowledge value creation, strengthening knowledge culturalization, research-oriented, scientific competition, knowledge conceptualization, scientific encouragement, quality of knowledge services and knowledge support.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the causal relationship between teacher motivation and self-efficacy with new teachers' professional commitment through a causal model based on Bandura’s cognitive-social theory and self-determination theory. Quantitative research method is descriptive and structural equations. The newly-employed teachers of Khorasan Razavi starting to work in 1995, 1996 and 1997, constitute the statistical population of the research. In order to test the model, a sample of 347 subjects was selected from 3339 newly-employed teachers in Khorasan Razavi. Questionnaires of teacher motivation, teacher self-efficacy and teacher professional commitment were developed and validated by the researcher. Pearson correlation coefficient, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, t-test and structural equation model were used to analyze the data. The results of Pearson correlation showed that teacher motivation, teacher self-efficacy and teacher professional commitment were correlated with each other (p < 0.05). By implementing the structural equation model to test the relationship between teacher motivation and teacher self-efficacy and professional commitment, it was found that the proposed model has a good fit and professional commitment is well predicted and explained through teacher self-efficacy and teacher motivation as: NNFI = 0.93, RSMEA = 0.09.

The aim of this study was to provide a new model for measuring and evaluating the annual professional performance of primary school teachers. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and content analysis method. For this purpose, review of specialized and research texts related to the qualifications and professional competencies of primary school teachers, evaluation of teachers' professional performance, upstream documents of the country's educational system (document of fundamental change in education and national curriculum document, etc.) and also a structured scientific interview with 20 experts, specialists and experts in primary education in the province and the country, as well as experienced and experienced professors of the Department of Educational Sciences, Farhangian University, and data saturation, which were selected by targeted sampling and snowballing. Data analysis was performed through open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and after reaching the main themes and extracting open, central and selective codes at the end of the new model, evaluation of professional performance of primary school teachers in two main content and process dimensions, 5 sections or floors, 36 categories and 95 sub-categories were provided.

Education is the most important institution that emerges from the context of society and at the same time its builder and developer, and its impact on the development of society is vital and tangible. It is the most important course of study. The present study aimed to identify the components of genuine leadership competence in primary schools. The present study is a qualitative research in terms of applied purpose, qualitative research in terms of data type and phenomenological research in terms of method. The method and tools used to collect data are semi-structured interviews with experts in the field under study. The statistical population of the study includes managers, professors and experts in the field of management and leadership. Sampling was done by snowball method until reaching theoretical saturation. To determine the validity and reliability of the findings, three techniques of reliability, transferability and verification were used. After analyzing the data obtained from semi-structured interviews with 15 experts, university professors and managers in the field of education, 184 concepts (open source), 15 subcategories and 5 categories were extracted. Solutions were also introduced to improve the use of genuine leadership in primary schools.

It has been a long time which many experts of strategic management have found that about 50 to 90 percent of the formulated strategies either not implemented at all, or their implementation have poor results. As a result, a wave of researches has examined the obstacles to strategy implementation. The present research aimed to integrate the obstacles of the strategic implementation in Iranian government organizations into cohesive set. The research strategy was research synthesis. By referring to the most important databases in Iran, 40 articles were received and validated through CASP method. To analyze the data, inductive and deductive content analysis were conducted simultaneously. A total of 291 different obstacles were identified which were divided into 12 sub-obstacles, 4 main obstacles, and 2 themes. The results showed that although the obstacles were numerous and diverse but most of them are related to the implementation of strategies. In addition, over the years of the study and research on the strategic implementation obstacles, the obstacles have not diminished in terms of quantity and diversity. This phenomenon indicated that there has not been long-term orientation to address and solve the obstacles. As a result, the theory of short-term society, which is used to describe Iranian society, represents the phenomenon.

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of information and communication technology skills factors on innovative creativity with the mediating role of business intelligence of students of technical and vocational universities in Mazandaran province. The statistical population of the present study, in order to conduct field studies, included all students of Mazandaran Technical and Vocational University in the academic year 2009-2010 in the number of 14888 people, which was requested from the total education of each university in the academic year 1998-99. 376 people were selected using Cochran's formula as a statistical sample. In this study, 3 standard questionnaires were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha of information and communication technology skills (0.963), innovative creativity (0.933), business intelligence (0.839). The results showed that business intelligence mediates the relationship between ICT skills and innovative creativity. Factors (individual, attitude, educational, technical, economic, environmental, human) affect innovative creativity according to the mediating role of business intelligence of students of technical and vocational universities in Mazandaran province.
