The present study was conducted to design and validate a model for accreditation and quality assurance of Iranian higher education. This study was performed using a mixed method of explorative plan-tool development model. First, in qualitative part of this study, questionnaire consisted of 25 factors and 157 Criteria were designed by using the method of Grounded Theory and interview with 36 experts. For the validity of qualitative findings, were used from the criteria of credibility, confirmability, dependability and transferability. Then, in the quantitative section, designed questionnaires were conducted on 84 members of Iranian experts with high education. Based on the received feedback, the questionnaires were revised, then the final and modified version was put in the hands of 293 experts in different cities of Iran. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha which was equal to (0.982). Non-probability purposive sampling method was used in the qualitative part of the study whereas random classified sampling method was applied in the quantitative part. In addition, analysis of structural equation modeling was used for testing mentioned scale. By doing first-order confirmatory factor analysis, mentioned model were modified to 22 factors and 150 Criteria. Results of second-order confirmatory factor analysis, also showed that 22 extracted components are sufficient factor leading to prediction model related to accreditation and quality assurance of high education systems in Iran. In addition, goodness of fit indices such as, (CMIN/DF) which is equal to 1.924, (RMSEA) = 0.39, (GFI) equal= 0.976, (AGFI) = 0.939, (CFI) = 0.928, (NNFI) = 0.935, (TLI) = 1.000, (IFI) = 0.928 and (RFI) = 0925 Conclusion: The results of statistical tests displayed that the designed model enjoys very favorable fitness for the accreditation and quality assurance of high education system in universities of Iran.

The results of various studies in different organizations show that, currently, methods and styles of staff training face various shortcomings and challenges and the effectiveness of training does not meet the expectations of stakeholders. Therefore, it seems that conventional approaches to pathology of training in organizations are not sufficient and this issue requires a more comprehensive and in-depth approach. This study was conducted in response to this necessity and its purpose was to present a new approach to the pathology of staff training in public organizations and to provide alternative solutions in this field. For this purpose, the method of casual layered analysis (CLA) has been used, which is based on the pathology of issues at different levels and the explanation of alternative solutions. The method of data collection and analysis was based on a qualitative and expert-oriented process (literature review, semi-structured interview and expert panel). Accordingly, the causes of the ineffectiveness of training methods and approaches in public organizations have been identified at four levels: litany, structure, discourse/worldview, and metaphor/myth. Based on this, alternatives have been proposed that can provide different scenarios for the future of staff training. The results of this study emphasize the development of training approaches based on storytelling that are rooted in Iranian literature, religion, art, and historical and mental backgrounds. In this regard, learning styles based on case studies, narrations, participatory workshops and new discourses in the field of human capital development provide a dynamic platform for improving training approaches in these organizations.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic leadership on deviant behaviors in the workplace through Islamic work ethic and social capital (case study of Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch (Khorasgan)). The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive information of the correlation type. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all employees working in Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch, 1000, and 287 people were selected through Cochran's sampling formula as a sample. Ugansula (2011), Bennett and Robinson (2000) Standard Deviation Behavior Questionnaire and Nahapitogoshal Social Capital Questionnaire, (1998), and Ali's (1988) standard work-ethics standard questionnaire validated questionnaires based on content validity., Formal and structural were examined and after the necessary narrative terms, the validity of the questionnaires was estimated and analyzed by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.93, 0.91, 0.91 and 0.92, respectively. Data analysis at the inferential level consisted of structural equation modeling. The results showed that Islamic leadership has a negative and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace through Islamic work ethic, which has a coefficient of -0.78, and through social capital has a negative and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace. The coefficient of this effect is -0.67 and also the direct effect of Islamic leadership on deviant behaviors in the work environment is significantly negative. The coefficient of this effect is -0.77.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational creativity with the mediating role of organizational structure. The present research was based on the purpose of the applied type and in terms of quantitative method is of the descriptive-correlation type, which has been studied in a survey using standard tools in the field of research variables using the structural equation model. The study population included all primary school teachers in District 1 of Shiraz. Using Morgan table and regular random sampling method, 134 people were selected as the sample. The research tool consisted of three standardized questionnaires; Transformational leadership style, which includes four dimensions of mental motivation, ideal influence, inspirational motivation and personal consideration and the reliability of this tool with Cronbach's alpha method, is equal to 0. 95 and its face and content validity has been confirmed by experts; Organizational structure questionnaire which includes two dimensions of complexity and formality and the reliability of this method by Cronbach's alpha is equal to 0. 92 and its face and content validity has been confirmed by experts and the organizational creativity questionnaire includes two dimensions of sensitivity and self-confidence and the reliability of this test by Cronbach's alpha method is equal to 0. 88 and its face and content validity has been confirmed by experts. These tools were distributed among the sample of teachers and principals and finally 134 questionnaires were collected. The results showed that: There is a significant relationship between transformational leadership style, organizational structure and organizational creativity of teachers. Path analysis to determine the mediating role of organizational structure showed that organizational structure plays a negative mediating role for transformational leadership style in the sense that organizational structure is a competing mediating role between transformational leadership style and organizational creativity of employees. The general fit indices also showed the fit of the implemented model. In general, it can be said that the transformational leadership style of managers is a positive and meaningful predictor of the organizational structure of teachers' work environment and the transformational leadership style is a direct predictor of positive and indirectly mediated by the organizational structure.

The purpose of this study was to identify strategies for implementing lean management in education. A qualitative research approach was used. The research field included all professors of management and educational sciences of Iranian universities. In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 experts to identify strategies for implementing lean management in education. To ensure the validity of the instrument during the research, the review of participating experts as well as the supervision of three non-participating professors was used. The participants' repeated review method was used to ensure the reliability of the data. In the open coding stage, 738 conceptual propositions were identified and by combining them, 20 pivotal codes were obtained. In the selective coding stage, six re-engineering codes in education economics, professional selection, motivation, effective measures, specific institutions and needs assessment as implementation strategies lean management was identified in education. Given the benefits of lean management in various dimensions, it is necessary to start by adopting effective guidelines for lean implementation in education.
