The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on commitment to change through the quality of communication perceived from change and readiness for change. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive information of the correlation type. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all 1000 employees of the Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan) who were selected through Cochran's sampling formula. For example, 287 people were selected through a class sampling method appropriate to the volume. 2003 (Standard Questionnaire Commitment to Changing Fedor et al. (2009), Standard Communication Questionnaire Understanding Changing Miller and Mang (1985), and Standard Standard Questionnaire on Challenging et al. (2007). Content validity was analyzed using expert opinion based on the views of a number of statistical and structural communities using factor analysis and after the necessary terminology, validity was confirmed. The sequence of knowledge management (0.93) and commitment commitment to change (0.81) and the perceived communication from change (0.85) and readiness readiness questionnaire (0.92) were estimated, respectively. Data were used at the inferential level to model structural equations Given that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the commitment to change through readiness to change, the coefficient of this effect is 0.55, but through the quality of the relationship on commitment to change does not have a significant effect on direct commitment to change has a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of this effect is 0.66.

The method is descriptive-correlation of structural equations in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes all education staff in Hamadan. The sample size was randomly selected based on the relative class method (between the two classes of education one and two) and based on Kerjcie and Morgan table 210. Research tools include researcher-made questionnaires of Kant's ethical conscientious view, organizational violations and standard questionnaires of ethical strategies of Nemati et al. (2020) and Hackman and Oldham (1980) job motivation. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by three management experts. The reliability of the tools through Cronbach's alpha test for Kant's ethical conscientious view was 0.89, ethical strategies 0.84, job motivation 0.90 and administrative violations 0.82, respectively. Two levels of descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient test of structural equation type) were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that Kant's conscientious view has a direct effect on job motivation and reduction of organizational violations. Ethical strategy also has a direct effect on job motivation and reduction of organizational violations. Job motivation has an effect on the reduction of organizational violations. Thus, Kant's ethical conscientious view and ethical strategies are effective in reducing organizational violations by mediating the role of job motivation.

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of organizational learning in the relationship between knowledge sharing and teachers' job motivation. The research employed a descriptive-correlational design using structural equation modeling (SEM). The population consisted of all secondary school teachers in Tabriz. A sample of 330 teachers was selected through multi-stage cluster sampling based on Morgan's table. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires, including Neefe's (2001) Organizational Learning, Van den Hooff and Van Weenen's (2004) Knowledge Sharing, and Lodahl and Kejner's (2004) Job Motivation scales. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson's correlation coefficient, one-sample T-tests, and SEM through SPSS 26 and AMOS software. The correlation matrix indicated a direct and significant relationship between knowledge sharing, organizational learning, and teachers' job motivation. Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated an acceptable fit for the measurement models. Standardized path coefficients revealed significant direct effects of organizational learning on job motivation (β = 0.37), knowledge sharing on organizational learning (β = 0.59), and knowledge sharing on job motivation (β = 0.16). Furthermore, knowledge sharing, mediated by organizational learning, positively influenced teachers' job motivation. The findings highlight the critical role of knowledge sharing in enhancing teachers' motivation and underscore the importance of fostering a culture of organizational learning within schools. It is recommended to implement initiatives that encourage knowledge sharing and emphasize professional development to improve both organizational learning and teachers' motivation.

The aim of this study is to explore the concept of teachers' professional virtue within the context of education in Iran by developing a valid and reliable self-assessment tool for teachers. The tool is intended to examine the understanding, measurement, and level of professional virtue components among a sample of Iranian teachers. The research method is descriptive-survey, with a quantitative approach. The statistical population consists of all teachers in Sanandaj, covering all educational levels, with a sample of 650 respondents selected through cluster sampling for a 65-item questionnaire. The data were collected using a researcher-designed closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis. Significant differences were found in the overall professional virtue of teachers and specific components, such as (commitment to teaching in alignment with valuable social goals) and (commitment not only to one’s own actions but also to the act of teaching itself) based on years of experience. Furthermore, significant differences were observed in components like (commitment to teaching in alignment with social goals and adherence to ethical principles and care in teaching) according to employment type, and (commitment to exemplary teaching) according to teaching subject and teachers' academic field. These findings indicate that the researcher-designed "Teachers' Professional Virtue" evaluation questionnaire is a valid and reliable tool for self-assessing teachers in Iran, enabling the study of understanding, measurement, and the level of professional virtue components among a sample of Iranian teachers.

Evaluating the performance of school principals is a crucial factor in the process of educational development and reform. The performance of school management is heavily influenced by intelligent tools. The main purpose of this study is to conceptualize and identify the components of intelligent performance evaluation of school principals. The research method is qualitative in terms of data collection and applied in terms of results. For data collection and information gathering in the qualitative section, the meta-synthesis method and the seven-stage model of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006) were used. To identify and collect credible scientific sources, domestic and international scientific databases were used. The publication period of scientific sources is from 2013 to 2024. Among the sources, 44 articles related to the research topic were reviewed using a targeted search strategy, and 19 articles were selected and analyzed. By combining the content and literature, 105 codes, 45 concepts, and 13 key categories were extracted, analyzed, and validated through calculating Cohen's kappa coefficient. The results showed that the most important factors recognized in intelligent performance evaluation of school principals include: tools and methods, limitations and requirements, components evaluable by intelligent tools, factors affecting the results of intelligent evaluation, stages of implementing intelligent performance evaluation, benefits of intelligent performance evaluation, and differences between intelligent and traditional evaluation. Identifying the dimensions and components of intelligent performance evaluation of school principals can be used as a valuable resource in formulating, developing, and implementing evaluation and management policies in Iranian schools by education policymakers

The guidance and management of schools is the responsibility of managers who shape the educational path of students with their decisions and actions. This phenomenological research deals with the conceptualization of entrepreneurial leadership among educational managers in schools. The research field of Kurdistan province and potential participants were all the educational managers at the primary level in the city of Sanandaj, 18 of whom were purposefully (heterogenously) selected and invited to participate using a semi-structured interview protocol. Based on the data analysis, five main classes Recognized for experiencing and understanding entrepreneurial leadership. These classes include leadership and guidance (the ability of managers to guide groups towards goals and create motivation to achieve desired results), facilitating and strengthening cooperation (creating an encouraging environment for communication), creating support and support (providing the necessary resources and support). for groups in order to increase efficiency and reduce obstacles), setting strategic goals (the importance of setting long-term goals and using appropriate methods to achieve them) and strengthening creativity and innovation (creating an environment where creativity and innovation are considered as key factors in the success of the organization) take) is This hierarchical structure is formed under the influence of four components of consciousness: character, connection, destination and consequence. Each of these components helps develop and strengthen entrepreneurial leadership and enables managers to operate more effectively in dynamic and challenging environments. The findings of this research show the educational policy makers what entrepreneurial leadership is like from the point of view of principals in schools.
