The purpose of this study is to analyze the values affecting teacher empowerment in Iranian education. The above goal by two sub-goals, identifying the obstacles that exist in the path of teacher empowerment and providing the necessary policy guidelines in order to improve teacher empowerment programs was guided. For this purpose, research data were collected by applying a combined approach in two steps of comparative study and critical analysis. In the first part, data related to teacher training in Finland, Singapore, Japan, Austria, France and Iran were provided in specific areas. In the second part, a semi- structured interview was conducted with (14) education specialists, administrators and faculty members of Farhangian University. The results showed that teacher empowerment faces many obstacles from both macro and micro dimensions. The weak economic, social and cultural status of teachers from a macro perspective and the weaknesses of in-service training, in- service, support for continuous professional development and the lack of appropriate inclusive policies from a micro perspective have hindered the empowerment of teachers. Therefore, it is recommended to change the attitude of the officials towards education and this profession in different dimensions and in a practical way in order to promote the society and move in the direction of sustainable development, In order to attract talented and interested people, inclusive recruitment policies should be reformed and appropriate in-service and in- service training and skills programs should be developed and necessary support should be provided for teacher professional development.

Abstract
The correct training of human resources, while at the level of insurance companies, improves the performance of employees and the insurance company, it also provides the grounds for proper interaction between employees and customers. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the current situation of the education system of the insurance industry. This research is descriptive and retrospective in terms of time and practical in terms of purpose. The research method is among the qualitative methods in terms of the type of data. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the training department of insurance companies. The data collection tool is a questionnaire with 26 open items. The findings of this research include identifying the weaknesses in the education system of the insurance industry in Iran. The main methods of education in the insurance industry, with an emphasis on the experience and knowledge of retired people, shows the high contribution of the teacher-apprentice education method, which explains the influence and role of the main managers and senior managers of a company in the culture of education and its accountability methods. The results of the research show that in order to integrate the training processes and develop the quality of the educational system at the level of the Iranian insurance industry, as well as to design the improvement and competence system of human resources, it is necessary to organize the training.

The purpose of this study was to identify strategies for implementing lean management in education. A qualitative research approach was used. The research field included all professors of management and educational sciences of Iranian universities. In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 experts to identify strategies for implementing lean management in education. To ensure the validity of the instrument during the research, the review of participating experts as well as the supervision of three non-participating professors was used. The participants' repeated review method was used to ensure the reliability of the data. In the open coding stage, 738 conceptual propositions were identified and by combining them, 20 pivotal codes were obtained. In the selective coding stage, six re-engineering codes in education economics, professional selection, motivation, effective measures, specific institutions and needs assessment as implementation strategies lean management was identified in education. Given the benefits of lean management in various dimensions, it is necessary to start by adopting effective guidelines for lean implementation in education.

The dissatisfaction from the educational system’s performance to answer the increasing needs of the today society and the weak caoabilities of its outputs to achive the pre determind objectives, have confronted the todey’s education with serious challenges. accordingly, the present study was aimed to Study of the Components and Indicators of Effectiveness of Secondary Schools in Hormozgan Province in order to provide a model for improving the educational system in schools. the purpose of this research is applied and in terms of information gathering method, a quantitative-qualitative approach has been taken. the statistical population includes experts in the field of school effectiveness which in part of quantitative research, included all school principals, teachers and students in Hormozgan province during the academic year of 2017-18 (N=6800), also In the qualitative section, the statistical population was estimated with a theoretical saturation of 10 people. the sample size was estimated to be 364 by Cochran formula. A stratified sampling was used to select the sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the 5-item scale. Reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha and Validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content were confirmed through several experts. To analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The results obtained to identify 16 components and 65 indicators, whose naming was based on theoretical foundations.

The present study aims to assess Effect of Authentic leadership on the agility of human resources in education. For this purpose, a group 95 employees of the Department of Education staff were chosen randomly as the sample. To evaluate the employee perceptions of authentic leadership, was used a standard questionnaire Elio and Valvmba(2007), And to measure and evaluate human resource agility used a Sharifi and Zhang standard questionnaire(1999). reliability of the instrument for respectively questionnaire was 91/0 and 89/0 By Cronbach's alpha. The data were also analyzed by the correlation test, multiple regression, and T-test. The results showed that. Aims: This study was an attempt to examine the employment status of the graduates . The authors tried to determine to what extent the graduates were employed in organizations and companies that were related to their field of study and to what extent the university prepared the graduates for the work market. In addition, The participants of the study consisted of three groups of graduates between the years 2004 and 2008. Methods: The research method used in this research is descriptive and survey-based approach. The method used for sampling was accessible method. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analysed by the descriptive methods.Results:The main results were: 1) the employment rate of graduates while studying in the master level was 22.5 percent, and after graduation this rates reached 80 percent, and 2) most of the graduates worked in the public sector especially in higher education and educational training system. Additionally, the rate of employment in the industrial sector has increased in recent years. Conclusion: The results reveal that the duration between graduation and employment ranged from 3 months to 1 year. Eventually, the suggestion of graduates for the optimal preparing of students for the work market is offered.

This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between locus of control and self-control and organizational commitment of the staff serving with Education Department of Sabzevar. To this end, a group of 70 staff members were selected as the sample from among the 120 personnel by means of the simple random sampling method and involved in the study. The research data were gathered by means of Rotter’s Locus of Control Scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.83, Newstorm and Davis Self-control Questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.65, and Allen and Meyer Organizational Commitment Scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.79. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 18 application and Pearson correlation test, multivariate analysis (MANOVA) and some other supplementary tests. Results suggest that there is a positive relation between locus of control, self-control and organizational commitment. Furthermore, locus of control and self-control are independently related to organizational commitment.
