Considering the nascentness of the topic of authentic leadership in the literature of leadership and the existence of ambiguity about its structure and components in the research that has been conducted, as well as there is an increasing trend seen in the last two decades toward authentic behaviors of leadership in the organizations, there is a need to a more and better understanding of the concepts and structure of authentic leadership among researchers in the field of management and leadership has intensified; the current research aims to reduce the structural ambiguity by more comprehensively identifying the concepts and components of authentic leadership, and by providing a systematic and focused study on the field of academic leaders, by providing an integrated model, answer the general question of what is the academic authentic leadership and what dimensions it consists of. This research has been done using a qualitative method of meta-synthesis. The research community includes 61 cases (articles, books/book chapters, and treatises) that were selected from among 2186 reviewed documents. The meta-synthesis findings led to the identification of 305 primary concepts, 59 subcategories, and finally 4 dimensions of authentic academic leadership including becoming oneself, positivity, relational authenticity, and ethical orientation. By describing the process and reasons for calculating the obtained components and comparing authentic leadership with other leadership styles, it has been tried to reduce the structural ambiguities and make it more transparent.

This study aimed to Examining relationship between Distributed Leadership of principals and organizational trust of teachers in publics high schools in tehran city. The method of the research is descriptive and its type is correlation. The Population of this study consisted of high school teachers in publics high schools in tehran city. That sample was selected by Multistage sampling and the size of sample was identified based on cochrane formula are 370 . data were collected through distributed leadership questionnaire of Elmor (2001) and organizational trust questionnaire of Researcher made. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, content validity and construct was used and Their reliability was estimated through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient on Pilot study(distributed leadership "0/94" and organizational trust "0/91").. The main findings are: distributed leadership of principals high school in the city of Tehran is above averag. Organizational trust of high school teachers in the city of Tehran and is above average. A positive relationship was found between general indicator of distributed leadership and organizational trust of high school teachers in the city of Tehran. Three components, school culture and leadership experience have a significant contribution to the prediction of organizational trust of the teachers(β=0/37& ./30).

This study aimed to explain the mediating role of human capital on the relationship between stuff's self-leadership and school's organizational agility. The research method was descriptive and correlational and data analysis method was SEM. The population consists of all administrators, principals, teachers and administrative staff first and second elementary school area of Rey that Using Cochran's sampling formula that Sample size was determined 170 persons by Stratified sampling with proportional allocation. For data collection used of self-leadership questionnaire of Abili and Mazari (2014) with the reliability (α =0/95), human capital questionnaire of Naderi (2011) with the reliability (α=0/97) and organizational agility questionnaire of Moradi (2013) with the reliability (α =0/96) for analyzing data Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one sample t-test, stepwise regression and structural equation modeling was used. Results showed that self-leadership, human capital and organizational agility are higher than average. The correlation results showed that three variables correlate with each other this have significant relationship (p <0/01). Structural equation modeling showed that self-leadership (γ=0/60) on human capital and HC (β=0/81) on organizational agility have impact. Also self-leadership indirectly and with Mediating of HC impact on organizational agility (γ=0/39) but have not directly impact on organizational agility. It can be concluded that self-responsibility and self-initiate-based behaviors such as self-leadership, provides not only growth human capital, but also facilitate organizational agility through human capital.

The object of this study is examining the relationship between academic optimism culture and enabling school structure of Tehran elementary schools’ teachers. The sample of this research is 250 teachers of elementary schools that selected multi-level randomly and use academic optimism and enabling bureaucracy of Hoy and colleagues as a data analysis. The Result indicated that teachers academic optimism culture have statistically significant and lower than average but trust in parent and students have not statistically significant and lower than average. academic optimism culture of women teachers is higher than men. Teachers with higher education have higher academic optimism than lower education. Also teachers academic optimism have direct relationship with enabling bureaucracy.trust in students and parents have highest relationship with enabling structure. At the end creating COP (community of practice) for reinforce the collective efficacy of teachers, development of teachers and involvement of parents in schools activity for creating trust between parents, students and teachers are recommended.
