Abstract
The success and requirement of dynamic and excellence-oriented education and training is dynamic, competent, expert and interested in effective teaching-learning profession. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to identify and evaluate the professional qualifications of elementary school principals in Kausar city. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the research was all principals, assistants and counselors of schools and principals of education department of Kausar city, and 102 people were selected as a statistical sample using random sampling method. To collect the data of the research, a researcher-made questionnaire of the professional qualifications of the managers was used, the formal and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was met according to the Cronbach's alpha method of 0.83. Confirmatory factor analysis and one-sample t-test were used to analyze the data. supervision and control, communication management, Resource management and educational management are the constituent components of the structure of specialized qualifications of principals of elementary schools in Kausar city. Also, the results showed that the general and specialized qualifications for principals of elementary schools in Kausar city are in a favorable condition. Based on this, preparing the ground for the use of the calculated dimensions and components for the selection of managers and the development of their qualifications can lead to the efficient and effective realization of the educational missions of schools.
