Abstract

+This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between dimensions of Social capital and Organizational Voices of staff employees at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in 95- 96 were performed. Method of the research was the type of descriptive and correlation. The sample consisted of 186 employees of Medical Sciences using the stratified random sampling method were selected according to size School.
