Managing the process of attracting and transforming the status of faculty members of universities and higher education institutions is one of the important categories This article emphasizes that attracting expert and committed professors has a significant impact on university performance.. The purpose of the research is to analyze the performance of faculty members based on the inputs of the process of attracting and transforming the situation with the fuzzy data mining approach. Among the methods of performance analysis is data collection and analysis with data mining. The research method was using neural fuzzy data mining to analyze the performance of faculty members. This research deals with the design of neural fuzzy system to analyze the personality and performance of the faculty members recruited and converted. For this purpose, 16 personality data and 2 functional data of 1000 faculty members were recruited and transformed, firstly, they were collected, cleaned and reduced, and finally, the fuzzy neural network model was designed with machine learning methods, genetic algorithm and Ril algorithm. The implementation tool is MATLAB software. The research findings of designing a model with fuzzy neural network and Ril algorithm with the validity of high correlation coefficient and low MSE in evaluating the scientific and general competence of faculty members. From the results of the research, it is predicted that the faculty members have stable, influential, honest personality traits in general competence and extrovert, stable, influential, truthful in scientific competence to attract and transform the situation.

The current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a model for designing learning centers for faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in order to empower them. A mixed method and an exploratory design were used to conduct this research. The statistical population in the qualitative section was all related research documents from 2000 to today and university professors, specialists and informants familiar with the learning center and faculty members. This research also used a semi-structured interview. Sampling in the qualitative part was done purposefully and data analysis in this part was done in the form of foundation data with thematic analysis approach in three stages of open, central and selective coding. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part of the research included the faculty members of the university, 250 of whom were randomly selected. Spss and Amose software were used for data analysis in this part. In the qualitative section, 5 main codes representing the dimensions of empowerment and 9 central codes representing the components of the dimensions were identified. Also, the number of 50 open codes was determined, which was reduced to 28 after the merger. Based on the dimensions, the skills needed by the faculty members of Allameh Tabatabai University in the direction of empowerment are: social factors, economic factors and educational factors. The results of the factor analysis which was done by Emus software also showed that the measurement scale in all factor analysis indicators is at a desirable and acceptable level.

Today, human resources is the strategic source of the organization and an organization has a value system and each of the human resources of the organization also has its own unique value system, organizational proportions refer to people's mental beliefs about the degree of coordination of personal values with organizational culture. The aim of this paper is to determine the multiple relationship between individual values and person–organization fit, faculty members and staff of college faculties. The present study was a descriptive research, multivariate correlation. The statistical population of the research was the total faculty members and staff of the Qom University and stratified random sampling method. The research instruments were standard questionnaires that their validity and reliability were calculated. The results showed that the mean scores of individual values among faculty members were higher than average and in the staff was moderate, the score of person-organization fit between faculty members was moderate and in the staff was lower than average. There is a positive and significant relationship between components of individual values (power, success, benevolence, independence, universalism, conformity, pleasure, arousal, tradition and security) and person–organization fit, there is significant multiple relationship between 4 value styles and person–organization fit.

This study aimed to damage the relationship between industry and academia in the field of human sciences. The population of this study, two groups of faculty members in the humanities and industry leaders formed in Tehran. That 233 people multistage sampling among the first group of 87 chain sampling (snowball) were selected for the second group. To collect the data from the questionnaire was used. To determine the validity of health experts and experts in the field (teachers and advisors) were used. And to ensure the reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient formula is used, the results have been reported for items 87/0. For analysis of data from both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. According to research findings between all components (inability to networking, management weaknesses, lack of knowledge and skills, lack of proper culture and beliefs, lack of infrastructure and support, reluctance to communicate and inflexible processes and structures) significant relationship exist. And the Scheffe post hoc test between each of the two components Dvmvlfh except inflexible processes and structures with lack of proper culture and beliefs have a significant relationship.

The purpose of this research is to study the feasibility of university autonomy and its role in accountability and quality assurance of higher education system services. The study population included all faculty members of Urmia University in the academic year of 2014-2015. With the descriptive survey method, 219 faculty members of this university were selected using stratified random sampling method, and responded to the questionnaire. To collect information about the autonomy variable “the European Model Questionnaire UNESCO”, Thomas Estermann et al, for the accountability variable the questionnaire of Keiko Yokoyama, New York model and for the quality assurance variable the questionnaire of HEDPERF model was used. Cronbach's Alpha is used to assess the reliability of the test. The reliability coefficients of the autonomy, accountability and quality assurance questionnaires were 0/88, 0/90 and 0/92 respectively. To test the question and hypothesis of the research t-test univariate and multiple regression and One's regression analyses were used. The results showed that the state of academic freedom and accountability in the University was not good But in terms of quality assurance is moderate and positive relationship existed between academic autonomy, academic accountability and quality assurance And can somewhat predict them (R2= 0/17 , 0/15). there Significant correlation between academic accountability and quality assurance, and can be positive and meaningful predicted it (R2= 0/21).
