Using Distributed leadership framework in studying the leadership phenomena in teams at educational environment, has received more attention by scholars in these years. Distributed leadership has been studied in teams which introduced new interdisciplinary programs, updated curriculum, or engaged in interdisciplinary research and educational areas. Although the results of these researches indicated positive consequences mostly, the need for exploratory studies to identify situational and contextual factors in distributed leadership effectiveness has been mentioned. In other words, it has been suggested that the effectiveness of distributed leadership in teams may be affected by situational and contextual factors. In the current multiple case study, after the initial study of leadership and its functions in some schools of Sharif University of Technology, new educational major founding teams were selected for deeper case study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and were analyzed with grounded theory approach. Comparison of cases’ results with each other based on building theory from case studies approach, revealed three categories of situational and contextual factors; including factors related to teams’ goals and objectives, members and environment. These factors affect distributed leadership effectiveness through facilitating the process and strengthening distributed leadership practice in teams. Finally, based on the findings and theoretical arguments, future research propositions have been suggested.

Considering the nascentness of the topic of authentic leadership in the literature of leadership and the existence of ambiguity about its structure and components in the research that has been conducted, as well as there is an increasing trend seen in the last two decades toward authentic behaviors of leadership in the organizations, there is a need to a more and better understanding of the concepts and structure of authentic leadership among researchers in the field of management and leadership has intensified; the current research aims to reduce the structural ambiguity by more comprehensively identifying the concepts and components of authentic leadership, and by providing a systematic and focused study on the field of academic leaders, by providing an integrated model, answer the general question of what is the academic authentic leadership and what dimensions it consists of. This research has been done using a qualitative method of meta-synthesis. The research community includes 61 cases (articles, books/book chapters, and treatises) that were selected from among 2186 reviewed documents. The meta-synthesis findings led to the identification of 305 primary concepts, 59 subcategories, and finally 4 dimensions of authentic academic leadership including becoming oneself, positivity, relational authenticity, and ethical orientation. By describing the process and reasons for calculating the obtained components and comparing authentic leadership with other leadership styles, it has been tried to reduce the structural ambiguities and make it more transparent.

The goals of this qualitative research are the experiences of school managers and educational leaders from interacting with incompetent teachers, reflecting the experiences of school community members from employing ineffective teachers and understanding how these teachers deal with members of the school community. Qualitative data were analyzed with purposeful sampling and the Grounded theory strategy in a systematic way through interviews with 46 participants who were members of the school community of Sanandaj city, collected during 5 months in three stages of theoretical coding. 211open codes, 60 axial and 17 selective codes were counted and a final model was extracted with MAXQDA 2020. Contributors demonstrate the livelihood and cultural issues of teachers and the politicization of education as the existing fields of recruiting unqualified teachers, defects in recruitment practices and defective bureaucracy in the education system for the reasons for hiring these teachers, supporting professional development, helping to promote job satisfaction and the implementation of punitive measures as solutions to interact with these teachers and the triple skills of managers have been mentioned as effective factors involved in their leadership.Presenting the results in two dimensions, positive and negative, with the final civility of this process, is one of the innovations of this research. Based on the results, very few of these teachers changed and the academic performance has been achieved; But many of these teachers are not transformed and neglecting the psychosocial aspects of students, they have left a weakness in establishing human relations, unprofessionalism and an undesirable educational restitution in their career field.

The present study was conducted to design and validate a model for accreditation and quality assurance of Iranian higher education. This study was performed using a mixed method of explorative plan-tool development model. First, in qualitative part of this study, questionnaire consisted of 25 factors and 157 Criteria were designed by using the method of Grounded Theory and interview with 36 experts. For the validity of qualitative findings, were used from the criteria of credibility, confirmability, dependability and transferability. Then, in the quantitative section, designed questionnaires were conducted on 84 members of Iranian experts with high education. Based on the received feedback, the questionnaires were revised, then the final and modified version was put in the hands of 293 experts in different cities of Iran. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha which was equal to (0.982). Non-probability purposive sampling method was used in the qualitative part of the study whereas random classified sampling method was applied in the quantitative part. In addition, analysis of structural equation modeling was used for testing mentioned scale. The present study sought to identify the predictability of knowledge sharing based on the dimensions of toxic organizational climate among employees of educational institutions in Sarab using correlational design. The statistical population of this study was 1648 people and the corresponding sample size was 313 people. The sampling method of this study was stratified. After deleting Perth data using Mahalanobis index, the number of samples reached 286 and analyzes were performed on this number. To collect data, standard questionnaires of rural organizational toxic atmosphere and Dixon knowledge sharing were used. Data analysis using Pearson correlation test showed that toxic physical structure, toxic service reward and compensation system, toxic interpersonal relationships and toxic leadership have a significant relationship with knowledge sharing. Findings from stepwise regression analysis showed that the system of reward and compensation for toxic service and poisonous leadership can predict knowledge sharing. Due to the lack of significant effect of toxic physical structure dimensions and toxic interpersonal relationships on knowledge sharing, these dimensions were removed from the model by software. Findings showed that knowledge sharing in educational institutions can be predicted by some dimensions of toxic organizational climate; therefore, it is necessary to adopt and implement appropriate strategies to prevent the manifestation of toxic organizational climate dimensions and eliminate them.

One of the influential components in the policy making and planning process of the higher education system is to identify and deal with the challenges and problems arising from them, in a conscious, measured way, at the right time, and based on the intellectual foundations and practical and behavioral framework. It is based on truth, rationality and logic. In this regard, the present research aimed to identify the system of higher education economy’s problems and their ranking through a systematic review of scientific and academic texts and semi-structured interviews. It has been done with experts and scientific and operational experts in this field. The current research was in the category of applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical method. Data and information were analyzed using thematic analysis method and Friedman's test. Based on the analysis of opinions and views of experts, 9 challenges and 23 problems were counted and identified. The results of the Friedman test have also shown that challenges and issues do not have the same importance and priority. Therefore, according to the conditions and needs of society, addressing some of them has more priority than others.
