This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of organizational learning in the relationship between knowledge sharing and teachers' job motivation. The research employed a descriptive-correlational design using structural equation modeling (SEM). The population consisted of all secondary school teachers in Tabriz. A sample of 330 teachers was selected through multi-stage cluster sampling based on Morgan's table. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires, including Neefe's (2001) Organizational Learning, Van den Hooff and Van Weenen's (2004) Knowledge Sharing, and Lodahl and Kejner's (2004) Job Motivation scales. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson's correlation coefficient, one-sample T-tests, and SEM through SPSS 26 and AMOS software. The correlation matrix indicated a direct and significant relationship between knowledge sharing, organizational learning, and teachers' job motivation. Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated an acceptable fit for the measurement models. Standardized path coefficients revealed significant direct effects of organizational learning on job motivation (β = 0.37), knowledge sharing on organizational learning (β = 0.59), and knowledge sharing on job motivation (β = 0.16). Furthermore, knowledge sharing, mediated by organizational learning, positively influenced teachers' job motivation. The findings highlight the critical role of knowledge sharing in enhancing teachers' motivation and underscore the importance of fostering a culture of organizational learning within schools. It is recommended to implement initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing and emphasize professional development to improve both organizational learning and teachers' motivation.

In this research, the qualitative research approach and the data method of the systematic foundation have been used. The statistical population of the study was professors of education and elite educational agents in the Ministry of Education and in Tehran schools. Theoretical sampling method was used and 16 people were interviewed to reach theoretical saturation. Open, axial and selective coding methods were used to analyze the interviews. The validity of the interview was assessed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by an intra-subject agreement between the two coders. Three factors of individual factors, organizational factors and human resources training have been identified and selected as selection codes and 13 factors have been identified as core codes.

The present study sought to identify the predictability of knowledge sharing based on the dimensions of toxic organizational climate among employees of educational institutions in Sarab using correlational design. The statistical population of this study was 1648 people and the corresponding sample size was 313 people. The sampling method of this study was stratified. After deleting Perth data using Mahalanobis index, the number of samples reached 286 and analyzes were performed on this number. To collect data, standard questionnaires of rural organizational toxic atmosphere and Dixon knowledge sharing were used. Data analysis using Pearson correlation test showed that toxic physical structure, toxic service reward and compensation system, toxic interpersonal relationships and toxic leadership have a significant relationship with knowledge sharing. Findings from stepwise regression analysis showed that the system of reward and compensation for toxic service and poisonous leadership can predict knowledge sharing. Due to the lack of significant effect of toxic physical structure dimensions and toxic interpersonal relationships on knowledge sharing, these dimensions were removed from the model by software. Findings showed that knowledge sharing in educational institutions can be predicted by some dimensions of toxic organizational climate; therefore, it is necessary to adopt and implement appropriate strategies to prevent the manifestation of toxic organizational climate dimensions and eliminate them.

The Cronbach's alpha reliability of both scales, respectively, were 0/71 and 0/81. The results of multiple regression and t-test showed that a significant relationship exists between knowledge sharing and individual innovation. The multiple regression analysis with step by step method showed that knowledge sharing is dont able to predict individual innovation.
