Abstract
The thriving phenomenon as a new structure in behavior has attracted the attention of many researchers. One of the most important issues involved in the success of organizations is the thriving of employees. Considering that scientific centers are the rudder of the thriving of the country, this research seeks to understand the flow of thriving in scientific centers. In this research, interpretative research philosophy, inductive research approach, Grounded theory research strategy and data collection method is semi-structured interview. For this purpose, a theoretical sampling was done from the research community that included professors in the state university , interviews were conducted with 22 of the professors. The results of the research show that the flow of thriving in the country's scientific centers is the Showing knowledge and pretending to know, which factors such as the displacement of the scientific honors and honor system, scientific habituation, un criticism and lack of a sense of transformation and changeability have an impact on it, and style strategies It is dominated by non-democratic leadership and administrative evaluations of scientific activities. In general, it can be said that in the country's scientific centers, the background factors of administrative culture, Bribery-oriented interactions and communications, the weakness of the knowledge management system and information systems, and the inability to solve the problem are influential. Therefore, the prevailing atmosphere in the country's scientific centers has led to the consequences of organizational hypocrisy among scientific worker, opportunism in the guise of science and knowledge, and scientific laziness and boredom.
