Transgression refers to a nonnormative attitude, behavior, or condition. One type of transgression is sexual harassment in the workplace, which is a form of gender discrimination. Since Iranian research has rarely dealt with the issue of sexual transgression by faculty members, studying the global literature can help raise awareness among university leaders, professors, and students. This article, adopting a "gendered power dynamics" approach, and employing a "thematic synthesis" methodology on 14 primary studies, sought to answer the following questions: What are the characteristics and motivations of faculty members who commit sexual transgressions? What are the characteristics of their victims and the consequences of victimization? In the context of gendered power dynamics, the current research has identified the characteristics and motivations of transgressors, as well as the characteristics of victims and their post-victimization behaviors. Policymakers, legislators, and academic leaders can gain a better and broader understanding of the phenomenon of sexual transgressions by faculty members by using these findings. This will help them identify areas that require immediate action or reform.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the internal factors affecting on improving accountability of universities to the needs of the labor market. The research method was descriptive-survey and applied. The statistical population was 750 faculty members of Tabriz University, and 255 samples were selected using the Cochran formula by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed based on literature review. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on (FV), (CVR) and (CVI). The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.86. The data were analyzed using bootstrap, Friedman, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis Anova and Tukey's test. The results showed that the variables of accountable planning, accountable curriculum, accountable teaching, accountable research accountable monitoring and evaluation have an effect on improving the accountability of universities. The accountable research variable was ranked first and the accountable monitoring and evaluation was ranked last. There was no significant difference between the views of faculty members in terms of gender and age (except for the accountable planning variable). This research revealed the internal factors affecting on improving the accountability of universities to the needs of the labor market in 5 factors and 20 sub-factors.

Entrepreneurship is a strategic lever for economic development and nurturing entrepreneurs is a prerequisite for the economic development of societies. In recent years, hybrid entrepreneurs have attracted the attention of researchers due to their high probability of success and the high chance of their businesses to survive. The research aimed to analyze the necessity of nurturing hybrid entrepreneurs among faculty members as educational leaders in the higher education system. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach of Grounded Theory with Glaser's emergent approach. Semi-structured interviews were used as data collection tool. Using a purposive sampling method, interviews were conducted with 16 entrepreneur faculty members. Four criteria of validity, transferability, reliability, and confirmability were used to examine the robustness of research. Data analysis was conducted in two stages of actual and theoretical coding. Research findings indicate the emergence of 22 codes in the form of 9 concepts (economic motivations, psychological need, global changes, changes in upstream policymaking, high failure rate of full-time entrepreneurs, successful hybrid entrepreneurs, financial access, communication and social networks, supportive situation) and 4 subcategories (individual factors, socio-cultural factors, economic factors, job situation) at 3 micro, medium, and macro levels as casual conditions for nurturing hybrid entrepreneurs among faculty members. Due to maximize the capabilities and talents of faculty members as educational leaders, it is necessary for higher education system to provide more opportunities and implement more supportive and executive policies for nurturing hybrid entrepreneur among faculty members.

The purpose of this research was to identify the motivations of teachers with PhD degrees to be employed as faculty members of Farhangian University. The research method was qualitative and its strategy was Classic Grounded Theory. The participants were teachers with PhD degrees who registered in the special call to recruit faculty in Farhangian University. Using theoretical sampling and according to the rule of theoretical saturation, 10 people selected as sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The analysis of the interviews and the formation of the paradigm model were done using open coding, memo writing, selective coding and theoretical coding. MAXQDA20 software was used during the analysis to facilitate coding and drawing the research paradigm model. The validity of the research was ensured by referring to Maxwell's validation criteria. The findings revealed 50 open codes, 14 concepts and 6 categories. The core category is the ostracizing climate of school and department, which emerged as the main reason for teachers with PhD degrees to become members of the university faculty. This category includes three aspects of exclusionary classroom climate of schools, exclusionary communication climate and exclusionary administrative climate. Other identified categories are development of social base, development of financial and material opportunities, development of opportunities for scientific growth, development of opportunities for independence and discretion, and sense of dynamism and effectiveness. At the end, these findings are discussed based on common theories of motivation.

Managing the process of attracting and transforming the status of faculty members of universities and higher education institutions is one of the important categories This article emphasizes that attracting expert and committed professors has a significant impact on university performance.. The purpose of the research is to analyze the performance of faculty members based on the inputs of the process of attracting and transforming the situation with the fuzzy data mining approach. Among the methods of performance analysis is data collection and analysis with data mining. The research method was using neural fuzzy data mining to analyze the performance of faculty members. This research deals with the design of neural fuzzy system to analyze the personality and performance of the faculty members recruited and converted. For this purpose, 16 personality data and 2 functional data of 1000 faculty members were recruited and transformed, firstly, they were collected, cleaned and reduced, and finally, the fuzzy neural network model was designed with machine learning methods, genetic algorithm and Ril algorithm. The implementation tool is MATLAB software. The research findings of designing a model with fuzzy neural network and Ril algorithm with the validity of high correlation coefficient and low MSE in evaluating the scientific and general competence of faculty members. From the results of the research, it is predicted that the faculty members have stable, influential, honest personality traits in general competence and extrovert, stable, influential, truthful in scientific competence to attract and transform the situation.

The current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a model for designing learning centers for faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in order to empower them. A mixed method and an exploratory design were used to conduct this research. The statistical population in the qualitative section was all related research documents from 2000 to today and university professors, specialists and informants familiar with the learning center and faculty members. This research also used a semi-structured interview. Sampling in the qualitative part was done purposefully and data analysis in this part was done in the form of foundation data with thematic analysis approach in three stages of open, central and selective coding. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part of the research included the faculty members of the university, 250 of whom were randomly selected. Spss and Amose software were used for data analysis in this part. In the qualitative section, 5 main codes representing the dimensions of empowerment and 9 central codes representing the components of the dimensions were identified. Also, the number of 50 open codes was determined, which was reduced to 28 after the merger. Based on the dimensions, the skills needed by the faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in the direction of empowerment are: social factors, economic factors and educational factors. The results of the factor analysis which was done by Emus software also showed that the measurement scale in all factor analysis indicators is at a desirable and acceptable level.
