This research was done for the purpose of designing and validation of organizational culture transformation model based on the productivity. For designing used the method of Grounded Theory, and for validation used the method of first and second order factor analysis. Statistical population in quantitative was the experts in higher education management, higher education development planning, sociology, educational management and media management. Statistical population in quantitative section was also the teachers, experts, students of Farhangian University, staff managers and employees of the Ministry of Education. The method of sampling in a qualitative section of the research was non-probability purposive sampling, and in quantitative section was done by multistage cluster random sampling. The number of samples in quantitative and qualitative sections equaled with 20 and 380 persons in order. The tools of gathering data in qualitative part are semi-structured interview and in quantitative section, 53 question’s questionnaire in Likret scale. According to findings of qualitative sections, model of organizational culture transformation model based on the productivity designed by with 11 factors: The mission of the organization, technology and innovation, the process of recruitment and employment, education and skills, belief, value and moral foundations, organization structure, incentive system, intra-organizational communication, performance feedback, constructive interaction with the environment and organizational support. The findings of quantitative part showed that, model of organizational culture transformation model based on the productivity is highly creditable by experts. So according to the experts, organizational culture transformation model based on the productivity can be utilized with these 11 factors.

این تحقیق به بررسی رابطه بین فرهنگ سازمانی با مدیریت تغییر ادارات دولتی شهر کرج پرداخته است. حجم جامعهAbstract آماری در این پژوهش 552 نفر میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشهای، نمونهای به حجم 120 نفر از کارکنان صفی و ستادی انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی دنیسون با ضریب پایانی 87% و پرسشنامه مدیریت تغییر با ضریب پایایی 91% که از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بدست آمده است، میباشد. در این پژوهش متغییر پیش بین فرهنگ سازمانی و ملاک مدیریت تغییر میباشد. روشهای آماری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل کروسکال والیس، u من ویتنی، همبستگی پیرسون و فریدمن میباشد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان دهنده رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت تغییر با ضریب همبستگی 72% و در سطح معنی داری 1% میباشد. بنی انواع چهار گانه فرهنگ سازمانی شامل: مشارکتی، ثبات و یکپارچگی، انعطاف پذیری و ماموریتی با مدیریت تغییر رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. فرهنگ ماموریتی با بیشترین ضریب همبستگی یعنی 69% رابطه با مدیریت تغییر را نشان میدهد یافتههای جانبی به دست آمده در این پژوهش نیز حاکی از آن است که میان ادراکات کارکنان از لحاظ جنسیت و تحصیلات از فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت تغییر، تفاوت معناداری وجود نداردAbstract

Senior leadership has been identified as a critical factor in fostering Enterprise Resource Planning systems success. Although, previous studies have investigated the impact of transformational leadership on Enterprise Resource Planning from various angles, however, the role of transformational leadership on Enterprise Resource Planning systems success at the University has not been studied. The purpose of this study was determine the role of transformational leadership on Enterprise Resource Planning systems success at the University. The research model was tested through a survey in Allameh Tabataba'i University, University of Economic Sciences, and Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Correlation analysis of multivariate data was done on the completed questionnaires by 200 employees. The results of the Structural Equation Modeling showed that Transformational leadership is positively related with Enterprise Resource Planning systems success. Organizational culture mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and Enterprise Resource Planning systems success. However, transformational leadership is not positively related with ERP explicit knowledge sharing. Also, the results showed that organizational culture and ERP explicit knowledge sharing is positively related with enterprise resource planning systems success and ERP explicit knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and enterprise resource planning systems success. The research findings can provide guidelines for the top executives to facilitate appropriate organizational culture, so as to foster ERP knowledge sharing and achieve business benefits with the assimilation of ERP systems.
