Given the unique nature of management studies and the significant increase in doctoral admissions in this field, the quality of teaching and learning processes in these programs has been severely impacted, posing challenges to achieving the primary objectives of doctoral education. Although various factors contribute to this inefficiency, one key reason is undoubtedly the lack of an appropriate behavioral framework to achieve learning objectives. This article assumes the necessity of engaging with the current state of doctoral education and explores the potential for implementing behavioral interventions, or "nudges," as a cost-effective and quick-return tool for enhancing learning processes in the stages of interviews, training, research, and dissertation defense.Data collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 graduates and current doctoral candidates in management were analyzed using thematic analysis, with coding performed using MAXQDA software. The findings indicate that nudges can significantly improve learning outcomes at the doctoral level. Based on theoretical studies and field research, 281 foundational themes were extracted, which were organized into 19 structured themes and 7 overarching themes, validated by experts to ensure alignment with practical applications of nudges in behavioral interventions.Proposed nudges include preemptive nudges, clarifying nudges, informative nudges, directional nudges, commitment-inducing nudges, awareness-raising (warning) nudges, feedback-oriented nudges, capacity-building nudges, identity-forming nudges, satisfaction-enhancing nudges, motivational nudges, future-oriented nudges, opportunity-creating nudges, digital nudges, courage-inducing nudges, risk-managing nudges, reverse-thinking nudges, evaluative nudges, and expectation-modifying nudges. These are suggested as effective tools for facilitating learning processes in management doctoral programs.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of educational leadership based on emotional intelligence on self-control and classroom management style in elementary school teachers. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all elementary school teachers in Tehran who were weak in self-control and classroom management and had a history of violence against students and had referred to counseling in 1403. The sample size was 14 people selected by purposive sampling based on the study entry criteria and randomly divided into two seven-person experimental and control groups. The experimental group received an educational leadership program based on emotional intelligence based on the Mayer and Salovey (2004) model for 8 -90minute sessions, and the control group did not receive any training during this period. The research tools included the Grasmick (1993) self-control and the Amin Yazdi and Aali (2008) classroom management style questionnaires. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study showed that in the experimental group, there was a significant change (P=0.001 and E=0.37) in self-control compared to the control group, but no significant change was observed in the classroom management style. Based on the data obtained from the study, it can be concluded that the educational leadership program based on emotional intelligence was effective in improving self-control in elementary school teachers, but it did not have a significant effect on their classroom management style.

The research method was qualitative and its strategy was Classic Grounded Theory. The participants were teachers with PhD degrees who registered in the special call to recruit faculty in Farhangian University. Using theoretical sampling and according to the rule of theoretical saturation, 10 people selected as sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The analysis of the interviews and the formation of the paradigm model were done using open coding, memo writing, selective coding and theoretical coding. MAXQDA20 software was used during the analysis to facilitate coding and drawing the research paradigm model. The validity of the research was ensured by referring to Maxwell's validation criteria. The findings revealed 50 open codes, 14 concepts and 6 categories. The core category is the ostracizing climate of school and department, which emerged as the main reason for teachers with PhD degrees to become members of the university faculty. This category includes three aspects of exclusionary classroom climate of schools, exclusionary communication climate and exclusionary administrative climate. Other identified categories are development of social base, development of financial and material opportunities, development of opportunities for scientific growth, development of opportunities for independence and discretion, and sense of dynamism and effectiveness. At the end, these findings are discussed based on common theories of motivation.

Identifying a specific competency model for selecting managers in any organization is a suitable alternative for selecting efficient managers. The purpose of this research was to identify the competencies and design and validate the competency model of Iran Oil Terminal Company managers. In this study, 20 managers with high and normal performance were selected from among 45 managers. "Applicable" used both quantitative and qualitative methods (in-depth interview of behavioral events, expert panel and questionnaire) to collect and analyze data. Thematic analysis, job analysis, and Q methodology approaches were used to determine specific competencies. The final competency model of managers was designed in three dimensions of individual competency, managerial competency and organizational competency with 9 main themes and 43 basic themes. Validation findings showed that the compiled competency model is well able to predict outstanding and ordinary performance and therefore has "simultaneous cross-validation". Also, the findings of "simultaneous construct validation" showed that outstanding managers get higher scores in the competency model than ordinary managers. Also, the retest reliability of the competency model test was estimated at 0.87 and the reliability between two evaluators was estimated at 0.83.

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the educational priorities of Farhangian University in expanding the idea of schools as practical places in the framework of Michael Connelly's intellectual thoughts. The qualitative research approach was inductive content analysis with emphasis on its thematic nature. In this regard, 12 Farhangian university professors were studied in the academic year 1403-1404 using focal interviews through targeted sampling of the desired type. For the validity of the data, the researcher's self-review method and the control of the participants were used, and for the data's verifiability, the systematic comparison method was used. The findings showed that 7 components of educational Liveability, curriculum integration, Knowledge development, interactionism, practical teacher culture, educational self-exploration and entrepreneurship are the main codes that provide the framework of schools with practical functions through university educations with 18 core codes and 97 primary codes. The results show that Farhangian University should consider schools as a platform for educational activities of student teachers with an experimental degree. In other words, by simulating students' thoughts in the form of laboratory schools, schools should be considered a criterion for educational decision-making and an indicator for assessing the achievement of Farhangian University's goals.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the performance of supervisors and doctoral students at Allameh Tabataba’i University in the process of implementing and writing doctoral theses. The research method was descriptive. The population of the two groups was Allameh Tabataba’i University professors who had supervised at least one doctoral thesis in the academic years (1399-1402); and the second group was doctoral students who had defended their thesis within the time period. All individuals available to the two groups were introduced as the research sample. For the student's evaluation of the supervisor's performance, a questionnaire with four components of effective attention, effective empathy, effective empowerment, and effective professional privacy was used. Its construct validity has been confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability has been estimated at 0.97 using Cronbach's alpha. For the supervisor's evaluation of the doctoral student's performance, questionnaire with four components of (effective participation, effective interest, effective commitment, and effective interaction) was used. Its construct validity has been confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability has been estimated at 0.96 using Cronbach's alpha. 120 professors and students responded to these two questionnaires. Data analysis using a one-sample t-test showed that the performance of the supervisors and doctoral students was generally acceptable. The performance components of effective attention, effective empathy, and effective professional privacy were acceptable with a 95% confidence level. However, the effective empowerment component was not statistically acceptable. All of the students' performance components were acceptable with a 95% confidence level. These performances were not desirable performances.

Organizational silence is a significant issue in educational settings, potentially hindering effective communication and organizational progress. This study explores the impact of organizational cynicism on teachers' organizational silence, as well as the mediating role of job plateau in this relationship. The research method was descriptive-correlational using structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population included all high school teachers of Salas Babajani County, and a sample of 200 teachers was selected using stratified random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data were collected using the Job Plateau Questionnaire by Allen et al. (2004), the Organizational Cynicism Scale by Dean et al. (1998), and the Organizational Silence Questionnaire by Dyne et al. (2003). Content and construct validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts, and their reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha. The results of data analysis showed that organizational cynicism has a direct effect on organizational silence. Furthermore, job plateau influences organizational silence, and organizational cynicism affects job plateau. In addition, organizational cynicism indirectly influences organizational silence through job plateau. The findings of this study indicate that teachers' organizational cynicism directly affects organizational silence and exacerbates this effect through job plateau. Based on these findings, it is recommended that managers reduce factors related to organizational cynicism and job plateau to help decrease organizational silence in educational environments.
