Abstract
This provides the above context in which the current research is focused on studying the corporate entrepreneurship and transformational leadership relationship with a mediating role of organizational learning and innovation culture within the Education Department of Bahnamir. The nature of the research method for this study, being an applied research type, is a correlational study. The statistical population consisted of 290 Bahnamir City Education Department workers, in which, by application of a simple sampling method, the researcher was able to obtain questionnaires from 169 subjects. It also describes an instrument adopted from standard questionnaires that contained sections: the letter of introduction; demographic characteristics; and the variables studied. The data collected were then analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. It has been found that transformational leadership (+0.27), organizational learning (+0.36), and innovation culture (+0.22) make significant and positive impacts on corporate entrepreneurship. Besides, it was found that transformational leadership has a strong influence on organizational learning (+0.69) and innovation culture (+0.70). More precisely, the effect of corporate entrepreneurship on transformational leadership was partially mediated by organizational learning and innovation culture. Results indicated that transformational leadership was indeed crucial in enhancing organizational learning to the fullest in the development of an innovative culture that will enhance corporate entrepreneurship.To state this differently, transformational leadership stimulates not only the development of corporate entrepreneurship directly but also enables the same process by fostering learning and innovation in the organization.
