Professional teachers should do research to improve their educational activities. The Teacher Researcher Program, which is currently being implemented in our education system, is an attempt to develop research and action research in education. The aim of this study was to identify the obstacles and problems of implementation of the Teacher Researcher Program from the viewpoint of teacher researchers and school principals in Ilam city. An Exploratory mixed-method was used for research. The data were collected in the qualitative section through interviews and in the quantitative section through a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were calculated by Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.87) and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 educational experts. In order to analyze the data in the qualitative section, open and selective coding methods were used; in the quantitative part, descriptive and inferential methods (t-test) were used. Participants of this research in the qualitative section included 13 researcher teachers and 2 research experts at the Department of Education. In the quantitative part, due to the small number of the community, all 109 teachers and 100 principals were included in the research. Based on quantitative and qualitative results, the Teacher Researcher Program faces some obstacles and problems in various dimensions, such as in-service training and justification classes, resources and facilities, planning, motivation, attitude, knowledge and research skills, information, evaluation, family-student. Applied suggestions are provided.

This research aim to investigate the influence of shared leadership on proactive innovation behaviors, with the moderating role of job complexity perception and the mediating role of creative self-efficacy. The study is applied and descriptive in terms of purpose. The statistical population included all faculty members of Islamic Azad University branches in West Azerbaijan province, total 847 individuals in the year 2022. A cluster sampling method based on the Cochran formula was used to select a sample of 186 participants. Data were collected using the Shared Leadership questionnaire by Hoch and Kozlowski (2014), Creative Self-Efficacy questionnaire by Tierney and Farmer (1991), job complexity perception questionnaire by Dean and Snell (1991), and Proactive Innovation Behavior questionnaire by Zhao et al. (2014). Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that shared leadership and creative self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on proactive innovation behaviors. Creative self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the impact of shared leadership on proactive innovation behaviors. Job complexity perception moderates the relationship between shared leadership and proactive innovation behaviors, but its moderating effect on the relationship between creative self-efficacy and proactive innovation behaviors is not statistically significant. Therefore, shared leadership not only enhances faculty members' creative self-efficacy but also propels team members towards proactive innovation behaviors. In this regard, the design of complex and challenging jobs increases faculty members' motivation and strengthens the effectiveness of shared leadership on innovation behaviors.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the role of perception of managers' moral leadership style in teachers' motivation and job satisfaction. The research method was of correlational type & its statistical population included all secondary school teachers of Nahavand city in number of 366, using stratified random sampling method, 188 people were selected and participated in the study. Data collection tools included scales of: Kalshoven et al.'s (2011) Ethical Leadership Style, Blais' (1994) Self-determination Career motivation, and Minnesota Job Satisfaction (Weiss et al., 1967). To validate them, Lawshe's Content Validity Index was used. So, the validity of the scales was calculated as: 0.66, 0.58, and 0.49 respectively, which shows that the scales have validity. Cronbach's alpha was also used to measure the reliability of them. So, the reliability of each scale was estimated as: 0.81, 0.77, and 0.70 respectively, which shows that the tools have reliability. SPSS version 26 software & correlation and regression tests were used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between moral leadership and motivation & job satisfaction (p>0.05). It was also found that among the components of ethical leadership, the dimensions: "power sharing", "fairness" and "integrity" respectively play the most important role in predicting teachers' job motivation, and the dimensions: "people orientation", "fairness" & "role clarification" also respectively, they play the biggest role in predicting teachers' job satisfaction. so, it is suggested to teach ethical leadership methods to managers and encourage them to follow these methods.

Managing the process of attracting and transforming the status of faculty members of universities and higher education institutions is one of the important categories This article emphasizes that attracting expert and committed professors has a significant impact on university performance.. The purpose of the research is to analyze the performance of faculty members based on the inputs of the process of attracting and transforming the situation with the fuzzy data mining approach. Among the methods of performance analysis is data collection and analysis with data mining. The research method was using neural fuzzy data mining to analyze the performance of faculty members. This research deals with the design of neural fuzzy system to analyze the personality and performance of the faculty members recruited and converted. For this purpose, 16 personality data and 2 functional data of 1000 faculty members were recruited and transformed, firstly, they were collected, cleaned and reduced, and finally, the fuzzy neural network model was designed with machine learning methods, genetic algorithm and Ril algorithm. The implementation tool is MATLAB software. The research findings of designing a model with fuzzy neural network and Ril algorithm with the validity of high correlation coefficient and low MSE in evaluating the scientific and general competence of faculty members. From the results of the research, it is predicted that the faculty members have stable, influential, honest personality traits in general competence and extrovert, stable, influential, truthful in scientific competence to attract and transform the situation.

Background and purpose: Public Schools in Iran are far from the principles of the learning organization due to their structural and managerial characteristics which are affected by the centralized management structure. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a qualitative model for the development of learning public schools.Method: The research approach is qualitative and a semi-structured interview was conducted through targeted sampling with 22 experts from the Ministry of Education and schools in Tehran until reaching theoretical saturation. In order to explore the development model of learning schools, data analysis was done using the foundational data theory and through MAXQDA software.Findings: After conducting qualitative interviews and coding, general categories and subcategories and identification concepts and causal factors, background factors, intervention factors, strategies and consequences of development of learning schools were determined and finally the development model of learning schools with 6 main dimensions and 17 subcategories. And 221 indicators were designed. Results: The managers of the Ministry of Education and all the stakeholders of the schools, taking into account the causal factors and background and intervening conditions and adopting strategies in the field of human resource empowerment, development of knowledge and learning management, team and collaborative learning, learning communication network and self-assessing school, responsible and Respondents can benefit from the benefits of developing learning schools.

Selection and implementation of formative evaluation as one of the alternative methods of traditional evaluation, despite its advantages and attractiveness, has faced many difficulties and challenges. The current survey research, with a quantitative approach, examines the individual and contextual factors that affect teachers' performance in this regard. For this purpose, a statistical sample of 592 participants was selected from among the primary and secondary teachers in West Mazandaran through random cluster sampling. They answered a questionnaires measuring teachers' performance in formative evaluation. The data were analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. As a result, while confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, it was found that teachers' self-efficacy, the population of teachers working in the school, and the school's support for teachers have the greatest impact on the implementation of formative evaluation. Also, middle school teachers showed more interest in this method of evaluation. In addition, teaching experience and tendency to formative evaluation had a reverse relationship. The results showed that factors such as students' characteristics and the subject of the course do not have a significant effect on teachers' willingness and performance in formative evaluation. Finally, suggestions are provided regarding significance of practical techniques and a supportive environment to encourage using formative evaluation.
