Selection and implementation of formative evaluation as one of the alternative methods of traditional evaluation, despite its advantages and attractiveness, has faced many difficulties and challenges. The current survey research, with a quantitative approach, examines the individual and contextual factors that affect teachers' performance in this regard. For this purpose, a statistical sample of 592 participants was selected from among the primary and secondary teachers in West Mazandaran through random cluster sampling. They answered a questionnaires measuring teachers' performance in formative evaluation. The data were analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. As a result, while confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, it was found that teachers' self-efficacy, the population of teachers working in the school, and the school's support for teachers have the greatest impact on the implementation of formative evaluation. Also, middle school teachers showed more interest in this method of evaluation. In addition, teaching experience and tendency to formative evaluation had a reverse relationship. The results showed that factors such as students' characteristics and the subject of the course do not have a significant effect on teachers' willingness and performance in formative evaluation. Finally, suggestions are provided regarding significance of practical techniques and a supportive environment to encourage using formative evaluation.

The aim of this study was to provide a new model for measuring and evaluating the annual professional performance of primary school teachers. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and content analysis method. For this purpose, review of specialized and research texts related to the qualifications and professional competencies of primary school teachers, evaluation of teachers' professional performance, upstream documents of the country's educational system (document of fundamental change in education and national curriculum document, etc.) and also a structured scientific interview with 20 experts, specialists and experts in primary education in the province and the country, as well as experienced and experienced professors of the Department of Educational Sciences, Farhangian University, and data saturation, which were selected by targeted sampling and snowballing. Data analysis was performed through open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and after reaching the main themes and extracting open, central and selective codes at the end of the new model, evaluation of professional performance of primary school teachers in two main content and process dimensions, 5 sections or floors, 36 categories and 95 sub-categories were provided.

The purpose of this study was examining the causal model of teachers' negligence based on organizational silence by organizational indifference mediation. Methodology of the research in terms of the main strategy, was quantitative, in terms of the strategy, was field, and in terms of analytical, was descriptive-correlation.The statistical population consisted of teachers of the Mahabad town in the academic year 2017-2018 with a capacity of 459 person. The sampling method was random. The sample size according to the Kregci-Morgan model and with error α = 0/05, was considered 207 persons. To collect data, organizational negligence questionnaire (SOP) (with reliability α = 0/87), Organizational silence (OSQ) (with reliability α = 0/84) and organizational indifference questionnaire (OIQ) (with reliability α = 0/78), were used. Validity of the tools was confirmed by the professors of education and psychology. Data were analyzed using two software’s Spss vs. 22 and lisrel. 8/50 and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that the proposed model had suitable fit (x2/df=2/99, GFI=0/92, AGFI=0/92, CFI=0/91, NFI=0/93, RMSEA=0/064) and the component of organizational silence has a direct and indirect effect through the component of organizational indifference on organizational oversight (P<0/05). In order to answer the education organization as much as possible to the needs of teachers and to meet the challenges of organizational development, it is suggested that efforts to improve teachers' abilities and the removal of their silence and organizational indifference be proposed as a serious priority on the agenda, to reduce the amount of employee negligence

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of work-life balance in causal relationships between organizational virtue and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and suggest a causal model in relation to it. The study population included all staff of Kaleybar district schools who were selected by cluster sampling method and Cochran's formula, 200 people. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. Standard data questionnaires were used to collect data, all of which had good validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using SPSS and lisrel software in the form of t-tests and structural equation modeling. The results show that the organizational virtue of schools directly has a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Kaleybar education staff; Also, the hypothetical model test shows that organizational virtue can influence teachers' organizational citizenship behavior by mediating work-life balance. The research findings emphasize the importance of organizational virtue of schools and the organizational citizenship behavior of employees, as well as the work-life balance of teachers.

Social-collective investment and affective-collective investment are among the newest constructs in the field of positive psychology that have a high potential for impact on human beings' variables in social environments. This research was administered with the aim of investigating the relationship between social-collective investment and organizational citizenship behaviors due to the mediating role of affective-collective investment. Research method was correlation and research statistical population was the primary school teachers in Borkhar district in Isfahan city, among them 290 persons were selected using simple random sampling. Research instrument consisted of: social-collective investment (Golparvar, 2018), affective-collective investment (Golparvar, 2018) and organizational citizenship behaviors (Vigoda-Gadot et al, 2007). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between social-collective investment with affective-collective investment and organizational citizenship behaviors (p<0.01), and between affective-collective investment with organizational citizenship behaviors (p<0.01). Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis indicated that affective-collective investment is a complete mediator on the relationship between social-collective investment and organizational citizenship behaviors.
