The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of quantum leadership on changes in quality through perceived communication quality and changeability. The present research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting descriptive information of correlation type. The statistical population of this study was all of the staff employed in the Islamic Azad University of Sefahan in Sefahan to be 1,000. Using the Cochran sampling formula, 287 individuals were selected through simple random sampling method. The research tool was Shleton Quantum Leadership Standards Questionnaire (2003) and questionnaire. The standard of commitment to change was Fedour et al. (2009) and perceived standard communication questionnaire of change proposed by Miller and Mang (1985) and the Readiness Change Standard questionnaire provided by Holt et al. (2007). On the other hand, Cronbach's alpha method was used to quantify the quantum leadership questionnaire (93/0) and The Change Commitment Questionnaire (0.81) and Perceived Communication from Change (0.85) and Readiness for Change (0.92) questionnaire were estimated. Data analysis was carried out at the inferential level including structural equation modeling. The results of the research showed that quantum leadership through its readiness for change has a positive and significant impact on the commitment to change, which has a coefficient of 0.39, but does not have a significant effect through the quality of the relationship on commitment to change. Also, the direct impact on the commitment to change is also Not meaningful.

Pioneering universities have focused on the students' supremacy in the field of leadership, especially spiritual leadership, due to the complexities of today's world and the excellence of the human society. The aim of this research is to provide a model for the spiritual development of students in Islamic Azad University. Research has been done with a qualitative approach and content analysis strategy. To this end, the study of the related specialized texts related to spirituality leadership and students development, as well as semi-structured interviews with 14 academic scholars (related professors and senior managers of Islamic Azad University and managers of science & research unit) to data saturation were selected through targeted sampling. Data analysis was conducted through open and axial coding, which resulted in the extraction of 368 open codes and 18 categories. Finally, a model consisting of 3 dimensions and 85 components as the core of the model with 10 effective factors, 3 strategies, 38 mechanisms and 5 consequences was developed

The purpose of this study was examining the causal model of students' educational vitality based on active participation by security at school mediation. Methodology of the research was quantitative, in terms descriptive-Correlation. The statistical population was students of high school of Sagez during the academic year 2017-2018. The sampling method was simple random. The sample size according to the Kregci-Morgan model and with error α = 0/05, was considered 145 persons. To collect data, the Security at school Questionnaire (SRS) (with reliability α = 0/82), Active participation (SES) (with reliability α = 0/67), and the Educational vitality Questionnaire (EVQ) (with reliability α = 0/85) were used. Validity of the tools was confirmed by the professors of education and psychology. Data were analyzed using two software’s Spss vs. 22 and lisrel. 8/50 and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that the proposed model had suitable fit (x2/df=1/49, GFI=0/91, AGFI=0/91, CFI=0/92, NFI=0/93, RMSEA=0/043) and the component of Active participation has a direct and indirect effect through the component of Security at school on Educational vitality (P<0/05). Active participation and Security at school are important components in the development and improvement of students' Educational vitality. Therefore, attention to the factors of Active participation and Security at school to advance goals and efforts to push students toward effectiveness recommended.

Among all aspects of cultural and civilization activities, teaching science and politeness has been one of the most interesting topics. Today, this topic also likes one of the main sign of development for societies and countries. It is clear that educational system has an important role and also motivator of designing culture and civilization as one part of Islamic civilization structure. But, considering some critics about disability of Imami educational systems and their achievements at the first five centuries, their performance not only should be admired, but also its role must be considered and studied as one of the main influential existence. So, this research deals with this topic and considers both the critics and capabilities of this educational system. Considering the goal of establishing the Imami educational system, it is found that the system, for the sake of having some components which have abilities to design and make capacities, has an important role to design and progress the Islamic culture and civilization. Shia’ by utilizing their advance thoughts, they could design and generate science and politeness and has important role in both the educational systems, and culture and civilization progress.

Abstract The aim of the current study was to investigate the relationship between thinking styles as well as self development with managers' merit among primary schoolprincipals of Tabadkan district. The statistical population of the current research includes all primary schools principals of Tabadkan district which consists of 320 principals. The sampling procedure was implemented for 170 randomly selected principals based on Morgan and krejcey's table. , In terms of purpose such study is applied,in terms of nature is descriptive and in terms of method is a correlational research. The questionnaires which were used include: Managers' merit by Moslehi(2011), Thinking styles by Strenberg and wagner(1992) and Self esteem by Padler et(2011). The data analysis was done for both descriptive and inferential sections. In descriptive analysis, mean, standard deviation and charts were applied but in inferential statistics, Pearson's regression and multiple variables regression was used. The results showed that there is a negative meaningful relation between principals' merit and different thinking styles such as: legal, executive, judicial, partial, conservative,hierarchical, royal, anarchist, insider thinking styles. On the other hand there is a positive meaningful relation between principals' merit and thinking styles such as: general, liberal, oligarchs and external thinking styles. In addition there is a positive meaningful relation. between self esteem and general merit among principals. Keywords: Thinking styles, self development, principals' merit

این پژوهش به وضعیت عوامل مرتبط با اجرای بودجهریزی عملیاتی مبتنی بر عملکرد مدرسه با مدیریت مدرسه محوری در دبیرستانهای نمونه شهر تهران بر اساس الگوی شه مشتمل بر سه عامل توانمندی، مشروعیت و مقبولیت میپردازد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی - تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کل مدارس هدف یعنی 40 مدیر و 200 نفر از معلمان دبیرستانهای نمونه دوره دوم شهر تهران میباشد. به منظور گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر بر مبنای الگوی شه استفاده شد به طوری که علاوه بر سه بعد توانایی، اختیار و پذیرش، صرفه اقتصادی نیز به عنوان عامل مؤثر اضافه گردید. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و کارشناسان امر بودجه و پایایی آن به وسیله آلفای کرونباخ 88 درصد تأیید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با بکارگیری آزمونهای آماری t تک نمونهای و آزمون فریدمن و با استفاده از نرمافزارSPSS نسخه 20 انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از نظر گروههای مخاطب علیرغم پذیرش مناسب و لزوم صرفه اقتصادیِ اجرای بودجهریزی مدرسه محور، سایر شرایط از جمله توانمندی ارزیابی عملکرد، انسانی و فنی، همچنین مشروعیت رویهای و مقبولیت جزء موانع محسوب میگردند. بر این اساس در وضع موجود بستر مناسب برای اجرای بودجهریزی مبتنی بر مدرسه وجود ندارد و با توجه به برنامه کلان آموزش و پرورش در اجرای مدیریت مدرسه محور، تلاش برای بهبود آن در مدارس ضرورت دارد.
